My brother has been with Metro for over 13 years now. He loves his flip phones and the moment his screen goes black they try to say he damaged his phone. (The lady working there said it was crooked, and that they are delicate.) After only 3 months, they shouldve just given him another one! Instead, they wanna charge him almost two hundred dollars for a brand new phone. When I asked her about his insurance, she says it wouldnt matter because he didnt make it to 6 months. Do not buy Metro phones and get treated like this, cause that is bad business.
Went in to pay on my phone but the little Spanish girl was on the phone telling at her niece. When I went to pay I was told We dont take that cards. I went to use another debit card & was told u cant use credit. I left & returned with cash but then the front door was locked for 15 minutes & now suddenly Im locked out of my phone & was told to wa iui t & it will work later on. DONT EVER USE THIS LOCATION!!

Every time I have a problem with my phone this two Mexican girls name Namye and olga they always solve my problems. So friendly and makes us laugh with their joke. I always recommend this store. Im glad I switch!
