Store is great. Guy there was very helpful. Lots of options in terms of higher end equipment. However, for delivery, prepare to throw an entire day away waiting for them to show up. First it was supposed to be here by 9:00am, then it became 2:00pm and still was not delivered. It wouldnt matter if people didnt have things to do. So D+ on delivery, A+ for the store itself.

To be honest I was not sure how many stars to give. Overall the bike that I purchased was a very nice product at a reasonable price considering the high demand right now, and the overall experience of purchasing the bike was quick and painless. My issue is in terms of getting the bike in the time frame I was told. I purchased the bike as a gift, so I checked online and a number of other stores and I was being told 6-8 weeks for delivery, when I called Fitness Superstore I was told they had some bikes that I could receive in 2-3 weeks. When we went to the store, the bike that we liked the most was going to be 3-4 weeks and I had them verify if that time frame firm. They called the warehouse and told me yes, 3-4 weeks. At the end of week 3 I called to see when we might receive a call, since in my mind if we were to get it by the end of week 4, we should get a call to figure out a delivery date. That is when I was told the bikes are on back order and they had no idea when I will receive it. I continue to call a number of times over the next few weeks being told the same thing and when I requested to speak to the owner I was told no. We did finally receive the bike a little over 7 weeks.With the current demand on exercise equipment, I understand 7 weeks is not bad, but if it was going to be 6-8 weeks like all the other stores I would have liked to been told that up front so that I am making my decision off the correct information. I also know that things come up, but based off the calls I had this appears to been the case for a long time with not knowing the exact time frame when the equipment will be delivered.I feel like I could give a lower rating based on the aggravation I had to deal with to figure out when the bike would be delivered, but since I am rating the equipment and price I feel 3 stars is fair.

Great selection, fair prices and awesome service!Came back the 2nd time to buy another fitness machine for our home gym.Vernon who runs the place, is professional, patient with great customer service attitude. Gave us a nice discount as returning customers and throw in a Mat as a gift. Will come back again for sure.

I was in the market for an elliptical and Vernon was awesome. He took the time to explain the various choices and differences. We got a great deal, I LOVE the machine and the delivery process was wonderful. Francis and his partner were in and out in no time and were as nice as can be. I recently purchased a home gym and couldnt be more happy with the overall experience. First, the assistance provided in finding the right gym for my needs was exceptional. Danny Soto spent time with me to discuss my needs and provided the necessary guidance on the proper gym. The white glove treatment continued post sales as I was kept apprised of order status and delivery. During delivery and assembly the team spent careful time to ensure the gym was properly installed and functional. I am very happy with the end to end experience and the customer support throughout the process. One month later and I couldnt be happier with the finished product as I have a home gym that is fulfilling my fitness needs. I only wish Ultimate Fitness Superstore was an option is this area a few years ago.

I recently purchased a recumbent bike from the Ultimate Fitness Superstore. Even though I had done my research prior to coming to the store, Danny Soto took the time to explain and ask the right questions so I could get the equipment that was right for me. He sold me a less expensive bike than I originally had in mind, with more features and a better warranty. A great experience. I recommend Dannys store for all your fitness needs.

We went in to check out some equipment to start up our home gym one weekend. Vern helped us pick everything out, was very knowledgeable and worked with us every step of the way.
