Have done business with this place for many years. I stood at their counter waiting for some help. When someone finally showed up. He was very bitter. Told me they don’t have what I wanted and walked away. I needed a large amount of hardware but they never got that part of the conversation because the owner who was helping me ( in the loosest terms) left me at the counter
