I love stopping by to get a healthy meal replacement shake. My favorite is the Elvis shake. My favorite tea bomb is the hot tamale. There’s a huge variety so there’s something for everyone. The drinks are delicious. The owners are wonderful people.

Downtown ILM Nutrition is the best spot to go downtown for a tasty, healthy drink. The new owner, Amanda, and her kids make you feel right at home. Very cozy decor and speedy service. I highly recommend the “Love Potion Tea Bomb”

If you are in the downtown area and want a quick pick me up go and grab a tea bomb, I promise you will be feeling better shortly after.They also have smoothies that are meal replacements in an assortment of flavors, if you are trying to watch your weight this is worth a try.
