Karen and Amelia did a great job of helping me to find products! This place offers many vegan foods that even in New York I had to order online or could only find in select places! The store was clean and I got a pre-made hummus and veggie sandwich as well. It is a bit pricey so I took off a star for that, as well. They offer cereals and milks I have never seen before so enjoy the variety. Would recommend all vegetarians and vegans to check out this store if possible and support a small business! Planning to return here when I do my grocery shopping next to get some more items.Service was friendly and they do have a food truck but not sure the details of that. 4/5

Elements of Nutrition has the best prices for organic, veg and health foods when compared to their competitors. If they do not have a particular item that you are looking for, the manager will do what she can to get it in the store without the customer having to buy an entire case. The staff is very accommodating and as a bonus, they do not have a corrupt board of stewards.

Good selection of products, many brands you will not find elsewhere. Some prices are expensive and others are market value. Customer service and care is excellent. The owner is knowledgeable, friendly and cares about your health.

Only gave 4 stars because there were dead moth-like bugs in the bag of pumpkin seeds I purchased. Otherwise I loved the variety of foods and spices. Will defiantly go again.

Great local store with fresh organic produce. The owner Caren is not only knowledgeable about her products, but knows exactly what Im interested in. Its more than shopping, its an experience. Sorry Whole Foods, youve been replaced.
