The first thing that happened was the answering machine with a message about their fuel price and that you should leave you name and number and they would return your call. I did not receive a call-back for two days, so I called them again and left another message and again later the same day called again. Then I had to wait through the weekend and called again on Monday morning and still got the answering machine. I never received a call-back from this company.If you need oil, do not leave a message with Roman Oil. They will not return your call. Dont run out of oil waiting for a return call.

I have found the delivery men polite and efficient. The prices are asreasonable as any other company, and the office staff are the best.Keep up the good work.
