I’ve worked for United for 18 years and in that time I can say I’ve been treated very fairly.

New job...first day.

Was told you can park on the street outside, so that’s where I am. The gates are open at 2000 when I got here and there is plenty of room in side, but stayed outside as didn’t want waking up too early. Seems like an ok place. They don’t start receiving until 0800

Yup, Top notch on the receiver end. Had an appointment, docked, unloaded, in about 30 min. Had a small load, but even with a full truck they don’t mess around. Friendly personnel. Plenty of room to maneuver.

Not so hot in helping others. A smile goes a long way as well as helping hands when it comes to helping others even though it lunch time. You could be in same position one day.

The warehouse is terrible at professionalism. They mistreat customers and employees. The establishment is in disarray with no form of control or order.

I came to deliver here and got people with bad attitudes. Even the office personal were unkind in the matter of me making a complaint. The offloader Mike Brocious had an attitude right off the bat. Ive never been here to deliver and I hope I never do again. Very unprofessional. Got here at 1030am and had an 11am appointment eastern time and the offloader said Im going to lunch and left me hanging. Like I said very unprofessional.
