I give 0 stars to this place.They wanted to charge me 400 for a key which cost around 40 dollars or. Less.The people there must be fired ASAP.They probably know. What they are doing, but they dont offer good Service.(worst service I ever seen)Go to your near mechanic if you need something done.This guys will charge you big amount of money for thins that are not expensive.

The service dept is a joke. Lazy people.called twice for an appointment for service . left voicemail, never called back. scheduled online twice, never got a confirmation. finally had to go to Ottos in west chester. Got it done.I bought the car at union park, but never again. worst service in my 70 years!total disgrace

My experience at Union Park was fantastic. I had been shopping for a while and knew exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I was about to purchase locally when Mary Cerami called because I had inquired about their sale online. I told her what I wanted and didnt expect much. An hour later I got a call and she had exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted. She emailed everything to confirm the deal. What she promised is exactly what I got when I arrived.On the customer service front, we had a problem with setting up something on the car. When we couldnt figure it out at 10:30 at night (Note I didnt get there until 6) they offered to drive a loaner to PA, take the car back to fix it, and return it. The problem was actually resolved about 10 minutes later. But that is the kind of customer service that I am always looking for.Mary and other folks have called several times to make sure everything is good. Best car buying experiences Ive ever had!

My name is Stan Crawley I bought a car 1 yr ago and the engine blew. They tell me its my fault and want to charge way to much. The sales guy with the stats on his face provides the worst customer service and does not know how to talk to people. It took several calls to get through because they dont return calls. The corporate office promises to do things for you but doesnt follow through. This is the worst experience Ive had in 55 yrs. Dont buy from them they are rude.

I recently leased a Buick Encore from Sam Williams at Union Park. Due to a relocation from another state there were a few hoops to jump through. Sam walked us through and made every hurdle easy to jump. Loving our new Encore. Highly recommend this dealership and specifically Sam to anyone looking to purchase or lease.

I called and left 5 to 6 voice mails with my Sales person trying to get updates on when my tags were coming in. My Sales person never returned my calls until I got a manager involved. Tags came in 10 days after temp tags expired. The Sales person said it was normal because the tags were NJ tags and being sent to DE which made no sense.Now Im having an issue as I need an Motor Vehicle Affidavit from the IRS signed by someone from the dealership. I called and left a message with the Finance guy last Thursday asking for a call back. No response as of today (Tues). Called for my Sales person yesterday and was told he would call me back. I explained my issue and that I only had a week to return the signed form. I was assured he would let my Sale guy know. I called at 1:51 to leave that message. I called back at 4:49 and got my rep on the phone since he never called me back. I asked if he received my message and said yes i have a note on my desk. I explained I need someone to sign that form. He said I will call you back first thing tomorrow morning. As of 10:10 no call back and honestly not expecting one.

They fixed my dads car. The repair required the door to be open for a long period of time. We stopped for lunch after we picked up the car. The battery was dead. We called union park and originally they said that they wouldnt help us. Then someone said they would come. Fortunately, a nice man jumped his car before the person had even left to come over.

My 2012 Dodge blew its water pump in Wilmington on 8/30. I know they dont sell Dodge but I called to see if they could service since close by. Service said they supposed they could but not until 9/7. Dont jerk me around - just say you cant or are not interested. Brandywine Chrysler took it same day and I had it back 8/31. I was a customer of UP way back when and was dissatisfied then, figured Id give them a chance. Will not again.

This is the worst company ever after you purchase a vehicle. The whole initial process was sketchy and I fault myself for even going through with the deal! I initially was told to come in to do paperwork on the car and the salesman asked me what time I got off work because I had to drive almost 2hrs to get there. The salesman said okay and to come in, I left work and went straight there and after driving almost an hour and a half the salemans calls and says where are you, which I informed almost there. I get there and the salesman says oh we cant do anything at this hour its to late in the evening you will have to come back. Fast forward to present day..... within 8 months of getting the car the transmission messed up and the car left my husband stranded on the side of the road. I called union park to ask about the ex tended warranty that was purchased, was transferred to someone very rude who cut me off mid sentence and told me that they dont check warranties there and I needed to call Nissan. I tried explaining myself again and he says he was going to get me to speak to someone else and was transferred to a voicemail box that was full! Im over this place! Go someplace thats more customer friendly after they gain your business!

I came in for service for my XC90 when my check engine light came on. They assessed what was wrong and wanted to charge me almost $3000.00, but I declined the work. They charged me close to $300.00 for diagnostic time to check it out. I found a local Volvo mechanic who reassessed the issue and determined it was just a dirty fuel injector, and after just one bottle of SeaFoam from AutoZone an hour later the check engine light went out and has not returned since. Its been almost a month now and the check engine light is gone. They also broke one of the clips that hold the air filter box, and the screw which holds the entire air cleaner box in place, and then they refused to replace it with a new one. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Have a Blessed Day...

Great service advisor ( Wanita ) but tech didnt address any of the issues I brought the car in for except replacing bulb. I told them smelled anti freeze and theres a whining noice. He could here noise and said there was an oil leak. He fixed the oil leak at a price of over $2000 the next morning passenger area filled with anti freeze. Heater core leaking and the power steering had to be fixed ended up with just a mechanic in pa that had done the brakes for me the year before

I have purchased many automobiles from Union Park, most of them Pontiacs . My wife and I offered to pick up a friends Volvo, this car had been horribly abused by other garages . Unfortunately the car had to many issues other than what it had come for . The shop foreman spent two weeks trying to undo the damage others had caused . In the end there was absolutely no charge for any work that had been done, and a rather large print out on all the electrical systems that had been damaged by other shops .

What a great place to do business. I purchased a Pre-owned GMC Envoy from Jim Gadsby. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and very knowledgeable about the vehicle since he actually owns one himself. Eric VanDyke was my finance person and made the whole financial process a breeze, which is great since this is the process I hate the most when buying a new vehicle. I wasnt even planning on buying a vehicle that day; I was only going in to look but Jim and Eric made the whole process so easy. Within a few hours I was enjoying my new vehicle at a great price and a good payment.Thanks again gentleman

I brought my car in for an issue covered under the warranty. They ordered the part and had me bring my car back in a few days later. I asked how long the work would take, they said maybe two days. They let me know that I would have a loaner vehicle. I asked while it was in the shop if I could get an oil change and have the car detailed.I dropped off my car later that week, but they made me pay for a rental. (Which was around $100 for two days.) I was told by a manager later that I had to pay for the car because I could have picked my car up that night. I was never told that, otherwise why would I spend an additional $100 on a rental.When I picked up my car, the detail was awful and the car had a horrible smell. They waxed over all the scratches that I asked to be buffed out and they waxed over some sap. I could see the wax residue and the only thing they did with the interior was vacuum. The auto spa asked me to bring the car back in to fix it, I did. However, the issues remained.
