We ordered our Spa during the pandemic (9/2020.) A lot of factors were out of everyones control for receiving the Spa in the originally estimated timeframe. While we received it later than anticipated, Nick did a great job guiding us with the installation process. His on-site training proved to be invaluable and it was well worth the wait. After looking into different companies & their reviews in Wilmington i called Nick. Within the hour Nick returned my call. Nick spent time educating us on the backlog of spas. During the conversation it was mentioned if we couldn’t purchase & have a spa delivered by Christmas, did he know of anyone that knew how to put together saunas.We had purchased a sauna and was seeking someone to help put it together, Nick informed us he knew of someone he thought would be able to help and if they couldnt he would before Christmas. He called back when he said he would. My husband and I stopped by the office on a Friday to ask some questions, we were on the fence if we wanted a spa. We didn’t have an appointment but Nick was more than happy to answer our questions and show us the options. After meeting Nick we left the office and on our short ride down Market Street decided we needed a spa. We turned around and order our spa that day. After 7 long months of waiting, we received our spa and couldn’t be more thrilled. Nick gave us the spa care course and we were able to get our water to the ideal levels. We have been considering a Hot tub for a few years and finally took the plunge. We purchased a Artesian South Seas 735L from Spa Wharehouse. The experience was wonderful, Nick had a no pressure low key approach, which after visiting several dealers was welcome. First off we came out of other dealers with sticker shock we had no idea tubs could cost so much and also left confused with bells and whistles, Nick just sells hot tubs and is a wealth of genuine no nonsense information, and very reasonable prices. The whole process was painless, tub was delivered and placed with in the stated time frame. Be advised you have to call Nick and set up an appointment at his Wharehouse space but it was worth the effort. I think we made the right choice and so should you!
