The dealership is easy to access and is visually very pleasant. All of the staff that I encountered were polite and professional. Its clear that they enjoy working there which certainly says something for the management. Would definitely purchase from this dealership, just havent made up my mind on which model.

Low in inventory like every where else. Did have a Scout Bobbed to look at and sit on and ride if needed.Great customer Service. Saleswoman greeted and answered question of another customer and myself while finishing a sale of another couple and they were happy. She also owned a newly purchased scout bobbed herself. I think I want a regular scout after further research with suspension and the ability to carry bags. Ill order or go used if I cant wait minimum 6 weeks

What a great all round experience. Went in to look and ended up walking out with a Can Am Spyder F3-S. The general manager Bill made the process quick and painless. We were in and out in 30 minutes. That includes paper work and credit check. Great selection of new and used. No pressure to buy. Very friendly staff. Loved the experience and would highly recommend to others.

Dealership had the Model I wanted and I went from test ride to leaving with a 2019 FTR1200S in short order. I needed a new battery almost right away and the dealership swapped a new oone for the dead one with no questions asked. Very quick to respond to emails and calls which makes doing business smooth and painless. they made trading in my mt-07 a breeze. glad to do business with them again.

For a new Indian dealership they are killing it! They always have bikes in stock, and tons of used bikes! Every employee is knowledgeable about what they have on the floor and willing to give you their undivided attention. They do not BS any customer around either. If they think a bike might not suite your size/experience/or what you intend to do with it, they will help you find one that will. Its awesome seeing dealers respecting everyone that walks in the door and helping them become Indian owners and bike lovers!

Great bike and nice people. But communication not so great. Took awhile to respond y to emails and was never told what I needed to bring to closing. Parts I wanted added to the bike before pick up wasnt ordered. No fuel in tank when I pick it up. Said theyll put the backrest on and still charged me for after I said Ill do it myself.

I needed the rear tire replaced on my Indian Roadmaster, and was going to be out of the state for several weeks. Manny the service manager was very accommodating and scheduled me to get in as soon as I got back. It took a little longer to change it out than I thought it would, but that was because the service tech was training a new tech on the new tire machine. They even wiped the bike down and took it for a test ride to make sure there were no vibrations or other issues.

Great dealership, nice employees. I searched for a while for the right bike that I wanted. This dealership was further away from me than I wanted to travel, but the reward of a great bike and great service was well worth it.

Had a member of my biking group needing clutch adjustment linkage adjustment . pulled in dealership was very helpful fixed the problem and didnt charge us for the fix. highly recommended to you Indian Riders and anybody else thats interested

First bike purchase ever and had a great experience. Was in and out, got the bike I wanted and it was delivered fast. All of the staff were friendly, including being offered an extra personal rainsuit of a staff member for my ride home in the rain.

Wow, I went to look and ended up with my 2021 Scout 60. Was greeted very promptly at the door with a smile, and any questions I had being answered. Was offerded a test ride, which was my first time on road. Chris was very cool with escorting me for the test ride. We came back and boom done. He got the numbers were I needed them, no issues was offered drinks and a 7-11 run if needed. Bang out the door.Got notification that used bikes needed to be inspected, called had a new temp tag overnighted no problem, couple days later tag came in.Ran into a mechanical problem, called warranty covered it and was a simple fix and didnt take weeks. So overall happy with purchase and dealership. Chris was super easy to work with!

Stopped by to look at a pre-owned Polaris Slingshot. Jen, the sales person was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interested in. The shop was also well lit, clean show room and lots of parking.

One of the worst dealership experience that I have had here. Purchased a vehicle from them during March 2021 and have had the worst experience in my life.The finance team is the worst on the planet. The finance manager needs to learn meaning for the word courtesy and how to treat his customers.I had to get my issues resolved after escalating the issue to Indian Corporate.All this dealership care about is Money, once they get it you get a different treatment.No one deserves the experience I got. Better to look out for another dealership.

Went for a front tire replacement. In the shop for a week, was told one day then the day passed and nothing. 3 days after the day I was told it would be done and no word from the dealer. It was until after I kept calling the store is when I finnaly got one of many reasons why they cant do my tire. If your paying for the service yourselves dont bother. Warranty only location.

Bob was a pleasure to deal with, I applied for online financing the night before my purchase and he called me first thing in the morning to set it a deal, it was quick and easy and super knowledgeable staff

Terrible. Went to get a new rear rotor and pads put on as they said they work on Harleys. Took three weeks and the kid mechanic sent me home with NO WORKING REAR BRAKES and knew it. When I turned around he said to bring it by Monday and he will vacuum bleed the lines as he didn’t have the tool. Well Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday came and he still didn’t have the tool and couldn’t figure out why my brakes weren’t working right. They stripped the threads and bent a bolt when re-installing my caliper. Harley had to re-drill threads to get a new bolt in. I just got my bike back from them and my brakes work again. STAY THE HECK AWAY!

As many businesses are feeling the pain of having demand but not the supply, Indian is no different. Seems if you want a new bike, youll need to put down a deposit before the factory builds the bike and wait time is 4-6 weeks.

Love the bike 2021 Indian Challenger Limited.. not impressed with staff. First, sales member did not know anything about the bike. Second, the paperwork we received did not have the VIN and listed our bike as a Challenger Dark Horse,me being in the finance industry paperwork has to exact which it was not and the rebate Indian had at that time was not utilized. We called Polaris/Indian ourselves and they had no problem giving us the $500 credit. Third, the bike then had a stalling issue and some other issues we called and scheduled a service appt...we got to the dealership at the time specified to find out that the appt was only scheduled for the 500 mile service and to adjust clutch, not the stalling issue. My fiance was angry, as well as he should of been...a hour drive and tolls to be told that the appt was for a 500 mile sevice and the major issue was not going to be addressed and apparently no report of the issues we were having with the bike relayed to the service manager. I dont write reviews like this often...I understand that it is a new dealership and that they have growing pains...but this is beyond growing pains.

Went in for oil change and got a $350.00 response i told him that the dealer in Annapolis was $200. He didnt even budge on price so went an hour away to get better service and price. I tried again to give another try and asked for price on parts and service and never got a call back so i guess they dont need the business.
