My friend and I were on a couple day bike trip. I had my starter go out on my Triumph halfway there. Called and explained my problem to them and they said bring it by first thing in the morning. They had my bike fixed and on the road in no time. Fantastic place! Highly recommend!!

Theyve worked on a kawasaki and a honda for me. Lot of places in wilmington dont touch anything but Harley. Prices are fair and theyre usually pretty quick to get stuff done. Longest I had to wait was a dual carb rebuild and that was maybe the long end of 3 weeks but they said prior to accepting the bike the shipping for it usually takes 2 weeks and I had them do a bunch of other stuff.Id recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND... This isb far the best mechanic Ive ever gone to for any vehicle and Ive lived all over the country. As painful as taking an automobile to a mechanic can be, Hard Knox Cycles makes the process as painless as possible. Compared to other shops in town they have the best rate for service and do exceptional work. Richard, Ashley and the team were all pleasant and easy to work with. I needed new fork seals and they gave me the part at cost along with reasonable hourly rate. In addition, when Richard was finished with the seals he personally went to test his own work. That is when he realized that my exhaust was missing the flange which could have resulted in critical engine failure. Richard then called me personally to discuss my options and even suggested to go with the less costly of the two options, to fix the existing pipes. He had all of my work done in a short time which allows me to get back on the road for my church group ride this weekend. My bike rides and sounds better than it ever has thanks to these guys! Thanks Hard Knox, Ill be back (hopefully not too soon).

Most honest people ever, something unexpected happened to my bike so they had me come in to see it with my own eyes before they did anything, and last minute there was another issue requiring more labor and they didn’t charge me for that. Bring your bike here if you want it done right

Called every bike place from wilmington to myrtle beach and no one had anything for kickstands. Had kickstand broke right off at the bolt and Hard knox cycles came in for the save with not a replacement, but welded it back for a save!! 💯 Would recommend over anyone else!!! Thank you Guys Soo much

Very impressed! Took my 03 dyna low rider in to diagnose a issue with the motor cutting off at highway speeds, they found the issue, corrected it with a carb rebuilt and some other much needed love and now my bike runs AMAZING! Feels good to be able to hit 70 again! Thanks!

I was out of town and the local Harley Davidson was fully booked. i had a bad rear tire and was referred by the Harley shop. they not only replaced the tire on such short notice but discovered i had no brake pads left in the rear after another Harley shop passed it for inspection a day earlier. i was so relieved to find a honest shop that charges a honest rate for outstanding work. they pull two tech aside to get me back on the road safely. i cannot stress how much trouble i would have been in if this shop did not go over and beyond to provide service with no notice in my time of need. thank you for an outstanding job.

Inflated pricing, double charged for products and servicing. Glad to have my bike back. Will not use again. Of course, they felt justified for double charging. You do the math. No scruples.

Awesome guys @Hard Knox Cycles. Chris was great dealing with a set of newbies, he answered all our questions with patience and knowledge. He was able to order us some helmets just in time for our MSF class, then sold us both our 1st bikes. My friend had an issue with her helmet a few weeks later and they offered to fix it or replace it at no cost to her. Great customer service 😊 Highly recommend this shop!

Place tried to give me the run around I paid for full inspection of bike before purchasing, and they wanted another half hour labor to check the battery at 80 dollars a hr fee. Then when I asked about it the guy on the phone David got loud and began cussing. I would recommend going anywhere else first

Take 08 yfz450 in for a hard start they did a leak down test an the exhaust valves wernt closing all the way I told them to go ahead an replace them all that I wanted the bike reliable an 2 days later on a Thursday I get a call saying its done they pulled all the valves out cleaned all the carbon buildup an reinstalled so I go to pick up an was told to take it on a test ride so we start it I pull out there driveway on the atv an 20ft later my motor locked up a valve broke an messed a whole bunch of stuff up that they day Im responsible for now my question is how am I responsible for a valve breaking when u just charged me 900 to do a head job an a valve breaks before I even pick my quad up so now Im stuck taking this shop to court to fix my quad the right way if u want a good shop go to lejune motorsports or no bull performance both in jacksonville I would give this shop 0 stars if I could

Great place great people, this is the main place I bring my bike (honda shadow) and they get the job done at a reasonable time. They always walk me through and even show me what needs to be done and what they can do to insure I dont over spend! I will continue to use this establishment for any and all bike needs!!

I went in to talk to these guys about a project I wanted to have built, based on a friends recommendation. Richard happened to have the perfect donor for sale, and he was enthused about taking on the project. In the end, he turned a standard Heritage Softail into a totally badass custom bike that turns heads everywhere I go. He also worked with me to keep the cost in check. As long as youre not in a hurry, working with these guys is worth the wait!
