As a truck driver, I deal with a lot of different companies. When I find out Ive got a delivery going to Union Office Interiors, I always look forward to it. Ive been delivering there for almost three years now, and every time I go there I know its going to be a pleasant experience. The entire facility, from the office to the warehouse is clean. Every employee is chipper and very helpful, and the guys on the dock always have a smile on their face. I wish I had experience with them from a customers standpoint, but Im sure its no different than what I get on my end.

Customer service was poor when multiple issues occurred. For instance, I was charged $150 for an installation fee but they had to come back three times to complete it because one of the pieces was wrong. I was unable to use my desk at work for three days. When I spoke with the owner about taking the charge off my bill because of what happened, I was told that I was lucky he wasnt charging me for the extra labor.
