Went in here today interested in buying some new sneakers and ended up with an education on my feet! Joe was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully I have these sneakers for a long time, they feel amazing! Definitely recommend.

A foot specialist sent us to this particular New Balance to get our daughter sneakers to fit the braces on her legs. They exceeded our expectations by a mile! Joseph was the employee who waited on us and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Such a great experience. Well definitely be returning the next time we need shoes. Highly recommend!

Took my wife here a couple of weeks ago to buy a new pair of New Balance shoes. Met with employee DuJour and he was extremely professional and helpful in fitting her with a perfect pair of shoes.

New Balance is always a delight for shopping, the staff is pretty knowledgeable about the type of shoe to fit your feet, I only wish if they see this rating they would put more of a variety in there 840 series of sneakers the people that wear this sneaker dont have much to pick from

We were looking for lax cleats as my D only plays with New Balance. We went in and they had zero cleats. The salesman just shrugged his shoulders and offered no assistance and as my D was speaking with him he just turned around and wandered into the back.

I have been suffering from foot pain for several months. My foot doctor recommended New Balance shoes. I ordered shoes online to be sure they had my size in stock. I arrived at the store and the man at the register asked me if I wanted to try them on. I didnt really want to, but I decided it was a good idea. I am so glad that I did! They didnt fit, and Chris suggested that I let him measure my feet. It turns out I was wearing shoes that were too narrow for me. After proper measuring, Chris put me in the appropriate shoe. My foot pain has been greatly reduced and I am on the mend. I am deeply grateful to Chris and the other nice people who helped at the New Balance store. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful service, accommodates disability needs without any fuss. Made my daughter feel normal, which is exactly what she needed. Had shoes in stock to fit her AFOs (wide). Shoes are light weight and comfortable, making it easier for her to get around. All around great store, great product, great people.

Sensational place to bring your mother for sneaks. She is 72 yrs young & couldnt say enough nice things about Chris, her salesperson..She said from the moment she walked in to departing, Chris was the best salesperson she has ever had in all her years. Thank you Chris!

The people that work here are phenomenal. They take their time and really make sure you get the shoe you want and need. I love having a podiatrist at the location. He helped me find the perfect shoes and now I don’t have any foot or back problems!

Jamie and her staff are professionals at getting you the best shoe for your needs. They arent just clerks looking to sell you the easiest shoes. They know the difference between different types of running & walking shoes and will find you whats most appropriate to improve performance and reduce risk of injury. As former president of Pike Creek Valley Running Club, I appreciate all that they do for the running community, from sponsoring our club and other charities, to arranging regular walking and running group events!

I have always wanted to get fitted for good running shoes but always just put it off. My husband and I dropped into this store just to look around and was greeted by Joseph who offered to do a fitting. I am SOOOO glad I did! He is exceptionally knowledgeable in footwear and we left completely happy with our purchases. This place is s seriously understaffed, went in to buy shoes and although all 2 of the sales people were helping other customers, neither of them bothered to acknowledge my existence. Needless to say after 10 minutes of waiting for at least a sir ill be with you in a moment, I left and went somewhere else. I understand they were busy, but dont watch me wander around the store without at least saying something.
