Ordered Lloyd Flanders patio furniture May 2020. Last I heard it was to shipped Sept. 2020. Have emailed and called without a response. What in the Leisure World are you doing or not doing. I know the furniture is made in the USA so no excuses about shipping. All I know is you have over $1,300 deposit and I have nothing to show for it.

Outstanding customer service! I purchased furniture at Leisure World 14 years ago. It was great quality and very comfortable. It still looks good after all this time, outside year round on my porch. Two of my chairs broke this year and I wanted to replace them. The company no longer makes those chairs, but Leisure World very kindly offered to see if they could fix them. They repaired both chairs and wouldn’t let me pay them for the repairs! You don’t get such great customer service very often anymore and I greatly appreciate it!

We ordered furniture back in April we do not get any response from store... said it would be in by OCTOBER! We can not get hold of ANYONE!! Poor customer service!! Just a PHONE CALL would help!!

I could not be happier with my purchase! Trey was a pleasure to work with and gave me great advice. It did take a while but, that was expected.....Covid made everything complicated. I just received my last purchase and it was well worth the wait! Chris, the delivery man is pleasant and seems to really like his job. He is very personable and a genuine good guy!I would highly recommend Leisure World and I am happy I found this lovely store.

We purchased an entire set of Kingsley Bate last Spring furniture for our screened deck . Trey was fantastic - he helped us decide what style size and construction would be best. He made suggestions but did not hover. Price for quality was a good value. . Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him to a friend. COVID brought challenges with the manufacturer but he kept us updated until the furniture was delivered in time for July 4.But... now we have an outstanding warranty issue. Multiple emails with photos, a return visit to the store and another email. Trey is no longer responding. The furniture is teak an needs to be oiled but cannot be until repaired. Extremely disappointed.UPDATE - Trey has replaced the chair. I will update to 4 stars. ( only because communication could have been better)

We ordered furniture in April, was told we would get in July, July came and went. I called, never answered the phone, stop at store in August and told delivery would be mid September. No updates, still don’t answer the phone, told to email, sent 3 in last week, no response. Sent note on both Facebook and website, still no response. Guess I have to drive to store to confront in person, no way to run a business!

We were totally ignored in this store and were ready to purchase a porch set. The guy behind the counter was by himself and didn’t even acknowledge our presence with a hello. Like in Pretty Woman...big mistake.

Trey and his staff are always so patient in helping with the selection process. The prices are very fair and delivery is always prompt. Well return again and again!

Visited and left immediately when the employee working was not wearing a mask.

We have bought outdoor furniture on three occasions from Trey and his staff. They always have been polite, and very helpful! We did shop around some and Leisure World had a good fair price. If in the future we need any more we definitely will return to LW.

Travelled in from out of town and purchased an Oriflamme LP Gas Fire Pit with a granite table...The staff was extremely helpful and polite, and we absolutely love the pit and how it works. After looking around the store, we also purchased a few other items (Bar stools and etc.) too!I had shopped around for prices on this particular fire pit, and the price at Leisure World was better than anywhere in North Carolina that I could find!I will most definitely be back!!

Trey Folcher, Owner, of Leisure World sets the standard for poor after sale service. In the spring of 2016 we visited Leisure World concerning a warranty issue regarding some outdoor furniture that we previously purchased. Over the course of the next several months, we began to have suspicions about the veracity of what Folcher was telling us about his efforts to resolve our warranty issue with the manufacturer. Subsequently, we contacted the manufacturer whereupon we learned that they had no knowledge of our warranty claim. Per instructions from the manufacturer we returned to Leisure World and placed our warranty claim order with Folcher. Approximately 10 weeks later we contacted the manufacturer to ascertain the status of our warranty claim order and learned that they did not receive any replacement order from Leisure World. Accordingly, the manufacturer took our order and shipped the replacement furniture directly to our home.Throughout the entire process, Folcher was an obstructionist and he repeatedly and intentionally misled us about the status of our warranty claim.

Bought some nice porch chairs here.
