We went out on an oyster farm tour with James today. We loved it! James is really knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He shucked some oysters for us, and we got to eat them right on the boat. We haven’t been big raw oyster eaters, but we were open to the experience. So glad we were! They were delicious! Some of the very best we’ve ever eaten! Highly recommend! 🦪

I used to think an oyster is an oyster is an oyster, until I had one from Middle Sound Mariculture! They let their oysters mature and it makes the world of a difference! These are the best oysters I’ve ever had! You can eat them raw, steamed, roasted, etc!! They’re the best! The farmer really knows what he’s doing here in growing these oysters! I live about 4 hours away, but it’s worth the drive, trust me!

I worked with Middle Sound Mariculture to get 120 oysters ahead of some friends visiting from Michigan. They were SUPER accommodating and easy to work with. Oysters were very tasty. Highly recommend this company, great people
