The Basss are hard working people and they try to help everyone and are the sweetest family. The girls Rhonda, Denise, Penny worked hard in that office to help all their customers. I rather buy from a hard working family and keep them in business than buying from a chain that cant keep help and have no clue what is on the market that is the best. If you want to buy a one time washing machine then go buy a Speed Queen, the best washer on the market that will last you for ever, it has a 5 year warranty with a stainless steel tub. The old saying is you get what you pay for, it will run you about 400.00 more than a cheaper machine, but this is a 25 yr lasting machine, so that 400.00 will be well worth it in the long run. Pull up a YouTube on the Speed Queen TC5 and listen to what you get with this machine and the ratings. I did my research and worked with some appliance guys and they all said get a Speed Queen, so after 4 mechanics telling me and they work on the cheap machines all day long. I believed them and went and got a Speed Queen. it washes in 30 mins and its all metal no plastic and she is a real heavy machine. So Thanks Bass Appliance for always be super nice and helpful. Sales, maybe. Service, nope. I bought an expensive stove from Bass in 2007. On 5/26/20, the oven keypad signaled a fault and stopped working. I had to wait until 6/4 for a technician to service it, but, okay, they were busy. He couldnt fix it without a replacing a part, so we paid for the service call and asked them to order the part. It was supposed to be available in 2-3 weeks. Which is today. Only, when I called, they had no record of the order and now that part is on backorder until 7/10. Im going to go somewhere else and buy a new stove. I paid a premium with them because they claim they service what they sell. The premium was wasted.Thank you for the response; however, when I authorized ordering the part, I was told it would be available in 2-3 weeks. If it were on backorder at that time, I was misled. And the fact that the part is NOW on backorder doesnt change the fact that your store failed to order it when they said they would, and, if I hadnt called today, I would still be expecting to get a call from you that would never come.
I called on Monday to schedule service for a dryer not heating. I told the receptionist that they would need to send TWO people out because the dryer would need to be restacked on top of the washer once repairs were complete. The technician showed up SOLO on Thursday morning and told me no one was available to restack today. So I have a repaired dryer I still can’t use. Unbelievable. I called the office and was told they could have someone out to restack on MONDAY! For an additional service call fee, of course. I’m thankful they were able to fix the dryer, however, I’m disappointed in the customer service. Needless to say, I will not be using their services again.

I have dealt with this business since 1998 when I was new to the area and worked in Wilson. Bass Appliance have been awesome to deal with and are very reasonable in their prices. They are hard working, honest and dependable. I have had them at my home in Spring Hope to repair 2 different types of washing machines over the years. I will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

Had a new ge dishwasher installed after my old one bit the dust. the guys were on time, got right to the task at hand and were done in about an hour. my dishes havent been this clean since they were new. this is just your average, no extra bells or whistles dishwasher but it does a great job.
Technician came out to tell me nothing is wrong with my washer, but there is still water leaking all on the floor. The technician was scheduled for a second time a few weeks ago, but I needed to cancel & reschedule. I called back & they tell me that they arent coming back out since I had an appointment & needed to reschedule.
Rhonda helped us with our new Speed Queen washer/dryer set and Willie came out and set them up. The service was speedy, profession and proactive and we couldnt be happier. Thanks guys!!!
These people do not know what they are doing... Hired them to fix my whirlpool refrigerator and they charged me 70 dollars to tell me it was the ice maker and when that didnt work they said it the 300.00 board or other parts that could cost us another 500.00 dollars. My grandbaby can keep changing out parts until they get the right one. The purpose of hiring them was to diagnose the problem and fix it and if thats the way they do things, then why they didnt tell me that from the start? Then, when I called the owner Penny Bass, she could only tell me what the technician was telling her, she just collecting money... Dont be their next victim!

They where nice and accommodating even though I didnt have all the information for the machine I was repairing when I had issues with my card they put it aside and log me to go out to get the money and come back for it they were polite to my children who running around the stores opening closing the machines I would recommend them highly
Refused to come look at an issue with a refrigerator and cook top for repair because they were not purchased there. Would have gladly paid for the repairs and was not looking for any warranty service

I dropped a dryer off on June 9th, 2018 to be checked for what I believed was a heating issue. The dryer was running and had power at the time I dropped it off. I called the following Thursday to check the status of the dryer, since I never received any information up to this point. I was told the dryer was working fine and heating properly. I picked up the dryer only to find the dryer had no power. I was told the problem would be resolved after making a 2nd return. A couple of days later I was charged for fixing the power issue to the dryer.

Had Bass Appliance come out to my house to look at my 3 yr old dryer that was not heating. Of course, they only come out to my neck of the woods 1 day a week, so it was 5 days before they could come out. Figuring out it was the element, the tech didnt have one on his truck, so he left the machine apart and went on his way saying that he was going to order the part. Part came in and they called Thursday afternoon in which I could not return their call due to working. When I called back Friday I made an appointment for the following Wednesday (it has been at least 10 days without a dryer now). The tech came out and installed the element but because I didnt leave payment and my cousin could not get a hold of me at work (he only has FB IM to communicate with) immediately, he took the part off and told my cousin to have me call them! Im quite upset that no one in the office reached out to me so I could have paid over the phone!! Next day (Thursday) I called to pay over the phone and to see if he would go back out and install it and the bill was $100 more because the tech wouldnt come back out unless they cahrged me another service call!!! Forget that crap! Paid for it over the phone, will pick up myself and YOUTUBE how to install it if necessary. Can I also say that I was told the tech was sketched out by my cousin (who looks like a man but has the mental capacity of a 12 yr old).....how rude!!
