I can only really comment on the service department. They got my husbands bike in within two weeks of us calling which is pretty good for motorcycles this time of year. They saved the parts they replaced to show us what was wrong, and let us bring the bike a couple of days early to work with our schedule. Prices were better then any other place we called, so definitely a great experience. They have already got my dads bike scheduled in now too.

I have been doing business with CycleMax for 26 years and will continue for as long as I am still riding. Randy House is an amazing technician and a terrific human being. Van Paul is a great guy and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. We have purchased many bikes there and the service after the sale has always been very good. The motorcycle market has been tough through the pandemic and bikes are hard to come by, but CycleMax will always be a great place to start your search.

I sold my well maintained Ninja to Cyclemax and got a good price. I was pleased, they valued my time, and I left a happy guy. And then that was it. I never received any emails or mail from them about specials, ride-ins, promotions, or other events, etc. Maybe theyre making money hand over fist and they thought I was small potatoes. I liked the staff and I thought I was a pretty agreeable customer, but they completely wrote me off after the sale of my bike (they knew I still had another). Their loss, I guess.

They even went out of their way to get the part there the next day when it didnt show up the first day. I would highly recommend getting parts from cycle max because of their great customer service. Parts are a little pricey but they get you what you need and make sure your back to riding.

Bought an oil change kit and it wasnt the right one for my bike. I called and I was very surprised how great they took care of me ! Awesome people and great service to say the least.

Best place around if you need help with your 4wheeler. My husband takes our 4wheelers and his motorcycle for any issues or questions. Even today a buddy we ride with needed a rim switched out on a tire. I took it up there for him, literally took maybe 15 minutes I was in and out and they were so polite as well.

I was referred to Ty by a friend of mine when looking for a 2020 R6 for my son. He listened to what our needs were and came through with everything he said he would. Kept in touch through the whole process. As soon as the bike got to them, (It was an incoming bike being delivered to their dealership). They got it ready to ride and delivered to our house the next day. If you are in need of a new or pre-owned bike. Ty is the best!!!Thank you Tyfrom my son and myself.

Not worth it. My Fiancé made an appointment (well in advance) to get some things replaced on his bike. When he called, the guy said they have the parts and he was all set to come in on his scheduled appointment day. When the day of the appointment came we drove 30 minutes for the guy to say “I never ordered the parts so I can’t help you today” even though we gave them a WEEK notice and they said they would have them. Please whatever you do just find somewhere else to service your motorcycle because this place is horrible.

I have been going to this place for years to have my motorcycles worked on and to have an employee be disrespected towards my wife when she picked up her tire is pretty sad. I will be taking my business to another shop.

Just purchase a used motorcycle here. Tyson in sales did an outstanding job of working with me and spent the extra time needed to make sure the sale went through smoothly. All members of the team including service, parts and finance were all very friendly. I highly recommend.

Used to be a great store before COVID and staff change. I walked in, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help, and the bike inventory was low so there’s really not much to even browse. Would say terrible customer service but no one talked to me, so I just left. Guess I’ll head to raleigh

Johnny is a good guy I felt he was straight up. Unlike his sales manager Jim. Who isn’t very ethical. Tried to give them a deposit Jim wouldn’t take it. I’d do business with Johnny but not Jim Jim is a one star operator.

I had to purchase a tool box insert for a pick up truck, and Cycle Max did a great job helping get exactly what we needed. I dealt with Graham Rollo, and he was so helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend Cycle Max WILSON and we look forward to doing more business with them.

Drove 200 miles one way to get my new Yamaha MT09 from Tyson and Jim! Best experience ever. Had the bike clean and ready when i got there . Paperwork was quick. And all my questions were answered when i left. Hands down best powersports place in the nc area.

We have purchased three bikes from Cyclemax. Our current bike we purchased brand new and about 8 months in the battery went dead. They replaced at no charge to us. But then the batteries continued to go bad one right after the other. We were told to bring the bike in and they would look at it .Initially they believed it to be a bad rectifier, so they replaced it at a quote of $360. We were ready to pick the bike up but they wanted to test and make sure. So three weeks later after exhaustive diagnosis we pick the bike up in perfect working condition and paid nothing. The team at Cyclemax went above and beyond, they wanted to make 100% sure we had a bike we could ride without any problems. During their diagnosis and testing after the new rectifier was on they found the bike had the same issues. They then took the part off and did many tests. Come to find out it was an add on part they had installed for us. Took the part off and bike is as good as new!!! They could have put the new part on and collected our $ and we would never have been the wiser, but they did EXTRA to make sure we did not pay for something unneeded.

Im not normally one to leave reviews, but the incredible experience I had at Cyclemax could not go unrecognized. These guys are legit; all sales staff are knowledgeable and welcoming, the finance process was smooth and easy, and I was out in no time with a great deal! My friends and I will never go to another dealership now. Would highly recommend to new riders, experienced riders, or anyone in between. The parts guys are awesome as well. These folks are awesome. We are already planning on buying our next ATV from them and will definitely recommend them to others. Some of the worst customer service Ive ever seen. A week and a half after my purchase I was called and told I needed to go sign more papers asap. I also know another person that was called to go back and sign papers after their purchase. If the people dont know how to do their job then they need to hire people that can do the job. My friend also had extras added to his for free and a full tank of gas. When I unloaded my ATV I noticed I had just enough gas to unload it off the trailer. I was told when I asked about the gas that if I take it back theyll fill it up but after driving back and forth for a tank of gas and signing papers that should have been done at the time of purchase its not worth my time or money. In my opinion all customers should be treated equally. Wouldnt be so bad if i wasnt wasting a hour driving back and forth each time. For a better buying experience and better friendlier customer service do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Sure wish I could take mine back and buy from someone else.

Went in to check on purchasing side by side and sat in parking lot for over an hour waiting and they still couldn’t tell me anything. Told them I was leaving and they didn’t care.

Hands down the best dealer Ive had the opportunity to deal with!! I tried to tackle a valve shim change on my own and in the process dropped a dowel pin down past the cam chain and messed up the timing after I pulled the camshafts. I was extremely disappointed and was not excited to be gouged by a dealer to fix the problem I created, thankfully I brought it to the right place and that didnt happen! I was very nervous to explain the situation but was happy to hear that Cycle Max could take care of that no problem. They asked more follow up questions about what happened and gave me a best case and worst case scenario. They were honest and gave reasoning of what might happen as they searched for the dropped part, and how much it would cost depending on where they found it. Thankfully it wasnt the worst case scenario and after a very quick turnaround they did exactly what I wanted, they found the part and put the motor back together better than new! I cannot say enough of how personable and kind Glen and Randy are!! They made a very stressful situation much better and Im so excited to have my bike back! Thank you Cycle Max!

Ive never bought a bike at Cyclemax but the salesmen arent hounding you as soon as you get in the door like most dealerships so thats nice. And if you do have a question about a bike they are all friendly. My father bought his bike there and got a GREAT deal and awesome service. He seems really pumped on his new suzuki. Service staff is awesome. Randy House is not only personable but very knowledgeable. The parts staff is great and will hunt down the perfect part for you. I have a 1982 CM450E and parts are VERY hard to come by but Todd nor Reggie ever let me down. Prices are competitive too for a brick and mortar shop. Ive been going to Cyclemax for years. I live in Greenville and refuse to go anywhere else.
