First the people were super nice.After letting them know what was going on with the car and what had already been done we left the car with them from Thursday to the following Tuesday they couldnt figure out what was going on why it wasnt running correctly. Money paid for the diagnostic was refunded.

My mother had her Yukon Transmission rebuilt by Aycock Import and Domestic. Yukon is running great and they do NCSI also which makes it nice to have it all done in one place.My daddy also had a replacement transmission put in his dodge truck and it runs great. We are very pleased with Aycock Import and Domestic Auto Repair and Transmission Shop.

No communication with you at all. We told them to check to see if the transmission was bad. They repaired a piece on my vehicle and said that was the problem. Drove it home and it still was not fixed. Took it back a second time and all of sudden the transmission is bad. Y’all should have figured this out before you charged us x amounts of dollars. Not ok! I will not recommend this business. I’m sorry if you don’t know or can’t figure it out, then the professional thing to do would be to just say you don’t know. I can respect that, but to fix a part and to still have a problem. Not 5 star at all!!

I was looking around for a cheap but professional mechanic to replace my water pump in my van. I called and they were the cheapest with labor and the warranty. I got set up for my appointment took it in and picked up very happy customer and will be returning for more of there service

Always done right and honest. most trusted maintenance shop. ive only carried my cars here over the past 8 yrs. no issues no complaints.

Took my truck to be flushed because wrong transmission fluid was added. They said it would be $270, then called back the 2 days later and said it would be over $400. I got my truck back and it was worse than when I dropped it off. The truck also moves while its in park and the gear shift is broken. He said that it was like that before I brought it to him. Very disappointed in the service and the overcharge. I will not recommend anyone to this place. Highway robbery.

I actually pulled my car from his shop before he was able to rob me.His tactic is to call you and tell you where the current estimate is as if hes still looking for problems. he called me telling me the cost stood at $250I was fine with that, he said if I find anything else ill let you know and he came back saying he found more issues so the price is over $500 now.during this entire process he was asking personal questions relative to how deep my pockets were.I took my car out of his shop because my mother told me she let him work on her car before and when he replaced her transmission he replaced it with a used one that was shot as well. he overcharged her for a new one anyways.I took my car to Amco in rocky mount and saved over $300 dollars!!!! Avoid this place.
