The staff at Hubert Vester are awesome my wife and I had a great experience from start to finish. Our salesman was KB and he was very friendly during the whole sales process. My wife and I were shopping for a Highlander and he was able to find us a model that fit our family needs. We are in love with our new vehicle and get so many compliments on our vehicle. I bought my car from Alton.... Two years ago. I continued going there for EVERY SERVICE. Yesterday I was there for a oil change and I was sitting outside. I was told to move from where I sat by staff. There was other places to sit but HE requested I MOVE! I told a lady in the service department and she just said, oh... Sorry. I took his picture so... Heres the proof. I spend $$$$ here... Or I used to. Ill go where Im appreciated from now on

Top Notch! Just leased a Tacoma from Hubert Vester and worked with Ola and Larry. This dealership does business correctly-- they do not try and sell you on the fluff or jargon.I have worked with a lot of different dealerships over the past 8 years, and I can honestly say this was the best experience I have ever had.I presented what I wanted on a trade in-- they beat the price by $500.Also- if you are leasing, they have the best leasing staff that understand what you want and need out of a lease. I talked to 10 Toyota dealerships trying to track down the right Tacoma during this shortage, and no other dealership offered the service or pricing that we got at Hubert Vester.

I really wanted to give this business a more positive review but I just couldn’t find anything positive about it. From an employee’s loud profanities and the salesman stating said employee had no filter on their mouth to the same salesman taking personal phone calls during the negotiation process, I was taken aback with the complete lack of professionalism of this place. I took my business elsewhere.

I called here today and asked if they had a specific truck in stock. I told them I was driving for over an hour to get there. They said they would have the truck waiting on me whenever I got there. When I got there the vehicle was not there waiting. When we went inside to speak to the sales rep that was supposed to be helping us he didnt even know we were coming. Then when he went to look for the keys to this truck he couldnt find them only to find out that the truck had actually been sold. They tried a bait and switch which was to get us there knowing the truck wasnt actually there and then tried to sell us something else.

This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I will be returning and have a completely different mindset after purchasing through Hubert Vester. Paul is a Marine veteran, who not only takes care of his customers, but his employees as well. I walked away today feeling confident in the car I purchased, price, etc. and I know where to go for our next purchase! Highly recommend!!

Very happy with our first experience dealing with Hubert Vester Toyota in Wilson. After doing a lot of research for a vehicle on the internet we also researched specific dealerships at the Better Business Bureau website. Because Hubert Vester Toyota has a BBB A+ rating we choose it over several other dealerships that actually had vehicle lower prices, but had lower BBB ratings. Hubert Vester Toyota lived up to their BBB rating. We would go back.

We have bought several vehicles from this dealership and the sales personnel are great. The service department however is another story. The staff are not friendly and does not communicate well with customers. We brought one of our vehicles in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and were told since we didn’t have an appointment it would be at least an hour before they could get to it. We ended up having to go to Whites Tire for our oil change. Today we had an appointment with another vehicle and after waiting 50 minutes we checked on the status of our vehicle and they still had not started on it and were told they were behind. This is not good customer service. We never have this issue across the street at Vester Honda!! I hope this will be looked in to.

Service was provided as per the Toyota manufacturer offer of complimentary for first 2 years.What I did not understanding was the woman checking me out, who offered an all wheel drive alignment for a $100 plus. Folks, my expert friend on trucks and axles said that he did not know how you can do all-wheel alignment on a solid axle vehicle!And, there is one salesman who tried to sell me a new truck (I have a 2019!) each time I have been for service. He was persistent, meaning being a pest! And I told him no thanks more than once. Really???

I literally went in there to get my 2016 Kia Sorento Appraised and they acted like my business wasn’t good enough for them all the employees but like two acted like they was scared to talk to me did I look like I was gonna rob the place ? Its the dealership and or company I find highly outrageous. I dont know if I would ever purchase another car again from this dealership, Hubert Vester, or company.Issue:. TSB revision notice on 4-22-2010. Around four months after I purchased the car this notice came out. I was never sent a letter or advised by a service advisor this needed to be done and was under warranty otherwise I would have done it. Now Im stuck with the bill and out of 350.00 dollars for not knowing about this until Firestone advised me a month ago. Now Hubert Vester Toyota refuses to cover the cost because I was never told about this 11 years ago.

This is the 2nd time Ive used the rental car section, and its so much better than the normal rental car places. So easy. You just need full coverage insurance and a drivers license. Good prices, excellent new cars that are clean and lovely. The ladies in the office are very nice and make everything very easy. I didnt even know some dealers did rentals. So glad they do. Id recommend them to anyone. Rental car places are such a hassle usually.

I am not sure what has happened but the service is trash! In the last year or so the service has increasingly gotten worse. From incorrect charges, the oil stick being left out after a oil change and tops left off of ALL four valve stems after a tire rotation! These things happened at different visits so it wasn’t just a off day.

Poor and excruciating experience. Better go to Raleigh/ Rocky mount or elsewhere to buy a car. overpriced, they are only interested in getting every dime out of you. They never follow up on ensuring you have your new car registration, again stay away from this very poor customer oriented place. Soon as you sign, you are just another entity to them. Beware

The car buying process was straightforward and transparent. My salesperson Tim was down to earth and honest. A couple of weeks after purchasing my used pickup, a coolant leak developed; all it took to fix it was calling up my salesperson who Id been texting/calling throughout the process and a see you tomorrow for my free repair. Also, inquire about the finance guy and his jerky. Its delicious and reasonably priced.

Knowledgeable sales staff. Pricing was competitive with other dealers. Though I was not impressed with the finance manager who basically said that the price I was quoted had an 8 hour shelf life. In general, you also dont need to hang onto my keys, nor do you need to borrow my phone to find the price a member of your staff quoted me - you should already have it. It was obvious that they were not terribly used to informed buyers.

The customer service is always good, but the wait time was the only issue. I went to get my car inspected and they told me it would be 45 minutes. I ended up being there for 2 1/2 hrs. I normally drop my car off and on that day I wish I did.

I received my car in June 22nd. July 22 my 30 day tags expired. It is now 9/28 and I have yet to receive my official license plate. When I first called in July I was told to print my “bill of sale” off and use that if I get stopped until my plate gets delivered. HereIt is now almost October and still no plate! The lack of communication and care is unheard of! I understand Covid delayed some things but this is absurd. If buying from here be ready to call everyday to make sure your stuff is being taken care of and handled correctly in a timely matter.

When my mom purchased a vehicle approximately three weeks in the driver side panel for the seat came off they fixed it I took it back July 28, 2020 because it was broke again they said unfortunately it was going to keep happening and try to make my mother pay $65 mind you she’s a75 years old who is paying $500 a month and you mean to tell me you can’t fix the seat very poor I have always had a lot of respect for this Toyota dealership but something must be done they did not treat her very nicely! I’m sure the seat can be replaced very disappointed

I did my first rental with Toyota this past weekend and it was the most easiest, hassle free rental I’ve ever done. I was in and out in a blink of an eye. Compared to my previous experience with a competitor, I’m definitely sticking with Toyota in the future. Everything was clear cut online. There were no surprises when I got to the office. Bought a new car here but regret it. They had to order what we wanted. They knew we wanted Sirius radio. The salesman, Darius Williams, was surprised that Sirius wasn’t on the car when we checked it out. He said he could fix it by talking to his managers and the Sirius rep. So we took the car. Over the next month, he made many promises but nothing happened. Finally I gave up on him and started contacting the sales manager and general manager. Guess what; no response from them either. So NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE is a company-wide policy. Avoid Hubert Vester if you want a good experience!IMPORTANT UPDATE: Once again, no follow through by this dealership. I WOULD AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST. They will promise anything but do nothing. Since I wrote this review 3 weeks ago, and got service at a different dealership (because I would never go back to Hubert Vester), I have found out what real service is like. HV does not value the customer. I really dont appreciate someone who says they will do something but doesnt. That is Hubert Vester!

Outstanding service. The staff is always helpful and does a great job of keeping me informed. Bonnie has helped me several times when I have taken my Sequoia in and she’s always on top of her job and provides outstanding customer service. And the service manager made a great impression the first time I needed their assistance by assuring me they would provide quality service. Although there’s a dealership in town where I live I still prefer to drive to Wilson because they know how to take care of their customers and have reasonable prices. I was in the market for a new, (new to me) car for the last couple months. I looked around my local market, but couldnt find much. So, thanks to the internet, I looked online and found a couple good options within 100 miles of me. Although Hubert Vester wasnt my first choice, (due to the vehicle) I could NOT be happier with how it turned out. The choice of vehicles on the lot were awesome. Even ones I werent interested in looked great. The staff was amazing; super friendly and very helpful. I might have gone in biting off more than I could chew, but they worked with me. They were patient, (even though it was closing time) and gave me a fantastic deal for a great truck. Im a simple military man and was looking for a great truck. I found it here. Sharing the post service maintenance hassle i had to go through!The service was done promptly but the problem happened after that. After a couple of days when i checked my carfax maintenance history it still shows tire rotation due even after doing it. When i called up the service desk and told the issue they made me wait long time and finally the service manager told that he has no control over what carfax pulls from their DMS(Hubert vester). I told it is their responsibility to reenter the crucial tire rotation entry which is missing. He asked me to call up carfax and i was like are you kidding me. I am third party in this and the service center and carfax have to fix this bilaterally. After a lot of coaxing he agreed to call up carfax himself and fix it. He said he would talk to them and give me a call back. BUT ITS BEEN 2 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE THEN. Maybe they dont care about returning customers!!!

I appreciated that the General Manager, Tre Turner, checked in on me several times while I was at the dealership. Its obvious they are focused on customer service and satisfaction. A special thanks to Daryl, my sales associate, who was very patient while I was trying to decide on the color combination I wanted! I never felt rushed or hurried. Daryl wanted me to feel confident I was choosing the car I wanted.
