I recently went to the garner location and got a Halloween costume in a 2T for my son and it was to short so i called this location since it is local to me to check on the sizing for the same costume in this store before driving there and i got chase on the phone. He was so helpful and professional and is going to hold them for me so i can make sure my baby gets his paw patrol costume. He went as far as actually going and pulling the sizes i needed he is definitely an asset to this location target ! Give this guy a raise !

One word: YIKES. Since moving to Wilson I’ve come to the conclusion that whoever is running this target location simply does not care about the store looking presentable. I’m used to most targets being fairly clean but before you even step foot into the store you will see trash cans at the front entrance that are always full of trash. Trash in the floor as you walk through out the store, trash in the self check out and even before you exist the building where the carts are. I understand that during COVID many places are short staffed but the very minimum they could do is clean. I recommend you either order online or all together just visit another Target location.

I placed an order and it wasn’t ready within the time I thought it was going to be (pick up closes at 9p)SAM went above and beyond taking care of me and my little one. This order contained things I wanted but it also contain formula that my son needed. I had work all day and didn’t have time to pick any up before hand and I’ve always loved target “pick up” and decided to go here. She went above and beyond to get the formula to me, Sam’s customer service was beyond amazing. It’s my fault I didn’t go before but she reassured me everything was okay. And as a first time mom I cried the whole way home. People like her don’t come around often so keep her around. She was selfless, exceptional and amazing. Thank you so much Sam, this meant a lot to this mama.

Nice and clean. Well stocked and friendly employees. The bathroom was very clean as well.

The customer service I received at the Wilson, NC store from Alaura was so professional, courteous and patient. She looked up my product (book) and personally walked me to the book location. After that, she checked to make sure the price was correct (it was on sale) and then checked me out with a smile. I then found her supervisor and reported how pleased I was with the service I received.

I found what I needed very quickly.

Jo Ann S. made our Target shopping experience very memorable. My two girls have worked hard all summer to make some spending money. The girls put their items on the belt and watched as each item was totaled. Jo Ann was very patient when they needed to adjust a few items to meet the total amount of money they had. When it was time to give her the money, she helped them count out the money and handed them the receipt. She was amazing! I will never forget this interaction. We need more people in the world like Jo Ann S. She showed my girls what excellent customer service looks like.

Target is definitely the best retailer in Wilson. Has the cleanest store and best items. Safe is kind of “ehh” but the self checkouts make up for that for sure

Do not buy gift cards from this store. They will not refund your money if they don’t work. Essentially, they are stealing people’s money.

Nice clean store. Well stocked and friendly people. Starbucks is great with fast service. Clean restrooms.

My return experience at the Target in Wilson NC was excellent as is most of my shopping experiences there are. I am very happy with most services and products however I have a complaint about the womens restroom. It is usually fairly clean and tidy but in this difficult time it should be carefully cleaned frequently. I have long had a complaint about the lack of a hands free soap dispenser and especially a hands free paper towel dispenser. Today, I noticed that the cover of a tissue dispenser had fallen off and was laying on the floor. One side of a trash holder had come away from the wall. Surely Target can afford to provide better restrooms than I find in any Target in which I shop. Attention to this would be appreciated. Susan

Great customer service at the register

Typical store, a jack of all trades but not a master of none. You can get basics of many items like Clothes, Baby items, Electronics and food. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning they stock the store till about noon so it can be difficult navigate. The employees are all very nice and knowledgeable.

Have always love this store, I like it even better now that they let the girl scouts and salvation army come and park themselves outside.

Thank you for standing out there reminding folks that the Senior hrs were being honored. We were able to get some of the things we needed without being pushed out of the way.

This store is always well stocked and well maintained. The employees are super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Ive also noticed since the pandemic, they have been very diligent with keeping the store and carts sanitized for everyones safety.

I understand that you guys are keeping the 1st hour for the vulnerable, but we should be implementing the rule for everyone. I just stopped by to buy some masks (no dog food, like a customer around the 20s came out of the store with) because i was not aware of the 1st hour thing and the employee that is currently at the door is informing customer of the rules but they were a handful ignoring him and they still went through and he allowed it. Disappointed.

Zero stars. I tried to return an item with a receipt that was purchased with cash on the same day and was told that they do not allow same day returns. I requested the manager who called in over the radio confirming “their policy” but she never came to customer service. As a frequent Target shopper, I have never heard of this policy before. After reviewing Target’s return policy online, I contacted Corporate Target and was told that they DO accept same day returns with a receipt. The Wilson NC store does not seem to like returns so I’d be very sure of what you purchase there or shop elsewhere.

Ive never really had to wait to checkout and they have 4 self-checkout lanes-super convenient! The employees at the Starbucks inside are wonderful as well and guest service is fast and efficient!

If I could I would definitely give a 0 star. By far worst customer service I have ever seen. Bought a product from them and went to the truck to make sure that it was accurate. It turned out to be incorrect which Im guessing was from a prior return. But told them I would exchange but that was the only one they had. So I would simply take a gift card. They refused so I was stuck with a product the was not correct. Learned my lesson and will stick to Walmart in the future seeing as they are much better than this trash store

The CEOs response to the current climate only made me love the business even more. Being one of the original team members for T-2168 I enjoy coming home and being able to reconnect with my old store.

Giving target 5 stars just because it’s my favorite store but the loss prevention lady has a bad habit of starring at people while they’re shopping making them feel uncomfortable like we’re stealing something. Would like to shop in peace. Great store though!

I waited more than 10 minutes for someone to assist me with getting my online order while 4 employees were standing to the side talking and laughing.

Love this place! Its very organized and sleek. There is a Starbucks inside, so if you are hungry, go there, or the target vender. There is a customer service area, which has done a good job for us. The employees always seem to be nice, and the store is just amazing in general. This is a hood place for Christmas shopping. There is a lot of toys, merchandise, and even groceries. Oh, and if you want a discount, pull up you Cartwheel app! 👍👌

Store was clean and nice. But casheer was worried about other registers.. Did not get a hello or nothing. After she rang me up she turned to deal with customers behind her (who already had a caheer) after I swiped my card I had to wait for her to come back...service sucked

Its Target so i cant dislike it too much, but some of the staff here is rude. When you make a return and the only words said to you are do you have your ID theres something missing on the customer service side. Id also like to say that its ridiculous that they do stocking during the day. I like to go to Target in the morning because I have a baby and thats the best time for us... I cant even go down most aisles with my cart so I have to carry my 20 pound baby & push a cart. Ever heard of overnight stocking? Maybe? I love Target, but this is certainly not one of my favorites.P.S. if someone leaves a bag at the register it would be nice if you said something... I know you see it when you go t bag the next persons stuff. Target is probably the only place that doesnt hand you your bags or place them in your cart.

I love shopping at target, but as of tonight i will never ! I was accused of stealing while shopping for my kids as well as myself. A young man followed and eye balled me while shopping and began talking on his radio ! The Man stated “female, cheetah print purse” everything is in it ! TWICE ! when approached he act like he had no clue to what i was speaking of ! I’ll never visit the Wilson store again !

The man was rude....stood about 20 ft back from the counter didnt ask for my id or to see my phone....just got my merchandise....and walked away....the two girls standing at the door wiping off the carts didnt speak to me nor offer me a cart....even tho I didnt need one.. They dont have to worry with me again.

I love this store. People say they cost more but if you use their cartwheel app and coupons you save a lot. The store is always clean and its never crowded.

Electronics very poorly stocked!!

Dont go to the checkout with the skinny Asian girl......very rude, . My card didnt scan first time and as I was trying again she literally snatched it from my hand and did it like she was in some rush(no one behind me). Then she bagged my light bulbs with my grocery canned good and the bulb was broken when I got home. I dont go here unless I absolutely have to. Not very friendly.

Im from NJ and there its the bigger chain of greatland or Super Target stores where I can grocery & clothes shop in one location. Greenville, NC store has a 4 fridge spot.😡😡😠😠😡😡😠😠😡😡😡😡 Back to Walmart I go.The Wilson store is like the great-land target in Jersey City NJ and Union. NJ

Although I live closer to Goldsboro, I prefer to shop at the Wilson Target much better. This store is so much more easily accessible from the main highway (795) and from Raleigh Road than the Goldsboro Target is from 70 and Berkeley Boulevard. I have never been in the Wilson Target when it wasnt clean and well organized. An added bonus is that the cashiers are overall very kind, friendly, fast, and highly efficient (resulting in much fewer trips and/or returns to the customer service department to correct sales errors or forgotten Target cards). When you lead a busy life, that certainly makes a difference!

Poor customer service.The LOD Ryan lied and said that he didnt know what was in the store until it was on the shelf, when in reality the items get scanned into the store before they touch the shelf and can be looked up on what is called a my device.When I asked to speak with someone else he hung up.

Overall I like the store. I do NOT agree with any sex using any bathroom. Having to stay in a stall while seeing a grown man walk in the girls bathroom is scary enough. And him following me around the store. Its absolutely sad and gross that target has let this happen. What if a little girl gets seriously hurt because of this?? What will they do then.

Worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The barista, Alexa, didn’t even know how to make a simple iced green tea unsweetened. Very disappointed because no one there was willing to remake my drink and they just poured my poorly made drink into another cup. I don’t recommend going there unless the barista, Tamesha, is working.

Looking for a lightning port to hdmi cable the app says they have it in stock go to the store can’t find it. Look on the app again says it’s still in stock ordered it then get a notification that they are out of stock. Complete BS

Definitely not a Wal-Mart but it was ok. They had the sheets I wanted but overall friendliness and feel of the store was different. I felt like a customer but not wanted. No friendly greetings or offer to find something. Could be that Im just used to Walmart.

GiGi at customer service was exceptionally rude, and refused to be of any service upon returning an item. Neither she nor the CSM Candy apologized for the unacceptable behavior. Never going back to this Target again, I’d rather drive to Knightdale.
