I had a good experience here. The employee here was very informed and courteous. Although the store did not carry the specific hair product I wanted, the associate helped me find a suitable replacement. She seems very knowledgeable and was very enthused to assist me.Sally’s of course caries a large selection of hair products and other items. You can definitely find some good quality products here.

I bought the LOreal Technique Excellence HiColor Hilights for Dark Hair only. I am going to use it to dye my hair red on Monday. Im getting someone to do it for me. It was $8.00 and the developer THAT YOU NEED was $3.00. I bought the small bottle of developer 30. I was told if you have short hair, you need to use developer 10 or 20 so keep that in mind. Went early Monday morning. It was 10:05 am b4 door was unlocked & 2 other customers were waiting beside me. Girl that was there wasnt very helpful. Was texting when I told her I needed to return something & said shed be right with me, & kept on texting. Didnt seem to know the color & developer items that well.

The staff are always friendly! Terrance that works there goes above and beyond to help me out every time I go in there ! 5 stars for sure !!

Theyre a little low in stock but everybody there was nice and I found what I needed

Definitely Incompetent Staff in this store

Great products, terrible manager. I get ignored every time I enter the store. However, some of the employees are quite nice.

The guy with long blond hair is so so rude very bad customer service from him I wont go to there anymore.

The gentleman who was working was VERY rude. The older lady who was already in the store when I arrived, he was literally yelling from the front of the store at her, telling her to look down for whatever she was trying to find. 15 feet he could of walked over and showed her. He was very short with her the entire time. Same with me, very ride, breathing all hard when I asked about a product. My last trip was fabulous, the ladies were extremely helpful, this time? Horrible.

Terrance was very polite to everyone coming in and very helpful to me he really lights the place up.

Most helpful Sallys Ive ever visited. The ladies give each customer individual assistance and they are knowledgeable about most of the products.

Worse sally’s ever. an employee told me to get a color corrector instead of bleach for my natural black hair. not only did it ruin my hair, but it didn’t change my natural hair color, but she failed to inform me that color correctors only work on dyes. so now my hair is even more damaged than before. i went back to the store and told her about it, and she didn’t even apologize. i’m never going back.

The two male employees were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about product locations and hair care

The lady was so nice and very helpful she gave me all the right stuff to help with my hair and it turned out great!

I enjoy being a Sallys Beauty Club member cause there are so many great deals

The only girl working there was sick and when I asked if it was allergies she said she had pneumonia. I almost left that second. When her friend came in she was all talkative and giggles, but when I asked for her help she was very short with me and was like grouchy. I know she doesnt feel well but seriously try to care like when your friends came in.

Dont be surprised if you walk in and the employees are doing their nails and talking about who were sleeping together at a party.
