Came in to get a new line for my daughter. The staff there noticed how extremely high my phone bill was and alerted me to what was the cause and helped me to lower the bill. The staff was professional with awesome attitudes.
This company is a complete joke! All the way from store level, to the director of Human Resources! They hire anyone to work at their stores. Let them do whatever they want, like come in to work drunk, high, leave your social security numbers and account numbers on sticky notes laying around the store for anyone to see and steal, put you on the highest plan regardless of your budget just so they can line their pockets! The list goes on! And then they will fire the people who stand up for what is right. The unprofessionalism I have witnessed is just mind blowing. I do not recommend working for this company at all. Especially working with them, letting them have your information.

Whatever you do do not do business with Shaniqua. Her customer service skills are very poor and she is not willing to even try and work something out with customers. She gets involved in conversations with other representatives when it’s not her business. Avoid this store at all cost. Go to a store that is corporate owned. This place is owned in operated by cellular. It’s not worth your time they are very limited in what they can do.
My gma hasn’t been able to care for herself properly and it’s been hard since my granddad passed shes on her on now and isn’t good with by herself .. her birthday is today with the last minute choice to purchase a cell phone for her I rush into the store right before closing, I was able to work with Shanicqua & it was the willingness to help, positive vibes and the professionalism for me. 🙏🏽 THANKS FOR EVERYTHING
The Wilson store has restored my faith in them completely! The past few months, I have experienced horrible customer service down to manager telling me to call customer service to get help because he didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. I asked him to pull up my bill because I had a question about the pricing and he told me to just go through the bill and call customer service for help. Then I went in on February 24th to do a trade-in and the guy working didn’t know what he was doing and had to keep restarting my transaction. He then told me my trade-in would be applied to my bill on the next billing cycle. I turned my phone in before the two weeks and it was never sent off until March 22nd. Come to find out, it was within the next 2 billing cycles that I would see the change. I came in on 3/22 and talked to Tai’Ge Bridgers was phenomenal! He understood my question and explained to me what was going on! He didn’t fumble around for an answer and say he didn’t know or just gave up! He restored my faith to the point where I just wanted to cry due to my appreciation. Simply because he made my experience such a good one! Then he got his manager Gage, and he was phenomenal as well! He’s doing a really good job changing the dynamic in that location and coming from someone that works in customer service and teaches customer service classes, I can appreciate that! Please keep them forever! My fiancé and I really thank you for keeping your customers first and being so considerate! Thank you!

The Wilson store did an amazing job in helping me out. Logan with my sales rep and he was amazing. He answer all my questions and was very helpful. If you go ask for him and he will not let you down and will give you great customer service.

If I could give it 0 stars I will. I went to the store today and i have upgraded my phones a week ago today. I got it from another store. When I went there today I was the next one in line. After a hour and a half waiting on, the manager Jonathan came over and asked what issue I was having. I told him what it was and I could tell his body language was like Gee i dont want to mess with him. So he said well be with you shortly. I said okay. It took another 30 minutes or so before Logan was finished with another customer. When he came over, he talked with me and i told him i just upgraded phones. I was having issues with my service. He basically said to put an app on my phone and talk with apple support. I asked isnt there something you can do. Jonathan who was hearing all of this said Just give him another sim card. I said will that fix my problem and Jonathan was like Im not sure but its something wrong with your phone and not the network Keep in mind I had not had any problem with my other phones before i upgraded. So he did that and I asked another question about possibly dropping and Jonathan said just give him a sim card. I could tell at this point he was done with me. I had also took my mask off for a minute while talking with him and he said to put it back on. I was behind a screen. Also you can never get anyone on the phone in this store because i know the phone rang 20 times while i was waiting. Will not shop here again.

Our very sweet and smart elderly mother went by this AT&T store last week to buy a new iPhone since hers is very old and not working properly. She needs a phone for her safety! Sounds simple but she was told by a rep that “you HAVE to purchase a new line” and that they would have to bill us monthly (over 30 months) for it or they cannot help her. How does a ATT STORE not sell an iPhone outright? You sell retail phones for god sake. It should be at a discount to pay for it up front. She went in to buy it because she needed your help to set it up and from what I am reading it sounds like you’re reps are taking advantage of the elderly who come in to do the same thing! ShAME on YOU!!!!!! I’m hearing more and more elderly have had issues with your sales reps using these EVIL tactics to get their commission (or meet quotas) and this is unacceptable! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Write complaints to ATT & the better business bureau. Wilson is made up of our parents and grandparents who deserve better! 😤😡

I really enjoyed my visit at the AT&T store.I had planned to simply shop for my iPhone upgrade. However, before I left the store, I had bought my new iPhone and two accessories. The reason...Zackery! Upgrade and accessory shopping could have been confusing, but it wasnt because he was so knowledgeable of all Apple products and helped me select the iPhone and accessories perfect for my needs.Then Kia stepped in to finalize the transaction. She, too, was so knowledgeable and very thorough.Ive already referred them to a friend of mine who plans to go shopping for a new phone in a few months.Zackery and Kia...thank you!!

I dont know what the manager Crystal is doing. Im in this store now and theres a man who has been here so long that hes sleeping while he waits for someone and another woman who has also been here longer than me. The manager walked out to ask me what I wanted. I ordered the phone online thinking this would be a quick transaction. This store is awful. Im sure the employees are fine, but staffing is awful.

When dealing with a corporate store be prepared to wait. Simple as that. The issue is seeing the manager on duty (as a woman) sit around “observing” rather than assisting. The staff is not “ghetto” either and it’s diappointing to see someone say that. It reflects what you see in yourself though and his/her reviews (Mr. black) are directed to AT&T in a negative aspect. Pay no attention to that person’s reviews. I found them to be professional and did a great job assisting customers by going over the products, doing demonstrations and ensuring the customer was satisfied. Myself being a manager for AT&T we are (should be) more than capable to multi task. As I waited for an hour she was able to assist a customer that came in after me (which was odd...), have the movie 300 play while children are in the store and allow the movie Pitch Perfect to be showned with volume up so high that interrupts the entire staffs communication with the customer. Overhearing Estefania with the previous customers was great to hear. She’s someone I recommend. Three stars because of the management.
The people there are ghetto and slow the manager do not do nothing but lollygag on the phone. Why do yall put stores in slow retarded counties. Start hiring some educated people thats why yall business is going down because yall hiring low life people.
Wow! That’s all I can think to say! Let me explain. My mother went to this corporate AT&T location to upgrade 2 devices on her account in September of 2018. The representative talked her into adding an additional line and signing a 2 year contract for Direct TV in order to get one of the devices for free (iphone 8 plus). She was a little hesitant about switching TV providers, but the insistent representative, Zach, talked her into it. A month later, my mother notices that the second iphone isn’t receiving the monthly credits that were promised. Customer service then assured her that it takes two months to receive the credits and she would see them on the next bill. Two more months go by and still no credits. We went to the store and spoke to the representative (who is a manager by the way) and he says he’ll resolve the issue. Another couple weeks go by and we still aren’t getting the promotional credits. After realizing that the store we purchased the devices from aren’t going to fix the issue, we call again to customer service and we are assured AGAIN that a “ticket” has been submitted and that we’ll have a resolution within 10 business days. Additional calls are made later which eventually lead us to the “LOYALTY” department. Their eventual resolution is to change our rate plan so that we save money monthly that’s equivalent to the money we would’ve saved with the BOGO offer. I’m sorry but that’s not the same thing. We can change our rate plan whenever we want. We’re not trying to take advantage of anything…we just want what was promised to us. $800 worth of monthly credits for adding a line and signing up for Direct TV. This store and this company is just interested in the additional revenue from added voice lines and Direct TV activations. They’ll promise you anything to get you to sign the agreement and then pretend that you’re the one who made the mistake once you get your bill. This is an issue that the store should handle. Why are we wasting hours of our time to fix something that isn’t our fault? I normally never write reviews but this is the type of situation where people need to be aware of the shady business practices going on at this location. Get everything in writing from AT&T before agreeing to anything. We’ll be leaving AT&T as soon as these devices are paid off.
Not worth my time
Never actually been to this store but they have the worst cell phone service ever. Constant dropped calls, calls that wont go through. Several people tell me my phone goes straight to voicemail when they call me.
The medium Mexican girl is very rude she doesnt need too be working her she makes AT&T looks very bad shes a very disrespectful person in i dont know who made her mad i will never go in to that wilson store anymore
Poor service. Finally after waiting 1.5 hours I walked out. The manager walks around doing nothing but will not help with customers waitng. If the store is that busy, why doesnt the manager help. I will never ever go back to this store. Wilson AT&T store has lost mine and my companies business. Go to Rockymount store. Always helpful.

There were two employees working, but only one was helping customers. The manager (Megan) would not help any customers. There is absolutely no acceptable reason for the manager not to assist customers. The wait at this store is always horrible, but it is the only store around, so you are stuck waiting.
