Friendly service. Although the service here is quite slow I like this Starbucks. People know how busy these Starbucks can be, especially in very heavily populated cities :/ Just don’t come here in a rush :)

If you order mobile use the drive thru order WAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY AHEAD its quicker than going inside and waiting for nearly an hour. I miss the old days when they wrote on cups and knew what the heck was going on. Could work multiple orders at the same time and actually CALLED YOUR NAME rather than lay your order on the counter with the pile of forgotten orders because the wait was SOOO DANG LONG. I understand they were doing there best but if this is the best SB has to give in training employees, they need to clear the boardroom.

Prior to COVID, the service used to be top tier and now its like theyve turned into McDonalds. Poor service, always out of something and closing early, for absolutely no reason. I cant wait for the new Starbucks to open, hopefully things will be better with this one.

Ordered on the app for mobile pickup. When I arrived they had the door locked and it said drive through only. If I wanted to go to the drive-through which had an extraordinarily long line it was not moving at all, I’m sure it would’ve ordered online. In other words I wasn’t even able to get my stuff there’s no way for me to ask for a refund so I just had to leave and burn that money

The store closes mid day, like 3 pm. That is ridiculous! You literally are better off going to the Target a block away and standing in line at the in store Starbucks! I cannot see a valid reason for closing so early in the day, its almost as if they just want to tease you with looking at the store. Knowing that its there but you cant have any! Makes no sense

This has to be the most SLOWEST Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. My family and I stayed in line almost 25 mins for one coffee and it was only three cars in front of us. Every time a new car pulled up to the window there was at least a 10-15 min wait. Do they not have drive- thru times? This was my second time experiencing this at the exact same location during my visit. Do better Wilson!

If I could give zero stars I would. This Starbucks is HORRIBLE! I place mobile orders so I don’t have to sit in the long drive thru line. The line ALWAYS takes me 25-30 minutes. What Starbucks closes inside on a Saturday? Major changes need to happen. I’ll be so glad when the new Starbucks opens 2 miles down the road. This one will not have ANY business. It sucks so bad!

Absolutely terrible experience. Tried to stop here along the way on a long road trip. We ordered our drinks ahead on the app so we could quickly pop in and grab them and keep traveling. Get to the door and there’s a sign that says “Drive thru only, including mobile orders.” Very annoying, especially when we already placed our order and paid for our drinks. Now we have to wait behind people who are still waiting to order. Fine, whatever. We sit in line for maybe 25 mins and I kid you not, only 2 cars moved forward. At that rate we would’ve waited an hour for our drinks, which we literally already paid for, so we just left as not to delay our trip further. Currently need to go through Starbucks corporate just to get my refund. Avoid if possible.

I lovee it here! I’m always coming here every chance I get and when I go I do understand it’s very busy and they can be low staff which I won’t complain. I will patiently wait because they already tired and rushing people’s orders from drive thru and walks ins. They don’t need me complaining and making their jobs harder. I definitely appreciate all the workers there; beside the rude customer they get & how busy they are they always manage to put a smile on my face and have fantastic attitude 😁😁

Visited this Starbucks while in Wilson. I went inside to order my drinks. The floors and counters were dirty. There were four employees and it was obvious they didn’t want to be there. I was not greeted and after a few seconds the barista made her way to the register and grunted. Once I received my drinks I asked if there was any management and told them they needed some morale boosting. The young man quickly said “I was not up here when you came in” - the barista had a blank look on her face. I was not offered an apology nor did I get a thank you. The worse service I have ever received from Starbucks.

Ordered iced coffee with only a little bit of cream. First iced coffee had way too much cream. Said she would make another and give me cream on the side. She put cream in again, but the amount was OK...so thats fine. I drive away....coffee had sweetener in it. Had to drive back. She makes another....still sweetener. She says thats the way its brewed. So I just take the coffee as is. Cant get a plain iced coffee without sweetener???!! Thats insane.

Something ALWAYS goes wrong with this store. I use the app to order ahead. Apparently it’s a mystical power I have since they never know they have online orders. Today they are closed. No explanation just randomly close. They always screw something up. Store is dirty. Service is bad.

To the rude female employee with blonde hair in the drive threw taking orders and handing people their coffee today, you were completely out of line and disrespectful. Watch what you say and dont disrespect customers like that again. I dont think I need to go into detail since I contacted corporate right after I left. Hopefully, corporate gets a hold of the manager and they fire you cause the next time I come there and you disrespect me in front of my daughter like that again, I will not be nice. Your own supervisor told you to watch your mouth cause of how rude you were being to me when I asked to speak to her and complained. You cant handle taking orders and handling a mistake that was made on your end, then dont work there. But, like I said. Corporate was contacted.

My family and I were looking forward to a treat from Starbucks as it is a rare instance, and it sucks to say that I might just learn to make my favorite drinks because of the sub-par experience. We went through the drive-through and the young woman taking our order asked every time I gave an item, “Anything else?”. This was annoying as I had two drinks and five sandwiches to order and made us feel rushed. I ended up missing an add on to a drink and forgot a sandwich because every time I tried to continue she’d interrupt. At the window the young woman must have either been hyped on their own product or on something else. She was perky, but giggling with other coworkers and seemed to be disinterested in how she appeared to customers. Then lastly, my husband said the quality of his Nitro Brew was less than what he was used to from other locations and my Salted Caramel Mocha tasted watered down. The cost is too great to just accept low quality product and service, so we certainly won’t return to this location.

Drove past and saw they were open on Christmas and turned around to get coffee. Noticed that the drive thru line was long so I decided to place a mobile order to avoid having a long time. Place the order at 1:36 pm didn’t get my order until 2:04 pm. I usually place mobile orders to avoid the long line but this Starbucks it doesn’t even matter they make the orders when they want. Worse Starbucks experience I have ever had.

Got charged almost 6 dollars for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch and they brought me a regular Caramel Frappe which I know costs less (they ran out of the caramel bits but didnt inform me of that but didnt adjust the price). I was so adamant about having crunch on my frappe that I asked them to sprinkle sea salt on it instead. When I drove off I realized it was also the wrong size. Customer service was fair, the particular person making my drink was pleasant enough. In hindsight I should have just asked for my money back.

I love their egg bites, all the different flavors they have had! Unfortunately during this time of pandemonium over the Covid virus they are not friendly to those of us who dont use apps and dont want to be tech savvy. For obvious reasons I cant drive my 18 wheeler thru the drive thru to order and they flat out refuse to take an order over the phone when you call it in. Its not like I am going to give them the virus through the phone lines!!! At a time when most people are thanking truckers for sticking with it Starbucks doesnt like us and wont work with us. Very disappointed and I wont be shopping with them again.

Very inconsistent. Drinks are usually good when you get them, but not always. Food is the same as any Starbucks, but the wait here is the worst. It doesnt matter how you order, dont plan on being in and out here.

I stoped coming to this location for awhile but the previous manager you could tell she cared and was getting the store on a good track slowly but it was getting better BUT now they have a new manager Crystal. I couldn’t believe the way she spoke to her employees she was yelling at them and belittling them in front of customer i felt so bad for them know one should be treated that way in a work place. I will not be coming back to this location with her as the manager.

I really like the Starbucks its very friendly. I order from the app on my way to work but havent had a good experience so far with this Starbucks. the first time apparently my order was stolen and they had to remake it which ended up taking uptime that I hadnt accounted for. The second time I showed up and they hadnt even made it. I always order 10 minutes before Im set to arrive. The app had estimated a wait time of 2 to 5 minutes. Usually the app gives me an estimated time between 2 to 8 minutes.

I never had a bad experience to friday night. i went to order 16 tall Vanilla beans an the girl on the speaker keep repeating back things nothing close to what i was saying. So i drove up to the window she look at me and turn her back an started washing things . A guy told her she had a customer at the window . This is the typical Starbucks, other than the fact that its in North Carolina, where the people are super friendly.The barista was friendly!It was easy in and easy out when we came. The establishment was clean inside including the restrooms.I enjoyed my drink on the patio on this warm, breezy day!If you dont want to park and go inside, you have the option to use the drive thru.

The people working night shift close down early every day, online it said they closed at 10:30, so I went there around 10 and they were closed, this is the 4th time I have went and they were closed early. The first time or 2 I figured maybe the machines were messed up but for the past 3 weeks everytime I have been they are closed early. So I have taken my business somewhere else.
