GOOD AND BADYes they have a good variety of items but that shouldnt give them a reason to charge $2.35 for the same 2Liter of drink that is $0.99 at any other retailer! And its not just Sunkist its alot of things which is why I dont shop here! I usually only go in for the deli and the subs which are great. Last Monday I get a whole sub and they told me the weekly special was $3.99 so I went back the following Monday (today) to get another $3.99 sub but the guy in the deli section tells me its not a special today! I told him it was last Monday! And he said its whatever day they put it on special! HUH?? so yall have a surprise weekly special or something?? Cause thats the stupidest thing Ive heard today! And its a Monday👎👎 Harris Teeter and yall stopped making and selling the 7 layer Mexican dip so now I have no reason at all to go there!

This is my favorite grocery store to shop at! The sales are decent, and they have items that I cannot find anywhere else.The staff is always friendly and willing to lend a hand. This morning I was looking for a certain type of beer, and even though it wasnt his brand of product, the associate went to the back and found it for me. It is service like that it keeps me coming back!My only complaint is that Harris Teeter does not carry 2 l of seltzer water. If they had that, they would be perfect!

I’d rather go to Walmart, and that’s saying a lot. They act like you love being there, like it’s a luxurious and fun experience. No. I want to go home and eat my cheese. I love this grocery store. They have all the stuff you cant find elsewhere, like cider, soda water, a huge selection of cheese and an excellent deli. So much more. It is more expensive. More high end brands and health foods, but they also have sales that are great. Ill pay more for quality products. Ive been very happy with their produce section, meats are good, I really was impressed by their selection, also their hrs are great. May have changed since Covid but theyre open later than other grocery stores. Ill definitely be back.

I enjoy shopping at Harris Teeter. Their (Harris Teeter and Kroger) brand items are great! Their prices aren’t as high as they used to be. I shop here regularly.

This is the best store in Wilson NC to find those harder to get items that nobody else in town carries. They always have nicer cuts of meat and if you like thick cut steak, Harris Teeter is the place to go. I also enjoy picking up special cheeses and their produce is always fresh, looks great, and usually they have a better choice of fresh produce then the other stores in town. On the down side, I dont get to go here very often because they are expensive 😒😬 pretty much everything will cost more here then anywhere else.

Ive always loved this store, but the customer service from some of employees as of late, is less than subpar to say the least. At least from my familys experience today.I highly suggest to the manager that will read this post at some point, conduct some one on one training sessions with your employee whos first name begins with C and ends with L and rhymes with Pearl.Its unacceptable to hold up your own line to have sidebar conversations with a customer for several minutes but get upset when my child wanted to hand you items to ring up because he needed to move and is holding up your line because he wasnt moving fast enough for you.The very line you had no problems holding up for well over 5 minutes when no one was behind my family, having a sidebar conversation with someone else not even in your line and you were available to take the next person.But apparently, when smaller children want to help hand you things, you made sure to display with your actions that it was causing a problem.Your attitude is very unprofessional and condescending. In this era of covid, I would highly suggest this employee learn what professionalism is. Someone else who loss their job because of COVID-19 would love to find a job during these times and would gladly take her place and work more professionally with customers.Is this how Harris Teeter train their employees to respond to customers?I think Id have better luck with Lidl across the street. Never had an issue like that there.

This is a nice place to shop, the selection of groceries are great I love your fresh produce dept and deli with fresh sushi, only take away is the meat department (with the seafood). If I ask for a certain item Im always told I can get it from the freezer. If Im in front of you asking for something then that means its what I want. If I wanted if from the freezer thats where I would have went.

Clean supermarket but doesnt carry too many Latino food items. No green bananas

Always enjoy shopping at this store. To be honest I dont do my big shopping here as I have a house full and they sometimes lack larger size items. But they do have things other stores dont and their deli and prepared foods are really good.

I went in for a few things, but I saw flu shot sign & went straight to the pharmacy. It couldnt have been any better !!! The young lady that checked me in was very cheerful & sweet. Had to wait 20 min. The pharmacist Kyme came out we talked a bit, then she was telling me tell my family & friends to come in !! I asked are you finished? She said yes. I felt nothing. Wonderful experience !!!

I really love this Harris Teeter location. Each time I shop here it has been a pleasant experience. I especially recommend that you try their subs! They have a great Steak and cheese, a good cold cut combination and roast beef. I use the order on line features and they are great. Lets me get my sandwiches just like my family wants. I pick a time to pickup and receive a message when they are ready. No standing in line at the deli, they are waiting with my name on them in a basket. A great way to get in and get out on a Sunday.

Everyone is wonderful. The pharmacy staff are always polite and helpful (especially Kimmy). There was an issue with the womens bathrooms that I reported once. I spoke to a younger lady (around teens to early twenties) named Lezley. She was extremely sweet and very polite. She handled the situation discretely and professionaly. Ill definitely keep conducting my business with them. Thank you Harris Teeter.

Every time I go into Harris Teeter, the smell of fish is overwhelming. Its bad every time but tonight was terrible.Also, stock of drink special (that brought us there) was out. Check out machine was blocking our quick check out at every turn. Very frustrating!Overall terrible experience.

Overall I like shopping here but you need to CHECK THE EXPIRATION AND BB DATE ON WHAT YOU BUY. They sell food items that are past their BB Date!

Theyve actually got really good sushi.

I was once a huge fan, we’ll not so much now!! My “online shopping” was horrible and I vowed that I will not use that service again, for my veggies were bad and the salmon was bad! I shop there just to buy items I can’t find at other super markets.

Horrible service and outdated.Called the store the Monday before Valentines Day to place a flower order, was told they would not take any flower orders until Valentines Day because of storage, fine. Called on the morning of Valentines Day to place my flower order and was told that they would not accept any flower orders at all, this disappointed me. When I got to the store I asked for a simple three rose arrangement since there wasnt one on display. I was told that they would not make anything and that I had to find something amongst what was already out. Ok, I understand that this is probably the busiest flower day of the year, but I also understand that the store knew that and knew that it was coming. Not having enough stock or not having enough available help to fulfill customer requests is a customer service failure. Full stop.Also the store does not accept mobile payment!?Its the 21st century, how about lets get on board. I pay with my phone everywhere now including convenient stores and this huge chain cant support it. I had to go back out to the car to get my wallet at which point I decided that it wasnt worth it to walk back in for a flower arrangement that I didnt even want and ended up leaving without making a purchase.

Since HT moved from the BIG LOTS building...HT has been the best market in town. Highest quality very low prices...Add in the HT fuel points..its a no brainier to shop here..

A very nice shopping experience. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Aisles are wide so you dont feel cramped as you shop. A nice inviting atmosphere to shop. Prices are more reasonable than you might think, especially the weekly sales.

Slow line is some what understood due to courtesy to each customer. Im disabled and they even helped me get stuff to my care. Very useful for out of areas items and the most beautiful flower arrangements. Not always helpful stock people but some people arent really people, people.

Our local Harris teeter in Wilson North Carolina has moved all the shopping carts outside in the snow and rain. This summer when its 115° outside. Hot heat and rainy moisture is going to cause a bad accident. Harris teeter needs to put the carts back in the store.

I went in today, April 22nd, and was going to get my usual groceries. Their brand of chocolate milk in the half gallon is always fresh and rich so I get that every time I come to Harris Teeter. Paid for my groceries and went to put them in my car when I noticed the date on the chocolate milk was expired. Way past expired. I went back in and the lady at the counter obviously didnt care that this milk was expired considering her attitude and asked me if I wanted a refund or exchange. I gladly wanted to exchange so I went back there and ALL 6 other gallons of milk were expired. My boyfriend and I gladly picked up all 6 gallons and took them to the front to show the woman. Again, she was very nonchalant and did not seem to care about the expired milk her store was putting on the shelves. I took my refund and left.

I love Harris Teeter! Theres a LARGE variety of foods, wine, and even spices. You can almost all of your household needs. It also looks good, and seems very sanitary. The aisles are big, so you dont have much trouble getting around. I highly suggest it. You can even get a free cookie! 👍

Nice clean store with a wide variety and friendly staff that helped me find the two items I was looking for that helped me get in and out quickly which was my intention that day.

Organic food at good prices. Everything organic is somehow marked in purple. They have upscale shopping, a deli, good wine selection, and flowers as well. You can double or triple your coupons sometimes and combined with the sales, you can get some great deals. They also have parking for veterans.

I arrived at 10:35. The sushi bar opened at 10:00, with an additional assurance on the sign that it was available even after hours if need be. 2 associates were in the deli area. I stood in front of the sushi bar about 2 minutes in clear sight before asking them to help. They said, Hes supposed to be there. I dont know. I waited 2 more minutes and then asked her to page someone. I waited 6 more minutes and just left. I told the cashier upon checking out and she apologized. I appreciated the apology, but that was poor customer service and they lost a sell and possibly my business in the future.

They just have such great options that you cant find other places in town and really fresh produce. Love the variety of gluten free foods (except no good gf frozen pizza varieties like Freshetta GF)... Only major issue is the prices, almost double on some things in comparison to Food Lion or Walmart Neighborhood (for same items).

It was nice, however; the prices are ridiculous. I made a salad and ate fruit from the bar. The honeydew melon tasted like cardboard- crunchy no flavor but everything else was ok

Everyone Ive dealt with at this store are very helpful, the employees are down to earth good folks and so are most of the costumers, of course every harris teeter is going to have its stuck up Im better than you and I cant even smile back or say hi people walking around, come on people you live in wilson not the Hamptons. But I do highly recommend this store.

I work for Publix, and was surprised to find another grocery store that seemed to have the same high standards for their stores. If I lived where they were I would definitely shop there.

Of all the Harris teeter places this location by far has the least enthusiastic and friendly deli of all. Close to downright rude. Its a job do it or get another one.
