BMG and Dillon are one or at least they have the same anoxious steel manager. And just so theres no confusion the supervisor at BMG name is Louise and he is very nice and pleasant. If you go look at the reviews at Dillon I believe the guy name is Shelton this is the same guy I saw him at BMG. I was having issues and problems and found out that my order was coming from Dillon Supply through BMG. I Overheard them talking to him on the phone because they had the phone on speaker phone and he was very rude in trying to help with my order being nonchalant like it wasnt a big deal. I lost money times and a customer I am done with both companies.

The company I work for order from BMG frequently and we are always pleased with the quality of the product as well as the customer experience.

Slow, very slow

Ive had an issue with the forklift, then the supervisor saw my review, he contacted and apologized and fixed the problem, so i will be back here hoping everything will go well
