From the time I first contacted Kim in sales on the phone to my recent order of additional items for my dining room set, I felt like she provided exceptional service working with me on my order. I never knew such beautiful furniture could be ordered online! I was hesitant because I couldnt see the quality before buying, but the design and quality of my dining room set is unsurpassed! The delivery man was so friendly and helpful in setting up the furniture in our home. I am thrilled and have already recommended this company to others!

What should have been an everyday, routine, ordinary order for one solitary piece of furniture, became a boo-boo of epic proportions. I was given a sales person that obviously has more important things to do, than to work there, so when my furniture was completed at the finishing facility, she never notified me that it was ready. Weeks later, I began to wonder whether it had been built at all, so I called the craftsmen that made the piece and they informed me that it had been built for seven long weeks and that it was sent to the finishing shop to be finished. If the Amish Workbench Furniture company can process payments, then they should also be capable of doing the simple things, like scheduling delivery and notifying customers when their orders are complete. No wonder they send out the links for you to review them before you have concluded the deal with them, for your furniture. I would not recommend them to anyone for their Amish furniture needs. Do your self a big favor and buy from a brick & mortar store, that will service the sale if needed. Your warranty doesnt exist with these online companies and the price may be better with the online junk, but in the end the customer is the one that gets cheated. When they finally got around to calling a delivery driver to bring us our furniture, the one they dispatched was sent to a furniture finishing shop in Ohio, when our furniture was still gathering dust in Indiana. They called it a logistics problem but in reality its called stupid! Stay away from this outfit!

We were a bit skittish dealing with a West Coast broker for Amish furniture (we live in Ohio near the Amish builders) but our experience with them was seamless. Exactly what we ordered and we saved about $475.00 (on the identical desk that locally would have cost $1475.00 from our local Amish furniture broker with whom we have spent thousands of dollars). I wish we would have known about them a long time ago! Jim is a great guy to work with!

Still moving in and not really a showroom, but very friendly and anxious to serve. Beautiful furniture made in Indiana. Prolly best to call.

Wonderful so far. Nelson has been very helpful. When we drove to Wilsonville to see the show room, everyone was very helpful.
