This dealership has weak communication skills. Need to have their act together. Dominated by one race and one gender. Not a place you want to be or do business with.Here is my story : Went to test drive BMW X1 - had a dent and wobbly noise. They said that they will fix it and get back to us. 1. They did NOT. Waited a week to hear back. Nothing. I had to call back to check in. Turns out they were on vacation. Was the dent and the noise fixed ? The online sales person said yes (Alan) and the floor person said No (Gil). Gil corrected Alan saying that this is fixed. Alan wrote back saying that both issues were not fixed. They have no idea what is going on. All wanted to do is to buy a car. Followed up with a few emails. NO response. It almost sounds like they have no interest in selling cars to a colored person. In conclusion : The wobbly noise is fixed and the dent is not fixed. I just wish people go to school and learn some basic communication skills. Thanksp/s - I have documentation to my story above. FYI.

My husband and I had the best experience today! We had the pleasure of having Gil help us! He was the sweetest, most caring gentleman! You could tell he loved his job, and cared about making his customer happy and not just making sure to get a sale! He walked us all over to try and find what we were looking for! I absolutely adored him, and honestly he was a big reason I was able to convince my husband! There was also another gentleman, but I didn’t catch his name who helped Gil and was fantastic as well! We had a great experience, I can’t say enough good things! We have purchased our last 5 cars with the same car salesman through Power due to customer service, and I can honestly say Gil did not disappoint and I would come back! Thanks everyone!

Had our G55 AMG break down and towed in for service. They didnt have a loaner available for us. Service team said they would update by the end of the week, but never received an update. Tried calling and could never get hold of our service advisor, nor would they return our calls. Eventually had to go in in person to learn what was wrong with our vehicle and approve the work. (after a week and a half of no communication). Another two weeks of no communication or ability to reach anyone or have our calls returned. All in took nearly a month to get our G-wagon back, and I dont even want to think how long it would have been had I not been proactive about pushing for updates. Absolutely the worst service we have ever had anywhere. The only reason its not one star is they did actually fix the issues.We were without one of our daily vehicles for nearly a month, no loaner and no communication. When youre paying dealership prices for service on a $150k+ vehicle you expect a little higher level of customer service than literally no customer service at all. At the very least they could return calls, but if youre going to leave us without our car for a month I dont think its unreasonable to expect a loaner especially given the price of the service.We will not be returning.

I am very glad I ended up at this location. Just walking in and being greeting very politely by their host made my first time buying a car experience easier. Their sales representative(Alan) was very attentive and respectful. Besides the fair and kind treatment, they really did all they could to have me walk out with exactly the car I wanted. Very pleased with my purchase at this location and glad to make business with them.

Such a terrible service company. You would think for the prices they charge, you’d be getting a premium experience but it’s quite the opposite. Takes a month to get service appointment. Then they ask you to bring your vehicle in before they’re going to work on it, and in some cases before they’ve even ordered the parts. And this is for recall work, where they know exactly what work they’re doing and what parts they need. They kept my vehicle for 16 days and only worked on it on the 15th day. No one called me to tell me it was done - I had to follow up myself.When we got the vehicle back, it was having a problem with rough shifting. I called back and after a few minutes of asking probing questions found out that “there is a known issue with about 20% of the vehicles that have this recall work done”. No one told me about this proactively, I had to ask.Then the kicker: the repair work to fix the issue caused by the dealership could take up to three months because the parts are back-ordered.So to summarize, Mercedes asked me to bring my van in for a recall. In the process of doing the recall work, created an entirely separate issue. They failed to tell me about it, and now they’re saying it could be up to three months to fix it.Throughout all of this, the communication was poor, the coordination between various parts of the service department even worse, and ultimately the quality of the work, the most important part, is a huge issue.This is not the first bad experience at Wilsonville, but it will be my last. Steer clear of this place if you have any other option - it will not go well…

Not only was purchasing my car and the issues it had a complete nightmare, but now that I sold the car and have tried to cancel warranties they are ignoring me. I already stopped in once to get the warranty cancellation done, but they totally disregarded us. It’s now over a month later and I’m still waiting to hear anything at all. I’ve called, left voicemails and gotten no where.They have great salespeople, but their management team needs some work. Will be taking this to MBFS, hopefully they can get them to complete this for me.

I serviced my 2013 Mercedes at Wilsonville and the service was always great. I recently took my 2020 Mercedes in for service. They were ready when I arrived and very friendly, offering a loaner vehicle which I declined as it wasn’t necessary with the 2 hour first year service. This was completed in a timely manner. They also did an excellent job of washing and drying. My Mercedes was ready for the road! Thank you Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville for the excellent service!

I inquired about a brand new GLB AMG package and was told it was in stock. Went to dealership 25 minutes later and was told they do not have it anymore and it was sold days ago. Online it still showed available. Looked at another one and decided to test drive it. Car engine was loud and accelerating even at 20 miles per hour and rep had no idea why, he just said is normal. Online price was $1000 cheaper then the sticker price but in person was $2500 higher and was told they forgot to update online pricing. Decided to go Beaverton location and ended up buying a GLE 350 with no issues. I would not recommend to anyone to shop here if they want to avoid headaches. Takes your business elsewhere! Fix your inventory and pricing online and stop telling customers you have the car when you actually don’t just to get them in.

Terrible service manager. Ive called everyday for two weeks multiple times, left emails and voicemails and nothing. The service Dept. also says they cant get my van in until June next year, after selling me a maintenance plan that they can not honor. . I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Wilsonville Mercedes. They will no longer be getting my business.

My vehicle was returned the same day (after estimating 2 days for repairs). They went above and beyond and even washed my vehicle when the service was completed prior to pickup! Worst dealership Ive ever deal with. I had appointment at 4pm but they let me wait till 5:30pm. I finally bought the car but left there to pick up next day so they can detail it. they promised me at 10 am next day, I showed up at 11am and they havent start detail my car yet. so I have to wait till 3pm till my car done. and they promised that they will put full tank of gas when I receive my car but I got my car with almost empty gas tank. the dealer also told me he will call me next day to check if everything okay but I never get a call from them. Worst service I have ever experienced. Dropped off my car Sunday night for a 8am appointment on Monday. Didn’t hear anything back for two whole days. Then they proceeded to tell me my car was towed in and I did not have an appointment. After the fact they recommended a lot of services and failed to provide a inspection sheet. A lot of other things happened but to sum it up that’s there “awarded” service team for you.

I have been leasing cars for a while and experienced one of the worst sales customer service. First of all, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. I had to contact multiple sales people since other ones just do not call/text/email back. You at least need to wait 2-3 days to get their response even after leaving a voice mail and text messages. Not only that, you might even get some rude comments from them, blaming the customer. Would definitely not recommend this dealership.

For those whos never been judged on your appearance, you wouldnt understand. Ive been to other car dealership in Portland that you almost have to be wearing a tux for anyone to greet you.

If you have a Sprinter, be prepared to be treated like a 3rd class. Super slow, unresponsive. Last repair took 3 months and they would promise to call me back and then ghost me for weeks. Have the vehicle in for service to do a recall now and they quoted a week. After 5 messages trying to even get basic status, I have yet to have them tell me if they have even started to look at the vehicle. My wife and I both wish we bought a Transit!!!

I’m crazy busy working 60+ hour weeks in Redmond, Washington so I don’t have time to haggle with cheesy charlatan salespeople.I need a good price, via email, and one that doesn’t insult my intelligence. Wilsonville has always given me great prices that were thousands less than local dealerships, so I’ve had no problems driving 180+ miles for a great deal.I’ve owned 9 Mercedes since 1998 and my last 3 have come from Wilsonville. Given my great service from Brandon King, it’s likely to continue to be the only place I take delivery of my Mercedes in the future.

Asked questions such as “how did you get approved for your previous loan,” “Which institution approved it for you.” He also said “even with income, your problem will be getting approved or not.” The tone and questions he asked made me feel belittled and ignored. I have been loyal customer of Mercedes of Wilsonville for years so they were my first choice to purchase a new Mercedes. I called to schedule an appointment and when I arrived no one had any idea I was coming. We found a vehicle but there was no window sticker even though it was new. The sales person looked it up and told me the price. Then later came back and said he was sorry but there adding 5k to the purchase price. Mercedes has a lease example and based on that the lease should have been around $850 range but they showed me an example of $1240 per month for a GLE!Anyway the worst experience I’ve had in 30 years. It was like I was shopping for a Ford back in the 80’s. If your that old you will understand. They have lost my business today and in the future. The luxury experience is a thing of the past, well at Mercedes Benz of Willsonville.

I own an automobile repair facility and usually only visit to procure parts from the parts department. Parts department help was excellent. And during my last visit, I must say I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, which is something common to higher end dealerships, as well as the enormous vehicle selection, especially during a time many dealerships are having difficulty acquiring inventory. The only off putting experience was a service advisor complaining loudly about the lack of loaner cars. I can understand his frustration, however there was no need to make a public display. Im sure it was an isolated incident. I will certainly consider this dealership for my next Mercedes purchase.

I just got my first service done for my C43 AMG I bought at this dealership, and couldnt have been happier with the experience. I worked with Joseph Selander, and he was by far the most professional and personable service advisor that I have ever dealt with. The other Portland area Mercedes dealers are just not on the same level as the guys at Wilsonville. I pass several other dealers, and drive nearly 30 miles away from home to go to Wilsonville Mercedes, and have never been disappointed with the experience.

I do this review for my wife, her business and my family.If I wanted to say how disappointed I feel about the customer service of the sprinters sales department, I would be writing for hours.My wife needs a van for her business and when we show up to buy the van, it turns out that the offers on the website are not real, and the only response received is that it is not their fault, that someone else is the one who puts the photos and information.This happened 2 weeks ago and they told us they would fix it, and today the website is still the same with the same misinformation, not to mention another perception of the unpleasant moment, but that could be my guess.Now we must travel to Mercedes of Tacoma (320 miles round trip) to buy the van.

Gentleman on the phone was polite until at the last minute he realized that sprinters can’t be serviced there for all intents and purposes. If I could give this place a zero rating I would. I had reserved a car a month ago with empty promises and lies. When I started sales team were very polite and friendly and it goes downhill from there.I was interested in the three year lease special that would be $1,276 downpayment and $400 a month I waited for this car for a month. When I went in to do the paper work they made it seems like everything was good to go.They all the sudden don’t want to release this car to me even though I offered 5k+ downpayment. I keep getting told tomorrow I’ll have an answer and now I’m told that I need to look at other options.Take your time and money and go somewhere that values their customers.

When we stepped in the door half an hour before closing we intended to take a quick look at a couple of the cars in the used inventory. We were not pressured out the door, and encouraged to take whatever time we needed to examine the cars. We found one we fell in love with, and the Wilsonville team stuck with us until the deal was done. Even though we were buying a used vehicle, we were treated with the same respect I would expect if I were buying the most expensive vehicle on the lot. We really appreciate the staff at Wilsonville, and wouldn’t hesitate to send friends and family to see them.

I tried to make an appointment for the Sprinter Emission Modification and the soonest I could be seen was a month and a half out. According to the notification from Mercedes this modification should take two to four hours but when I arrived I was told it might take four or five days for them to get to it. I asked if I could just bring it back when they were ready to work on it. I was told no, it doesnt work like that. I said every other appointment I have ever made was to have something done when scheduled, not at some point in the future. Anyway, it took eight days to get my motorhome back. My GPS showed it sat for over seven days before they touched it. This shows a failure to either understand or implement proper scheduling.

Made an appointment for Tuesday at 10am, got there and got diagnosed the following day at around 9am, was told I needed a new taillight assembly and that they had it in stock, I check in that night around 3:30 and was told it won’t be there until Thursday at 4 and they could get it in for us. When I come at 4 to see how it’s going they say they won’t have it in until the next morning. 3 nights later we are back on the road. Hunter had great customer service even after bothering him day after day. We ended up spending twice as much on hotels and car rentals than it actually took to fix the part. Overall not that bad, but could be better.

Good enough that we bought the car, but had a number of opposing statements (hadn’t put much into the car because it was in such great shape but couldn’t negotiate the price because of what they’d had to put into it, for instance.) Made a deal on Tuesday, came to pick up the following Weds (8 days later) and promised repairs weren’t done plus still spent 2 hours working on final paperwork. (We’d been told everything would be ready and it would be super quick.)Everyone we talked to was pleasant but not anxious to do business here again. 😕

He gave me Zach Ellul - the perfect person for the job. Zach knows everything about the vehicles and spent a lot of time going over my specialized needs. He went to extra trouble and effort to expedite getting me the right gle 450 with exactly the equipment I needed. I made an appointment for repair/detail A month in advance and was told to leave my car there the night before the scheduled 7 AM appointment.I brought my car to the lot that night some people were still working the floor told me to park in a certain spot I put my key in the early bird dropbox. I went on my planned vacation and even called the following Sunday because I had not gotten a call from anybody to check on the car no answer and no return call after leaving a voicemail. Finally on Monday I was able to get through to somebody who then said they didn’t know specifically about my car and would look around I got a call back four hours later from Darren at service claiming they had just gotten my car and were starting fresh… And then asked what I needed done! I was beyond frustrated with the fact that they let my car sit in the lot for four days unattended and did not send me a single text message nor did they call to let me know I had missed an appointment.I know it was not Darren’s fault, but he was pretty laid-back about everything didn’t seem to care that I was legitimately upset and rightfully frustrated, so I hung up and called the head of service Clayton left him three messages over a 24 hour period with not a single return call. I was then called by a gentleman Robert who seemed to be pretty nice and excepting of the fact that they had made huge mistakes, but in the end customer service was never the Paramount and there was always this feeling that they were pushing blame on me because I didn’t put it in some yellow envelope and they lost the keys because of that. I was never told by any of the people they have working in there call center to put the key in an envelope. The worst part is it then took another 2 days for them to get done…No one told me a time frame no one called me to reassure they would be taking care of me zero effort to restore faith in their company after an egregious mistake was made that I was fully ready to forgive as long as we could do some things to rectify it.Overall the detail they did was very good and they took care of the mechanicals on my car and hopefully those repairs are lasting, but when I picked up the car no one said anything to me they acted like nothing had happened pretty ridiculous and I would say some of the worst customer service treatment I’ve ever received this is the first review I have ever left on Google I hate being this kind of person, but the experience was so negative and so frustrating that I had to put it out there in hopes that people be careful when they bring their car in to this dealership.

I have decided to purchase a life time oil change so had to service my commuter 2014 C350 W204 at MB of Wilsonville. I specifically asked to change a brake fluid although it had an Ok moisture. I did not mind to pay for it though. I literally wrote it when was scheduling the service online. As a result, they did not do it. Maybe be the technician who worked on my vehicle did not give a (sh...) thing to do it or the service sales rep did not tell, I do not know, however, the brake fluid is brownish. When they changed a Transmission oil filter they did not even bother to wipe off the messy oily surface of a TS oil pan just left it whole oily as well as motor oil cap hoping “nobody sees it anyways”. I understand that the technician is certified and he might check the moisture in a brake fluid but the customer (me) wanted it changed (for $ and not free), so do it! I would never take my leased 63 there, thanks God I have experimented with my commuter only to buy a life time oil change perk. Moreover, it does not matter what MB you are guys servicing, 2014 or new, or leased, you must properly treat it!

Sales process was zero pressure, client-need oriented. As this was our first Mercedes-Benz, it allowed time to explore the full line up and execute multiple test drives to be sure of a good fit / post-sale satisfaction. A genius effort was made to connect on a personal level vs a transaction-only level (unlike our experience at BMW 2 years earlier). Couldn’t be happier with the process and our new ride! Looking forward to sticking with M-B and the Wilsonville crew in the future!

I believe that the mechanical service was good. The service writer was acceptable, but almost every time I have the vehicle serviced I am assigned to a different person. I would prefer to have the same service writer each time. When I came I counted n10 employees in the service department. 7 were position at service counters. Only 2 had customers. Unfortunately one of the two was the person assigned to me. I had to wait 10-15 minutes, while the others did not appear busy other than chatting with each other. he time of completion was good, less than estimated. The prices quoted, in my opinion were quite high. $170 to replace the air filter seems high. The quoted price for replacing spark plugs was $363. I declined the spark plug replacement. I likely will not purchase another MB because of the high maintenance costs.

Somehow I bought a car yesterday.I just stopt by to check Toyota 4Runner Limited, I drove it and fall in love with it. After 2 hours I alredy trade-in my BMW and drove away in almost brand new Toyota. I did not have that planed, I guess its just meant to be like that.Team of Mercedes-Bens of Wilsonville are awesome! We had a great used car buying experience here. Rich was patient and flexible with us and accommodated our changing priorities and last-minute requests despite some challenges prompted by snowy weather and power outages. He was always responsive, professional and friendly, and never pressured us. It was well worth the drive down from Seattle.One thing I will note: By policy they include a $399 Executive Protection Package, which is basically paintless ding removal for 2 years. I dont blame them - according to them a lot of customers come back after 6 months and demand that the dealership remove dings from their doors as if its a warranty issue. If you park at the grocery store a lot and regularly find pockmarks in your doors, this ding removal could be good value for you. For me, the car is only used on longer road trips so it wasnt of interest to me. Bear this mandatory addition in mind as you calculate the total price of the vehicle when buying from this dealership.Bonus: If youre driving down from Seattle to pick up a car, take the 101 coastal road back up and make a weekend out of it. You wont regret it.

Weve been taking our car here for 15+ years for service and this time was exceptional as all the others. The service people are quick and very friendly and getting a courtesy vehicle is amazingly easy. I find the rates competitive with non-dealer shops and I have never felt pressure to have unnecessary work done. The quality of the service shows in the fact that after 21 years Im still driving the car and it performs almost as well as it did when new. I cannot recommend them more highly for Mercedes service.

I havent bought a car in 12 years and I entered the showroom with a bit of trepidation. I drove in in an 11 year old GLK 350 that I knew, reluctantly, I needed to replace... I was fortunate that Josh Baldwin Was assigned to help me. He listened to my concerns, gave me sound advice and allayed my fears. I scheduled online with an individual. I was told my appointment was at 9am in our conversation but upon arrival and a confirmation text the day of said 9:30. It seems the scheduler didn’t get all my requests on paper as Mercedes didn’t expect to rotate my tires. I did have to reschedule for one of my concerns, I was certainly okay with that as I could have been there much longer than 3 hrs. And they were up front with me on time. This was my first experience with a full service. The technician kept me updated.

I purchased a Mazda 3 from this dealership and also purchased the oil for life. It said on there website I could get a loaner car while I had my oil changed in the Mazda. I selected the service on their website and they confirmed it. The next morning when I dropped off my car, they told me because I didn’t buy a Mercedes from them that I couldn’t use a loaner car. Nowhere on their website was this posted and they did not call me to let me know so I was left with no car to get to work and had to spend $50 on an Uber. I’m very disappointed and wish they had communicated this detail better.

I really do wish I could give these guys more stars. It’s sad, my patience were tested and taken for granted, my anger and upset, finally became what it should be sincere disappointment and let down. Over the past month and a half, I have been in and out of here; what started as some cordial and pleasant exchanges, and my being understanding of their laissez-faire flow, eventually became tiresome. Though, my first time in was for a recall, I had some subsequent visits due to this emissions update causing issue/failures, and a recalled wheel speed sensor, that just so happened to trip a light just after a visit. I was doing all the follow up, and no matter how many times I repeated requests or to how many folks, service was always lacking part of what we spoke about. At one point they brought my vehicle back to me, dead, needing a jump; then, I replaced a battery that somehow died on their watch. Eventually I discovered that the exhaust that I had clamped quite securely had been left loose and lacking the integrity it held prior to. When I asked them to repair their mistake, I again repeated myself several times, sent pictures of what it looked like previous, was very clear; and still, after a WEEK of them holding it, it is less than secure or to the security I had provided (I’ll do that myself again I guess). Oh, and while they had it that week, I found out that my vehicle sat in 100+ heat for several days, no shades up or vents on, since I closed those up because they were going to “pull it right in”. To top the cake, that loaner they gave me, caught a ball (I suppose) to the windshield, at the park, while I was going for a hike; guess who’s responsible for that?! So, long story long, they DO NOT communicate well, they DO NOT consider themselves liable for damage to temperature sensitive while in their possession and misleading your understanding with poor (more) communication; but THEY WILL hold you accountable for their property damage, when utilizing their loaner for the 4th time, due to their error, which they still have not completed to satisfaction. Wow, I expected so much more from a Mercedes branded business!…and yes, I have all sorts of calls out and emails sent, did I mention how well these guys communicate???? Mind blowing!!

Very Poor attempt to coordinate dropping off a 2016 Mercedes Sprinter van. Attempting to verify the my work truck to be dropped off, I contacted Wilsonville Mercedes, they attempted to put me in contact with Hunter at 9am. I called back at 11am, left messages twice. Had to call again at 4pm because of no response, again, no response. Called again on Saturday, was disconnected twice, did talk to Cole and Tyler before they put me on hold to find out what was going on, go disconnected again from both of them. Left a message for another gentleman whose name I cannot pronounce. It is 7:51 pm and no return call. So, 5 messages in two days and no return call.....Nice And still no answer to my question regarding my appointment to drop off my truck that we use to service our HVAC customers, that will not be serviced on Monday or beyond, depending if anyone is doing anything or at least lets me know what is going on. Im sure if one of my customers was calling about their appointment because they have no cooling, Im sure that would not go over well......

This is the second time I have had my Sprinter in for service and Austin and the crew are courteous and outstanding.They kept me posted on the progress of the repairs every step of the way. I would highly recommend this dealership for service and even purchase if you need a new Sprinter or Metris..
