New Dream Inc (aka Michaelelectronics2) provides a level of customer service that is hard to find these days! Understanding, responsive, problem-solving customer service!Long story short, a laptop I ordered online did not make it to me. To replace it, I was being told by the company through which I made the purchase that Id have to pay an extra $300+ since the price had increased. The supplying vendor, Michaelelectronics2, and specifically customer support representative, Zoltan, however, understood my stance that I should not be financially penalized for whatever caused the non-delivery. Essentially, I was allowed to place a new order for the same price as my original order in spite of the increase. They were professional, understanding, quickly responsive.Given the opportunity, I will definitely make purchase from New Dream Inc. again.

I purchased an ASUS Zephyrus G15 GA503 from ME2 several months ago, and it developed a strange sleep/shutdown issue. I contacted ME2 with as much information as possible to try and resolve the issue, and have spent the last two months going back and forth with Matthew and Zoltan, totaling over 70 emails, with various diagnostic, software, and hardware help. We decided to RMA the unit, and Matthew was very helpful in selecting a proper replacement, and was very accomdating trying to exchange the unit for some desktop components. I eventually opted to keep the GA503 and go a different route for my second use case, but the outstanding customer service and technical support from ME2 will definitely yield recommendations and repeat business from me.

I had a problem with sound input - Zoom folks could not hear me. After trying to find the answer myself I gave up and let HP Quick Assist. After an hour or more they concluded that the microphone was missing or defective. They suggested sending it to them and they would get it back to me in 2-3 weeks with no guarantee that they would not wipe it clean of all the software and setting that took me days to configure. And I really had to have the computer for important projects underway.I called Michaeelelectronics2, from whom we bought the computer, and their technical support person, Zolton, used Quick Access to find and fix the problem in 27 minutes. He clearly knows his stuff. He was professional, proficient, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend him and Michaelelectronics2!

I am the sole bookkeeper for a small business. I purchased a new computer from Me2 and had been fighting with my computer for a week, trying to resolve a QuickBooks issue, getting my Qb moved to my new computer. Intuit customer service tried multiple times and failed to help. I reached out to Michaelelectronics2 for tech support regarding a simple computer issue and Zoltan was able to resolve it quickly and then also resolve my QuickBooks issue!!! I bought a high-end laptop here, and five months later, it started having frequent crashes. As a software developer, the laptop is my office, and I was worried about having to send it somewhere and be out of work in the meanwhile. I wanted an experienced engineer to speak so we could troubleshoot it together rapidly and only have me offline the minimum amount. Thats exactly what I got, with zero drama, and the issue was diagnosed immediately and a new RAM module sent to me. I am quite pleased.

A year ago, I bought a NUC computer from Michaelelectronics2 through Amazon. Two days before their warranty expired I contacted them by email about an issue with the 2 TB solid state drive. I walked in today to get my Lenovo laptop repaired. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. I received immediate help from a highly knowledgeable technician who repaired my computer while I waited. This repair fixed a problem created by a less skilled technician from a different repair service. It is hard to find computer technicians who are knowledgeable about Lenovo laptops and skilled in repairing them. I feel fortunate to have found Michaels Electronics and will use them for all of my future repair needs. I recommend them highly.

I ordered a laptop from Amazon and received a call that an exact model (just slightly larger) was available as my original purchase was not. I asked multiple times if the laptop had a camera and was assured it was. The laptop arrived and it did not.I then had to schlep it back to the store and returned it same day. Despite having both drop off and delivery confirmation, the store is telling me the returned laptop was lost and now they have to wait for the results of an investigation with UPS to refund my money.So now, I am carrying the financial and time burden of receiving a laptop that is NOT what I ordered (despite being assured it would be), bringing it back, and their alleged mishap with UPS.Stay away.

Ive bought a new laptop, and also ive had several instances of contacting their customer service for various thing.First ill say--The laptop i bought was beyond exceptional. Opportunistic vultures that follow through on nothing.I ordered a GPU over a week ago and was “guaranteed” a delivery that should have taken place days ago. Then, I was “guaranteed” that I’d get this item today and guess what, NOPE! Maybe next week. Maybe never! Scalping GPUs is one thing but not following through on your word and trying to blame the delay on another company is trash.I paid these scalpers $$$ because that’s the World that we live in. After being let down by another computer manufacturer (Lenovo laptop battery was defective DOA new in box & sealed), I went on a limb and tried Michael Electronic 2 (ME2) as they were advertising drool-worthy laptop specs on an Asus gaming laptop in which I heavily trust Asus. There was a little bit of a hiccup, but this is where the 5 stars rating comes into play. There will always generally run a chance of a hiccup with any transaction with any company anywhere. Recovering from that hiccup is what makes a good company great. For all I know, me personally, I couldve been the impatient person that caused the hiccup which had to do with stock and availability. They may have already had my product pulled. But anyway, Matt with ME2 took immediate ownership and command of the situation and not only did he make sure everything was good to go, ME2 also sent me my laptop via 2nd Day Air shipping (yes I noticed!). Some authorized resellers open their product first. ME2 left my Asus laptop box security tape sealed and intact. YES, I would gladly do business with ME2 again! I will be hunting down RAM sticks pretty soon actually :D

No better than scalpersScalping people for gpus in a time where most people are looking to actual retailers to find them at msrp. this company has listed multiple gpus on Newegg for exponentially higher than their retail value, even with the current tariff. On Newegg business they have an rtx 3090 that retails for roughly $1600 US, instead pricing it at $3300 USD. Ive read replies to reviews that call them out on the same thing and the companies rebuttal is that this price increase is due to the current tariff and in some cases scarcity. With the 25% increase on price that the tariff ensued, that card should be sold for no more than $2100 (I want to point out that this is not the only product they are doing this with). All products they are selling through Newegg business that I have seen are listed with a roughly 60% price increase (with the tariff accounted) and even other products on their own site can be found elsewhere at much more competitive prices. Looking on sites such as eBay and stockX where scalpers are congregating to resell cards at a massive markup, it appears that MichaelElectronics2 is using those sites to base some of its prices. Scarcity is not a reason for a professional company to price gauge its customers, that is something that people who lack morals use as a justification for doing something like this (Think the people who were buying all of the sanitization products and re-selling them for exponentially higher prices at the beginning of the pandemic). If you are considering buying from this company I recommend that you look at the manufactures site for the products actual retail price and make sure you arent being scammed and if you are, I encourage you to buy elsewhere.

Currently scalping FTW3 ULTRA 3080s for the exorbitant price of $1,600 on Amazon. While this may be necessary for the store to make decent margins due to the shortage, continuing to sell them at doubled MSRP is extremely predatory to those desperate for cards.Regarding Response: Yes, as I stated I understand you might be in the same situation and these prices may be necessary to make decent margins off the card, however it is profiting off of peoples desperation for a card in this market. It is of my opinion and others that the most ethical approach to this is to not stock the card at all until supply has reached a point where it can be sold at 120%-130% current MSRP. Definitely not a respectable approach for any business to get involved with this at the moment.

Asus ROG Zephyrus 17. My first Asus product. Michaelelectronics2 provided exceptional service. Same day shipping. Reliable tracking. Gremlin-proof packaging. It could be dropped or thrown around and the laptop would be fine. Arrived on time and in great shape. The backlit keyboard is top notch. OS was current after one brief update. -It was not a stock product that sat on a shelf for a year! FAST load time and login.....replacing an older system. I could imagine this being a 5 year computer though I normally replace my personal electronic devices more frequently. Display is fantastic and as bright as I like. The Asus backlit mouse is a great match to this laptop. Sound is excellent. Battery life great. Buy with confidence from Michaelectronics2.

Michaelelectronics2 buy base model laptops from manufacturers and upgrade to sell at an exorbitant price. You wouldnt know very much about this practice until your laptop go though warranty and expended warranty process. When you buy upgraded products, and look for replacement, you basically get the base product the manufacturer sold to these guys. I bought a 4 Terabyte SSD, 32 GB RAM and Windows 10 Pro, After many repairs, the manufacturer agreed for a replacement; I was offered 1 Terabyte SSD, 16 GB RAM and Windows 10 Home.

Had an issue with a poorly configured custom gaming laptop they sold through Best Buy Market place. I returned it, they only refunded me 80% and didnt want to refund me the 20% claiming a restocking fee. After a few weeks of going back and forth, getting Best Buy and my credit card company involved they finally returned the 20% which was equivalent to almost $1000 CAD. I raised the rating 1 star because I got the refund back, but they should have been more reasonable to begin with. The laptop was returned because it was sold with a poor custom configuration not because of a personal issue with it.

I bought a laptop from them with a lot of upgrades that I could not find anywhere else for the price. I ended up having some issues with blue screens. After providing some help over the phone they determined it was a defective part and under their 1 year repair warranty took care of the problem and had it repaired and shipped back. I recently purchased an upgraded laptop from Michaelelectronics2 that arrived with a hardware issue. Purchased a High end upgraded MSI Desktop from Michael Electronics 2. The PC came on time, was in great working order and exactly as advertised. The mouse did not work, which a quick and pleasant call to their great customer service fixed. They sent me a new mouse & a loot crate from MSI, all free of charge. Dont buy from Michaelelectronics2 (New Dream Inc.) unless you are a computer professional or you have your own IT support. This companys support is poor to non-existent. I have been getting support via email only and it takes 24 hours to get an answer. The advice I received, to perform a complete reset of my computer (in other words start from scratch and reinstall all your programs and files) has resulted in a computer that is now seemingly frozen. And because it is Saturday and they are closed on weekends, I am stuck till at least Monday.

I found ME2 on Google maps after a visit to Frys in Willsonville on the day after Christmas, finding that Frys had zero computers for sale. I found ME2 office and was greeted warmly by Chen, the company founder. He showed me he had far more inventory to offer than Frys or Best Buy, or anywhere in the area. They hooked me up with a ROG Strix GL10DH, an HP 27er monitor for a great price. Ill definitely be visiting again!

I purchased a laptop from MichaelElectronics2 through Walmart, but Walmart didnt forward the information quickly enough. I had paid for overnight shipping and when the product didnt arrive the day after I ordered it I then got Michaels information from Walmart and called MichaelElectronics2 directly. The support person did such a great job! He figured out that it was going to be some extra work on their part to get the laptop to me in time for the work requirement I had, but he put me on hold and got directly with the factory. He then owned the problem through to completion, following up with me directly via email to let me know tracking and status. Imagine that! I didnt have to call him, he kept me informed! Awesome customer centric support!!

I spent several weeks researching computers for my wife. I found several on Amazon, Best Buy and Wallmart that had most of the features that I was looking for, BUT. Ram was 8 not 16, hard drive was not SSC or the sizes weren’t correct. I noticed on Amazon and Wallmart that the computers were provided by ME2 MichaelElectronics. I contacted MME 2 who are located in Wilsonville Oregon about ordering a computer with my Ram and Hard Drive options. They provided me with a All-In- One HP 27” 4K Touch Screen computer with my options. Check the ME2 website for your future computer needs.
