Wonderful! They helped me design a ring with some stones I had. I am from out of town and was only in Wilsonville for a short visit. We had discussed the design on line and on the phone. When I dropped off my stones they had the wax design done the next day and the actual ring done the next day. I was able to pick it up on my way out of town. I absolutely love it!!They are very professional and a pleasure to work with.

My now-husband and I couldnt quite find what we were looking for with the pre-designed engagement rings out on the market, so we decided to go totally custom and design a ring from the ground up. Based on a recommendation from a friend that already had a great experience at Wilsonville Diamond, we went in and met with Katie and Bruce, the owners of this independent, local, and family-owned business. We could not have been happier!They walked us through every step, from initial ideas, to a sketch, to selecting a center stone, to trying on a wax mock-up of the actual ring (with the stones set in), all the way to completion. Throughout the process, Katie and Bruce were responsive, polite, professional, and friendly. We also felt that we paid a fair price for the end product, and the ring appraised for much more than we paid.There isnt a higher level of customer service possible! Because were slow/bad wedding planners, we were engaged for almost two years before we finally got married. When I began shopping for a wedding band to accompany my engagement ring, I actually did quite a bit of shopping around, but found myself right back at Wilsonville Diamond. I emailed Katie and, not only did she remember us right away, she pre-selected a handful of options she knew would match my ring. It was so simple and quick. I went in to pick up my wedding band, got my engagement ring cleaned and inspected (for free), and that was it!Do yourself a favor and at least check them out. Theyre incredible!

Wilsonville Diamond is outstanding! I could not be happier with my engagement ring. It turned out even prettier than I remember it in the store. Katie is wonderful, she helped us through the entire process. About a month into wearing the ring one of the side diamonds went missing. I called Katie at nearly closing time and she told me to bring it in. She had if fixed, cleaned, and ready for me not even 24 hours later, all free of charge. We plan on buying my wedding band there, my husbands wedding band, as well as a watch for him. I highly recommend wilsonville diamond.
