I went in they had everything that I needed I was able to get my nyquil that I needed for the cough and cold I was able to get the juice and I was also able to get the things today the kids wanted the cashiers and everyone was really nice so everything was fine great place

Store is increasingly dirty and messy. Litter on the floor and shelves bare in some places. Cashiers are frequently outside smoking instead of doing their job.

I never received my Ubereats pickup order. My bf went to pick it up at 11:28pm (when the app told us it was ready) the lady that was working didn’t even let him finish saying he had an Ubereats order to pick up. She immediately said she didn’t have any orders/the machine is broken (but was the machine really broken tho or did she just not want to get the items?) and told him to go to another 7-11 to pick up the order (how is that even possible if I ordered it from this 7-11?) My bf went back to the apartment to pick me up because I was the one that ordered it on my phone and we went back to the 7-11 around 12:30am. This time the lady was extremely rude (she was rude the first time too but this time it was worse) she said she thought she told him to not come back (how can you speak to a customer like that) because she didn’t have any orders. He showed her the order on my phone but she won’t even look at it. He explained to her that canceling the order would cost us more. She said she didn’t care. What ever happened to good customer service?? I understand if the orders didn’t actually come through but why not explain to us what we can do about it instead of popping off. If you want to avoid rude customer service avoid this place. There’s a Plaid Pantry in Tualatin that gives wonderful customer service you can go to instead.

I stopped going to this 7-Eleven because when the Rewards screen asks me if I want to use my points, the cashiers do something to make the screen go away and then they tell me its too late.

As you know the state of Oregon has required face mask in retail locations for quite a long time. Two weeks ago I went into the Wilsonville location and the person at the register wasnt wearing a mask. I left without purchasing anything. I stopped there this morning and again the clerk was not wearing a face mask. This is a violation of the Governors mandate. I have notified the State.

Great staff, especially your late night/overnight guys. They are welcoming and always have polite conversation or advice for a weary traveler. And they are never just sitting, doing nothing, every time I come in, (which is often), they are unpacking boxes, stocking shelves or unloading a truck, etc. They probably have to put up with some lunatic nonsense working overnights, but please know, gentlemen... there are people out here who appreciate your efforts.

Pretty shady establishment for this nice town, but hey, its 7-11, lower your expectations. Bought some 7-11 powdered donuts, checked the date before eating them, expired. I thought 7-11 powdered donuts had a scary long shelf life. So quick math tells me I almost ate donuts created in 1996 or so. Dodged a bullet i guess. Good luck, if you have bad judgement and decide to go here, stay far away from the hot foods. Who pays attention to the rotation of that stuff?

If you look on social media, the manager openly displays her opinions about certain groups of people. She screamed at a man at the counter the other day. This lady is trash, and everyone working here seems intoxicated. I can’t even bring my grandchildren here, it feels like a shady establishment.

The workers here don’t know how to wear masks and love to try to talk underneath the glass divider. If you’re worried about COVID even in the slightest, steer clear.

The couple of times Ive been in here late night have been slightly unusual. I rarely see sketchy people around Wilsonville or even near this row of shops but like moths to a flame, there you are. I didnt feel unsafe at all, just surprised. The inside is a little more run down than your average 7-eleven. The staff was pretty nice.

You are selling alcohol to underage kids your not IDing my kid under 21 has been in there a few times to buy your locos and beer and both times youve never carded him im sure theres other kids as well.

I was in a hurry to get home, but needed a quick bite, so I stopped in. The woman at the counter completely ignored me as I stood in front of the hot food rack, trying to talk to her. I left when a bunch of kids walked in and all proceeded to form a line. Never going back.

Iced coffee machine is always broken. They dont keep the iced coffee in the refrigerator. Basically your drinking bad milk. Its made me sick to my stomach a couple of times. Ive stopped going there for iced coffee. I have to drive all the way to tualutin for my morning coffee. Some of their employees are very rude. Sometimes I suspect theyre stoned. One or two of their employees are actually very nice and friendly when I get smokes there. Theyre the ONLY 7/11 in Wilsonville which is f-ing ridiculous!! I only go there these days if it absolutely necessary. Oh, and make sure to check the expiration dates on everything!!! Youll wind up getting f@%# and waisting $ your money on expired food/dairy products!
