We always come to the one here in wilsonville..came out today to check it out..its not even here. Drove almost an hour to get here to find them not even here any more. Even though it says they are here here are open. Real nice

Its always fun but seemed to be lacking alot of what makes it fun this year. I did manage to get some beloved trinkets for collection though thanks duane.

Bought liquid latex from here in a sealed container and packaging and it was rock solid when I opened it.They were kind enough to let me exchange it for a good one!

Great, friendly service, we needed to exchange a costume that turned out to be the wrong size, and I didnt bring the receipt. They took care of us anyway, and we got the right size costume. Thanks Spirit Halloween, see you next year.

A lot of selection, although very spendy and expensive considering the quality of the costumes. Fun experience going in, but I think I’ll go somewhere else next year for those prices

Worst customer service experience. Bought some decorations on 10/19. Had to return one because it didn’t work properly. The manager told me they would only exchange it for something else they were no longer providing refunds. I explained that they did not have another one on the shelf that was working properly and that I didn’t want anything else in the store. She circled the section on my receipt that said no refunds and told me I should have read my receipt. I explained that this should not apply to faulty products. She replied it does and that I would have to get something at the store or drive to the other stores to see if the had a replacement. She did not offer to check the other stores I would have to drive there and hope they had it or exchange it for something I didn’t want . She told me it was my fault for not reading the receipt and then went on to tell me how she reads every receipt and all papers she signs as though this had anything to do with the transaction. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she refused to provide the information. I eventually got my refund but it took almost 15 minutes of her arguing with me that it was my fault. The store had no signs up notifying customers that there are no refunds.

Visited on 9/24/20. The store itself is large and looked like it had a ton of merchandise. The problem is it still reeks of smoke from the recent fires. I couldn’t bring my child into the store. I will go to a different location.

Lots of stuff to pick from, with a large area so everyone can social distance. Theyve still got a lot this close to Halloween.

Although its not time for Halloween to get the kids stuff you start early. This place has everything under the sun. The large moving scary human-like pieces are awesome.
