We are so disappointed with the quality, integrity, and craftsmanship Precision Countertops exhibited!Their explanations for all of their errors are so bogus and contradicts what other professionals have told us.This company is far from being precise, as the counters they installed were off from their measurements.I wish we had read the reviews before handing over thousands of dollars that they will not correct!What customer wants misaligned counters and major appliances to poke out?! Such an eye sore that we have to live with unless we want to pay thousands and thousands of dollars above what we have already paid for!Save yourself time and money by going with a more reputable, and trustworthy company that stand by their work!

From start to finish I had the best experience with Precision Countertops. My family is in the thick of a very frustrating remodel, and having Precision come in to do our countertops was such a relief. Every scheduling call was quick and simple, follow up emails to confirm and prepare were thorough and easy to understand. We purchased a kitchen sink through Precision as well, and they had exactly what I wanted for a very competitive price. The whole package is truly a great value.The template appointment was fast and the associate was right on time and very professional and knowledgeable.The installation crew was communicative and efficient. I was really impressed by the level of detail to their work. They had to use a couple different colors of caulking to match our cabinets on one side and the wall on the other, and the lines are absolutely perfect. They made great choices, walked me through every step and executed the job flawlessly!

I had an extremely difficult time with Precision Countertops,when scheduling and delivering my counters. They were ill prepared to deliver in an urban setting and misinformed about parking and loading zone spaces that were available to them. They held me, the customer, responsible to know what vehicles they were using, and where those vehicles would fit. Twice they forced me to scramble for a last minute parking permit, at an expense of $70, which was not necessary, and went unused. I am very unhappy with the delivery process by Precision Countertops. I dont plan to recommend them to anyone, and wont do business with them again. Buyer beware.

Very professional. Ensured I was well informed about the status & scheduling was spot-on. The countertop install went very smoothly. They did a perfect job removing the old countertop and installing the new ones in the kitchen & bathrooms. Very happy with the work done.

From to finish they were awful. The counter tops that were ordered for the kitchen got pushed back a year. We went and picked out counter tops they had in stock, great no biggie. A month later they called and said it would be another two months to possibly have the product in. So we asked to order our bathroom counter now so we wouldnt be without a bathroom for months and they wont. How do they expect people to be without kitchens and bathrooms for months? Why is everyone telling us one thing when its not even close to that? We prepaid for this stuff in May and were almost to October and they still dont have our products in. Honestly if youre doing home remodeling I would never use them again. Super disappointed.

All the way through it was smooth sailing! Everybody that I had contact with was nice and great professionals. From choosing the type of counter tops, I got great advices and information, the template crew was amazing, installers where fast and they shared my excitement with my new kitchen. The counter tops are beautiful with no seams!! Very happy all the way around.Besides the beautiful results for me the most important part was the fact that your crew was happy to be in my house helping me with my dream kitchen.I wish I knew all their names. They all deserve to be recognized. From the sales person to the plumber.My pictures are from when they installed. The kitchen is not quite done yet, waiting for the new window. I will post the final results once it is all done.

The Precision Countertops team was very good ant keeping in touch even during a very long delay. When the time finally came to get the countertops installed they were able to respond quickly and handled everything professionally and the counter tops look great.

Precision Countertops was one of the best companies Ive ever worked with. Every single person I interacted with at every level was friendly, polite, and professional. They were superb at communicating every step of the way and the installed counters look phenominal.

We purchased quartz countertops through Home Depot and the install was contracted with Precision. I must admit that I was a little worried due to some of the negative reviews Id seen online, but they ended up doing a great job. Everyone we worked with for scheduling, measuring, and installation were professional and polite, but most importantly our new countertops look great!

Had a big counter project - 3 counters. Poor attention to detail by field measured guy who aggressively oversold ‘extras’ that should be included; didn’t measure 2 of 3 counters correctly. 2 were too long. One required field cut and field polish which was no where as good as factory cut/polish; installers were fast but unresponsive to our site conditions and details we requested before to PM weren’t communicated to them.After job was done we found 2 problems that and went in twice and called 4 times but never got any response. Not one!

I was pleased in the beginning with their customer service. Now Im not so sure. I am continually told that Ill get a call right back. But I never get a call. This has happened multiple times. Sometimes its days, or I only get a reply when I finally call them back hours later, or the next day. Ive also been told we would get a call when new slabs come in. And that doesnt happen either. We didnt know they came in until we called. And their answer was oh, we got them in 10 days ago. Hopefully this next time they will tell us this time.

I worked with Precision Countertops for our kitchen counters and could not be more happy! The counters looked more beautiful than I could imagine. I ordered a quartz countertop and it came exactly as I had ordered it. It is one solid piece with no seam. Each person I worked with was very friendly and professional, including Dan, the person who came to measure, as well as the installers. They communicated clearly with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect. The installers also cleaned thoroughly after the install and the kitchen looked beautiful. I would definitely use them again for my next project and would recommend them to others.

When we had measuring done we said we had new sink and dish washer that was going in when done. Measurement for sink and fit is perfect. The dishwasher, which was not physically measured due to comment..they are all the same does not fit under new counter top. Maybe 3/8 inch off. When we called were told lower legs...already done. Then were told maybe buy another dishwasher! Really...other one already installed by plumber. Unit wont slide under all the way. Worse part now is Precision is ignoring us. We have offered to pay to have someone come out and shave or trim down even..but zero response.

WOW! If you live in Portland area use Precision Countertops! We have used them now for all of our renovations in our home. We did our kitchen countertops last year, and two bathrooms just recently! We picked a popular color Calacattta Gold and I am so glad we did! It is gorgeous!!! This company is priced well and has a great team to help you from start to finish.

I have waited 15 years to finally redo my kitchen! I was very impressed from start to finish - the initial consult, the hours of walking me through the warehouse and deciding on all aspects of stone, tile, sink, faucet, etc., the timeliness of every one who worked on the project, the kindness, professionalism, and especially the cleanliness of the project. I have always heard horror stories of kitchen remodels and mine went off FLAWLESSLY!!! Not one issue with the kitchen - NONE! Who can say that?? I can!!!

From start to finish we were very impressed with Precision Countertops. The person assigned to the job, Kayla was always very friendly and easy to work with. Template time was also easy to schedule and she was there on time and asked us great questions. When they came for the install they were friendly, did an excellent job and left us with gorgeous countertops. They also installed 4 waterfall edges which was a lot to do but they look wonderful!

Woman covering the inbound phone was condescending and laughed at my questions about getting a repair completed on my countertop. As a potential customer, I felt disrespected. Hoping another business has better manners when handling inbound calls!

Purchased counter top at Home Depot. Whole process went smoothly, Precision Countertops set up appointments for measuring, installation and a follow up to buff out s very small scratch. Their customer service department is excellent. The instalation crew were in and out quicker than we expected while protecting our carpets and hardwood floors.

Atrocious customer service. Failed in every aspect of communication.My project manager told me he was counting down the minutes to the end of the day when I first spoke to him. That was my introduction of what to expect from this dreadful experience.The project manager ended up getting fired or left his position halfway through my project and his colleagues performed no better.My Cambria countertops were installed damaged. It then took Precision Countertops 3 weeks to process a warranty claim just to get a call from Cambria.Not recommended. Go elsewhere.

We had Precision Countertops do Quartz counter tops in our new home. They did a great job. I was not around when the work was done, but our contractor, that has been doing custom homes for a long time, was very impressed with the templating and installation crews. We love the finished product. They kept us informed of the process even though they were working with our contractor. Amy in the Bend OR location was very helpful when we were shopping!

Their project coordinator Alayna set the expectations of my countertop install from start to finish and accurately communicated all of details of my install and reinstall of my plumbing. The installers, I forget their names, did a great job. They were on time and professional and gave me a product I can be happy with for years to come. The plumber, I also forgot his name, went above and beyond in setting up our plumbing to be able to use are sink and dishwasher again! Overall I’m pleased with my experience and very satisfied with my product. I’d give 10 stars if I could. My only regret was not purchasing from them directly as my experience with Home Depot has not yet met their standards. Kudos to precision countertops! I’m beyond happy.

Poor craftsmanship, customer service sucks, lots of excuses, but no solution to resolve the problem. Installers didnt seem that competant.What was supposed to take 2-3 hours turned out to be 4 1/2, and wasnt completed because the top part was not cut correctly.Rescheduled for the filing Monday between Noon and 2pm. Had to call the company, and was told the date had been changed by another employee.As of this post, Im waiting to hear the fairy tale they come up with.

When I bought new appliances from Hamiltons, they recommended Precision Countertops to help with my kitchen remodel. Garth Gonsalves helped me choose a quartz countertop and handled everything professionally from start to finish. Ashley Dayton was amazing keeping track of the scheduling and making sure everything was completed to my liking. I highly recommend this company and their outstanding employees.

They ::told me it would not look right with a flat edge so they 45 the edge to fit. will they only did half with a 45 and half was straight. well now i have a big gap between the pieces and the wall and the slab were they join together. not very happy. the installers did a good job but whoever cut it screwed up. oh well cant seem to find good quality work anymore.

Im not one for leaving reviews but this was absolutely unacceptable. This company needs to be better at sticking with appointments. I had an appointment at 5:30 PM for an install and someone cancels so my appointment gets bummped without my approval. I replied to a text message from this company the night before the install and said I needed my original appointment because I had work. So the day of the install before I went to work I prepped the kitchen for the install by removing the sink and counter tops. I called to make sure we were still on for the install and was informed my appointment was canceled because we said we needed to stick to our original appointment. I think just because someone cancels an appointment it shouldnt negatively affect other appointments. This is absolutely poor management.

Start to end was a horrible experience. Template maker just kept trying to sell me more things and he didnt measure correctly. Waited until the end of his 2 hours to tell me the countertop I had picked out wouldnt work. They charged me for parts we didnt need and charged me a fee for an extra person to lift the slab, except they send 2 people anyways. Installer was rude, lack of knowledge and work was bad. He left such a mess, didnt clean the countertops or talk about how to care for them. He broke our backsplash and told us he would jerry rig it to work. The project coordinator would send out texts and emails but when I would respond with a question I would get nothing back. They missed a scheduled appt and I never got a sorry, nothing. He drilled holes wrong. I asked to speak with a manager several times and never got a call back. I spent good money I expected good service. l will have someone who knows what they are doing come and fix their mistakes. STAY AWAY!!!

Non-Responsive- even after providing defective product. they sent me a bowed backsplash, we tried to install it with extra glue. after a year it buckled (no surprise). I requested a replacement (retail less than $50). After 2 months, they are still discussing it with management. No one responds to my call, email. They work through Home Depot, and HD wont take responsibility. DONT WORK WITH THESE FOLKS....surprised they are still in business.

Precision Countertops was contracted through Home Depot and they were amazing! They communicated effectively with us and within their team, so it was really easy to work with them. They were really flexible when we decided to add their plumbing and demo services after scheduling - we only had to change our dates to the following Monday! Three people came to remove and install the countertops, and the next day Wayne came out to reconnect the plumbing. Everyone was professional, nice, on time, etc. and we’re so happy with the way it looks!

There was a lot of miscommunication. I was assigned a project manager named Jessica Perry. She was really bad at communication and responding to me in a timely manner. Most of the time she would not respond at all. They canceled my install date without telling me and it took over two weeks to get me back on the schedule. They messed up the measurements on my backsplash and offered to pay for my mirror to be resized instead of fixing the backsplash to expedite things and I never heard back from them about compensation for that. Very negative experience overall.

I hope someone reads these reviews. If you reviews all over like Yelp, Facebook, BBB etc. you will decide to go with another company.Precision countertops what a joke of a name. I had counters installed and my island they put on at an angle. It overhangs 1/2 different from side to side. I did not notice this right away.... somehow because I didnt notice it right away means that their bad work is my problem and want to charge $200 just to fix their precision work. Do not use them as a simple fix could solve the issue. Now whenever anyone comes over I am sure to point out the precision work that Precision Countertops does.... again what a joke.

Im very disappointed in precission countertops. The process thely use through home depot is very poor. Heres the way thy work. 1. Homeowner measures counters takes that to home depot. Home depot makes a drawing based on tbe numbers you provide. Home depot charges you based on the numbers you provide. Home depot schedules Precision countertops to come and remeasure your countertops with a more accurate laser system. Now if the numbers are not exactly the same they stop everything and create a whole new order to match the new numbers. I made my a first payment a month ago and finally today I have a estimated date of install which is another 2 weeks away. It seems to me that it would have made much more sense for precision countertops to come to my home and make one accurate measurement the 1st time and it would have avoided a lot of unnecessary delays.

For a recent kitchen remodel we chose Precision Countertops for our granite. The installers walked us through the whole procedure and made sure we understand what was going to be done.They were very professional and made us feel that they really cared about our results. They dont know what there doingI paid for a sink installation and a demo on my counter tops for new countertops. They asked me to install the new sink and to demo my countertops because it had plywood under it even though it was in the contract that I had tile countertops. I hired home depot and this company to install my countertops but they keep tell me what to do like they are paying me! I payed you guys do your job !

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY- We completed a kitchen remodel that consisted of professionally painted cabinets and new countertops. During the installation the cabinets were left with two significant scratches. We notified our Precision Countertops about 15min after the installer left and were told the scratches were within normal installation damage and it was our responsibility to fix. This is extremely poor customer service compared to all of the other contractors and services we have used throughout our project. Their installers are allowed to damage new kitchens without any recourse. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Avoid this service provider! I see several other reviews on Yelp that echo my experience. Where there is smoke....We purchased a slab counter and wall tile from Home Depot, and they subcontract to Precision Countertops. After we provided estimates of square footage, they required full payment ($10k) before they would even come out to measure and template our surfaces and walls. The measurement process took two appointments. When asked when we would discuss tile design, they told us the day the tiler shows up. After the second measurement person, Milo, showed up - he finished his work and wished us a pleasant evening. The next day, after prompting my project manager, Joe, to schedule and installation date, he informed us Milo “thinks” you have “lots of lead” present in your bathroom and informed us they actually don’t do “full room tiling”. However, they would gladly do counter work in a lead-infested room. No EPA certified lead testing was performed. This is an EPA requirement and one Precision touts as their safe business practices. Milo did not see fit to let us know of a potentially fatal situation in our home the day he identified it. We have since tested for lead and we do not have it. We paid for 80 SF of wainscoting wall tile (product and service), not a full room “bathhouse” as Milo referred to it, disagreeing with our choices for which we paid. No tiling limitations or scope-limiting policies are listed in any Precision marketing pieces or literature they provide upon sale, in our case, with Marilyn in the Wilsonville showroom. We were also charged $3k for laminate wainscoting removal and wall patching because it was absolutely required for tile prep. To avoid this, we did it ourselves. We were credited, but our friend Milo later told us they can simply tile over Formica. All our work to avoid costs was not needed. It is only due to the fact we had a very good Home Depot point person, Martin Balmer, that we were able to get a full credit. I feel fortunate after reading the other reviews. I suspect the lead and no room tiling were red herrings and the scope of work we wanted, combined with the Home Depot relationship, made the project not as profitable as Precision would enjoy. Hint: say no to things you won’t or don’t know how to do, Precision. Your incompetence and lack of customer service is shameful.

My experience with Precision has been horrible. We had an issue with the quartz countertop they installed a month ago (the edges of two joining slaps was cut differently and therefore does not match). After playing phone tag with the customer service person, Stacy, for days, I was finally able to get in touch with her via text. I sent a picture of the issue to her and was told that she would get back to me. After 3 weeks of radio silence, I finally followed up with her via text and got no response. I tried again multiple times within the next two weeks and heard nothing back from her. I then tried to call her, left voice messages but just could not get her to respond. I also tried to call the company directly but the front desk person is rude and unhelpful. The flawed countertops should have never passed the companys inspection, indicating minimal quality control, and the customer service is even worse than their product. Do not use this company so that you can avoid headaches down the line. VERY FRUSTRATED!

They were great until install. The countertops have a gap between wall and counter were no back splash goes. They didnt put sink holes were they were supposed to be. There results to my complaint was well you should of paid our plumber to install sinks. Not ok. If they did there job right we wouldnt need a plumber. Very disappointing. The end result was they said to take it up with home depot. They got paid thats all they cared about. We will never use them again.

I built a cabinet in our laundry room and Precision Countertops installed a counter to fold clothes. Looks Great?

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I am not usually one to leave a review, especially not a negative one, but Precision deserves it. We purchased our countertops back in Oct. through Home Depot and it is now almost Feb. and Precision just finished installing. Here’s what happened: In Dec. Precision installed our new kitchen countertops, but they cut the whole for the sink wrong and left two big gaps between the sink and countertop on the front left and right corners. After playing phone tag with both Precision and Home Depot (both telling us we needed to talk to the other person), they finally agreed to replace our countertops. Let’s just say they measured once and cut twice, because rather than re-measuring the hole for our sink, they cut the new countertop based on the same measurements as before. So they left us after the second instal with a countertop that yet again, did not fit our sink. They agreed again to replace the countertop. When they came out for the third instal, the sink finally fit without any gaps, but there was a giant scratch on our brand new countertops going all the way around the left side of the sink. It looks like they scratched the countertop with their saw as they cut the whole for the sink. They offered to replace it again but we said no because it should not take a company 4 tries to do their job right. Their craftsmanship is completely unprofessional and they clearly don’t know how to do their jobs. They did reimburse us for the one scratched countertop, but this has been a horrible experience overall and I hope this review saves someone from having to deal with this company in the future.

We had used Precision Countertops many years ago for our previous home and had a positive experience. We were pleased with the quality and value of the work. For our current home we shopped around to different vendors (including one with a warehouse club partnership) and found that Precision was again the best value. From start to finish our experience was a good one. Troy, our initial consultant, was incredibly responsive to our questions, adjustments in plans, and was able to revise our quote in a timely way. He was also very helpful in discussing design decisions which we appreciated. He was easy to contact and always responded very quickly. Once contracted we were seamlessly passed to our scheduler Rachelle. I was very impressed with her understanding of our project, flexibility of scheduling, frequent updates, and close followup once the process was finished. Our installers did a great job, were courteous, clean, and efficient. The product quality was excellent. Overall we had a great experience again with Precision and would definitely recommend them for your countertop project.

Counters look great, process was quick and easy. I was informed ahead of time of all appointments. I was given an arrival time of 8am -12am and they showed up both times right at 8am which was awesome. Install took two hours and I’m happy with the results.

Precision Countertops is amazing. I had never been through a home remodel before and didnt know what to expect. The staff are very professional and organized. They frequently call to check-in on the status of the remodel date and remind you about the deadlines of booking and what is required at the time of the template and installation. The template and installation crew were very professional and timely and called 20 minutes before arrival. The final product is beautiful. I would definitely use them again for my next home remodel.

The guy had the front desk was very helpful with my order pick up. He went and found some cardboard and padding for the back of my truck... All of which I should have had with me. I had a lot of trouble coordinating all of the elements of our kitchen renovation but the counters turned out to be the easy part. I arrived at Precision with a kitchen cabinet door and a backsplash tile. Their advice was so helpful and I ended up with a color I hadnt expected, that looks GREAT!

Went through Home Depot to get countertops installed and they sub to Precision Countertops here in the Pacific Northwest. Entire experience was great. Every scheduled appointment was well communicated and met on time, and the project progressed as anticipated - earlier than I thought and under budget. The precision team was cohesive and made sure I was informed and happy at every step. I will be doing repeat business with them for my kitchen and other bathroom remodel.

The team was great to work with. Ashley (project coordinator) always responded quickly to my questions and took care of scheduling with the cabinet guys so I didnt have to worry about that. The installers and the template people were professional and easy to work with. They always confirmed everything with me before starting and asked questions along the way so everyone was clear on expectations. I so much appreciated that attention to customer satisfaction since this was my first remodel project and I didnt know what all I should ask. And the counters are just beautiful

Excellent product and service. I was surprised to learn I could have an under mount sink with Formica counter tops! The Karan sink is amazing and the wide plank walnut Formica is gorgeous! The staff was very helpful from the first design appointment to the day of install. April went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted! The installation was a breeze! Very nice installers who were very respectful to my home!

We had Precision install counter-tops and back-splash in Spokane, WA. They were a great company to work with from the beginning. Installation day came and the counter-tops were first. They look amazing! Exactly what we wanted. The back-splash was second. We were so excited to get them installed and thought they did an excellent job. Over the next few weeks we noticed that many of the tiles were not cleaned off and the grout was stuck to the tiles. We contacted customer service and they immediately fixed the problem. It was seriously hassle free. We were very pleased with all the people associated with this company from the lady that did the measurements, the installers, and all customer service people. They were all friendly, professional, punctual and all around amazing. Thank you to them for giving us the kitchen we have always wanted!

Our counter tops are wonderful. Precision Counter tops did an excellent job, keeping us informed every step of the way during fabrication and installation. We couldnt have had a better experience and we already have recommended them to our friends. And not to forget Heather who put up with us and all of our questions, she deserves a raise!!!

Very highly recommended. I NEVER do reviews and was so impressed by the service and quality of precision that I really wanted to...the laser precision measurements were far superior to hot glue templates that my previous vendor used. I loved seeing my actual slab on the CAD output that was emailed me prior to cutting stone.

Recently had a kitchen counter-top installed as part of a complete renovation project. We selected a quartz Silestone product at our local Home Depot. The Home Depot staff was very helpful working with us to get our cost estimate as accurate as possible. They basically subcontract the rest of the process our to Precision Countertops. We were told we would be contacted within 48 hours to set up an appointment to laser measure the space for a template of the counter-top; the measurement team would be out within two weeks; and the install would be done within four weeks. Everything we were told was 100 percent accurate. Precisions communication (both email and phone calls) was excellent, courteous and extremely helpful since we had never done this kind of project. The measurement was done on schedule as promised and they answered all our questions with a broad base of knowledge. Same scenario with the install (by the way the 90 degree seam is virtually invisible). Could not be happier with the entire process start to finish. Then, shortly after we received follow-up to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and was provided warranty information. Superb all the way around!

Im so happy with my kitchen remodel! Precision Countertops employs the highest quality professionals. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them again!

I would give zero stars if it was an option. This company doesn’t stand behind their work. They told me to wait until the spring to have them fix something and then when I called, they told me it was past my warranty. Horrible business practice. I will never use this company again, nor will anyone in my family, who happen to own 167 rentals. Penny wise, pound foolish.

Precision Countertops in Bend, Or was a dream to work with. We checked out several other places and they seemed to be less than interested in actually helping us. The folks at Precision took the time to answer our many questions and made us feel like the several months we took deciding on what we wanted was never a problem. The digital template of the kitchen was very interesting and left me feeling like the actual cutting would produce a perfect fit, which it did. I would almost say I dont even need a back splash since the counter top fits so well. The schedule was explained to us after the template was sent in and they kept us informed and met their installation date. The installation crew was quick, clean and efficient. They did a great job installing the sink and hardware and made sure everything was as we wanted it. I would recommend them any time.

We worked with the Precision team in Wilsonville and absolutely LOVE our new island counter top from Precision! We get tons of compliments and it makes the kitchen. The island is the centerpiece and focal point of our kitchen family room area and getting the right counter top for it was imperative when we decided to remodel.. Purchased through Home Depot.....a week later we get Jon to come out to measure and attempt to up sell us whatever he can....he tells us that someone else will contact us in a couple of days to set up a template measurement....a week later and have yet to hear from anyone...I guess Home Depot customers are a second thought....Im going to look elsewhere.....UPDATE....since the earlier miscommunication, the team at Precision got the measurements, and installed the beautiful Quartz counter tops exactly when they said they would. They make the whole kitchen...Thanks

Redid our entire kitchen after a fire. Money was tight but the sales people where super helpful in finding something that worked for us. Now we have a beautiful Linoleum counter top that looks like straight granite with a flush sink. No hassle. Great work. Will use them again.

I went through Precision Countertops earlier this year to install a new quartz counter top in my kitchen and the results are beautiful. The job they performed was excellent. I was worried about how the seams would look and you cant even see them. The entire team was friendly to work with, very accommodating, and professional.They were honest with me about my color choices and options given my space, and helped make recommendations when needed. They made the process of deciding the little details very easy. They were efficient, left everything clean, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home.I will be using them again in the future when I am ready to update my bathrooms.
