Probably the best stocked and best organized Dollar Tree that Ive ever seen. I had to find some very specific birthday decorations, small gifts, and all the wrapping materials. Within 10 minutes I had everything I needed and then some. The merchandise quality was quite good and the service was excellent. The cashier was very pleasant. This is a great place for surprise finds...always something cute or practical that you just have to have. Also, the perfect place to find just because gifts. Get there now to find amazing deals on summertime tableware.

I had the worst experience today with the person stocking the greeting cards. I was trying to buy a graduation card for my nephew, and I need to get the card in the mail pretty quickly sends he lives far away and has an early graduation. This employee would not move after I said excuse me several times. She told me that she would never be able to get her job done if she let people like me keep interrupting her while she was stocking the cards. She was very rude! This employee needs more training on how to treat customers even if they are spending a dollar or two. Usually you ask the customer if they need any help and you politely move out of their way while they are shopping. Instead I was fussed at for interrupting her card stocking task. Managers I would appreciate if you would train some of your employees to have better customer service! However, I would like to compliment the cashier for being so courteous!!!

This location is filthy, disorganized and chaotic. I was absolutely floored at the condition of the shelves, floors, product and staff. Wilsonville is an affluent area, this Dollar Tree does not reflect that!

So many creative ideas come to our mind when Im in Dollar tree more than half of my storage stuff comes from Dollar tree its a great way to decorate your house on bargain. The staff is wonderful. Some of the things finished fast but eventually they return.

I came in this afternoon in search of cold drinks, then I mentioned to my children What kind of store does not have cold water? The cashier at one of the registers, an older woman with disheveled gray hair and a pasty complexion, from her seated position behind the register, shouted at me, We have water right there, and when I looked at her, she looked at me like I was stupid without indicating to me where the water was. I asked her, Cold water? She did not reply. Just continued to sit there with a dumb look on her face. Maybe you should get employees who arent so rude.

I have never seeing a dollar tree so MESSY and unorganized like this store you can’t not even walk tru the hallway everything is everywhere carts full of boxes the can actually fall on people is dirty I’m not sure why it got this bad .

Shopping at door tree for many years, positive,helpful staff

It was very clean and well stocked. LOADS of great stocking stuffers, wrap, tape, etc. Checkout was easy, cashier was friendly and fun! Was excited about spices, mixes, that many of the big stories are out of. Love the big Christmas selections! Will return!

Absolutely no social distancing for the bazillion people in the Wilsonville store. Staff coughing and hacking as they also ignore social distancing proticals. No more Dollar Tree for me!!

Wearing a mask is government mandated and also states on the door that a face mask is REQUIRED TO ENTER and these people are just letting people without masks walk on in and the cashiers response to this was “oh she doesn’t want to wear a mask” it doesn’t matter. Will not come back until proper safety is enforced

Just went into the local dollar store and not one employee had a mask on as well as Some patrons too and I asked to talk to the mgr and she said she had a medical reason and I said how about everyone else and they all piped up and said talk to the manager tomorrow when she’s (then who was I talking too?)I said it’s the law and they just blew me off. I’m so discussed and disappointed in people.

Over all it was a positive shopping experience, however they were out of unscented bleach and my Red Hot Fire Balls

There were boxes everywhere and the shelves were hardly stocked.

If youre not familiar with Dollar Tree, where have you been? Its a whole bunch of things for a dollar. Pretty basic concept. The people at this location are super friendly, unless you come in right at close, but you dont want to be that person anyways. Nobody likes that person.

It is a dollar store, this one has a lot of items and most of the aisles are overcrowded with items. However it is a fun time when you are on the hunt for something you know they carry and you are just checking it out. There was only one cashier with a LONG line. One person was stocking and this person never came around to check and the cashier never called for another cashier to open. We are finding most employees around this area arent always the friendliest. Very sad when you are in a customer service oriented job! Usually most cashiers in the stores are friendly but the floor employees are not.

Its a dollar store. This one has a refrigerated and freezer section. Lots of nifty inexpensive goodies and trinkets. This one is kept much cleaner than most of them Ive seen

I just moved residences and I needed to start over but did not want to spend too much. Dollar Tree definitely helped with this goal. I literally filled my cart until there was no space left. $67. Gotta love it.

Rude and disgusting. How can you require your customers to wear a mask, which Im all for, but the employees are not wearing one...when I asked Michelle, the manager on duty...she said she wasnt a cop...my job didnt need cops to enforce the guidelines to care about the community...

The Wilsonville Dollar Tree is a fun place to visit. Its a clean store with a lot of merchandise and the employees are always friendly and helpful..

Rude staff, and the fat lady is like seriously the most rude ive ever seen but-The main reason im giving 1 star is their use of single use plastics. They should be concered about lowering their carbon footprint, as most plastics end up in our oceans killing sea life. The worst part is the alternitives to single plastic are availible, dollar tree just chooses to try and save quick buck with no regaurds for wildlife.

The store had what we were looking for. The store was very cluttered!

Unusually they were totally out of full size tissues. Had to buy the stupid little squre cubes. Thet have only 64 sheets in them.

This is a smaller Dollar Tree, but I always find more than I need. The cashiers are always very nice and professional.

Not sure of checkers name shorter chubby (girl I think) with super short hair. She was super slow had to count the money multiple times seemed like it was her first day on the job yet I have seen her there multiple times. People have places to be. Maybe make her a stocker or something.

Once we walked into the door a unknown white woman let out a straight racist comment Oh here comes trouble were her words staring straight at me while my family went through the door. Thats straight racism as we walked around to find the drinks we came up to the cash register and first thing we saw were two workers looking at us and commenting If annything happens we can always call with a phone in her hand. Thats straight racism and shouldnt be tolerated whatsoever.

Its what one would expect, everything is $1. They have good Halloween decorations and other seasonal stuff.

Very friendly cashier, Gabriela was her name and she was being trained by a lady that rolled her eyes when she didn’t scan the items correctly or seemed super annoyed when she didn’t do something correct, I believe you should have your trainers be professional and at least pretend to smile.
