I used to love going to Costco but recently their customer service is not good. The greeter at the door was rude to me, for reason. Maybe she was having a bad day....I finished my shopping and went to get ice cream like I usually do and when I was ordering it the lady at the cashier did not understand what I was trying to say. Finally after repeating myself a couple of times she realized what I wanted. She then laughed at me. Maybe she was laughing at the fact that she couldnt figure out I ordered or... she didnt apologize either but I guess what should I expect.Its just very sad how Costco staff (some are) lacking customer service.Oh and the lady at the door when we were coming out was just the sweetest! She definitely put a smile on my face after my not so good experience. Please managers educate your staff. Some are great and some are just horrible!!!

Well let me start by saying I’m a huge fan of Costco, it’s my first choice for groceries, furniture, electronics. Today we had some awful service from the very beginning. We came in and my hubby showed the Costco card but Nick the greeter was too busy talking and then a few steps behind I came in and he looked at me and realized he hadn’t been doing his job so he chased us in asking for the card. I don’t mind being “carded” but I don’t like to be singled out as if I’m committing some kind of crime because I shop at Costco. I was already a little upset but we did our shopping and decided to use the self checkout cashiers. Worst decision when shopping for more than a couple items at Costco. You must place all your items on the tray or it won’t allow you to continue, we requested help and it took 10 mins for someone to help. There was a few employees in the area but they looked away when they saw our light blinking. Overall this store needs to review their customer service etiquette. Just some acknowledgment or someone saying “we’ll be with you in a minute” would have been ok with me but we were ignored and treated like we weren’t members. I have been going to Costco for over 20 years and today I felt extremely disappointed

Better than Tigard Costco. Enter/exit from the east side off of parkway center drive to avoid shopping plaza traffic.

Well organized and lines move quickly when we visit. This location has self checkout and self service kiosk in the food court as well.

One of the best Costco’s I’ve ever been too. Super quick staff at the registers. Everyone’s very knowledgeable if you’re needing anything along the way. Food court always tastes good, very good timing as well even when they have a long line.I don’t think this Costco is ever too crowded or I don’t feel it anyways. This is my home location so I’m happy I don’t have to drive further to a different one ever. They always have everything in stock.

I like shopping at Costco but trying to find a parking spot and after shopping the long checkout line, there just to many people in one spot for me . I like the bulk food products but lots of the stuff I get molds before I can finish it.

Love Costco can find the things I need most of the time. They have great deals are higher end things.

As always parking seems to be a bit of a challenge, but not impossible. Much more space & selection than the Tigard store (no surprise - considering the footprint of the store). As always, you will be able to find things you didnt know you needed until you walk by/see the item. Always something new to spot on the store.

Great tire service! I ran over a large screw and ended up with a flat tire on my way to work. After putting on the donut and driving to Costco at 630pm, they were able to plug my tire and get me on the road withing one hour of arriving. A+++

The Lavender Plant for $15 was delightful! My whole car smelled like a cross between a fancy underwear drawer and a Terror Reading Session. I would recommend Costco Lavender Plants to anyone I did not hate!

O enjoy shopping at Costco and I like saving money on products I purchase. Today I samples beef pot roast. Tasted great...brought some home for dinner. Sorry, but it was a big disappointment. There was a big hunk of grizzle and fat, along with others pieces of fat. Ill. Be returning it for a refund. But Costco is always good about returns. Take a picture if you cant return the actual product. Bring your receipt.

I love Costco, especially the clothing deals they have. I buy the Brew Dr. kombucha and love the price. Also researched their fragrance and skincare prices and found they’re the best bang for your buck. Can’t get enough of it.

What can you not say about Costco! plenty of stuff we buy in bulk. plenty of stuff we didnt really need but wanted. heck purchassed a 176q cooler because I needed a new cooler and it was the best deal in the mountain of coolers.

We always love coming to Costco to get our meat to make our own jerky But this time the meat was old and Brown discolored ask the meat cutters if they could cut us something new and they told us no that theres some out there let them know it was Brown and they still said no its OK we left without getting anything because if theyre gonna sell rotten meat I dont want to buy anything else from there

Will definitely be canceling my Costco Membership. Ordered a $1,200 sectional and had a scheduled delivery for the day of our move to our new house. Waited all day and after it not showing up we called and were told they couldn’t find it in the warehouse, but they found it now. So we would be on the first available delivery which was a week from then. After sitting on the floor for a week, our new delivery day has came and gone and once again, they’ve missed there delivery. Each time includes multiple hours of waiting for customer service to bounce us around between different branches. We now have a new delivery date scheduled from a week from now again. What a joke of a company and customer service.Update: They’ve now missed there 3rd delivery date even though our case was escalated and supposed to be being handled by “higher ups”.

The chocolate Sundays were good and had more syrup then I expected.

What can I say, its a Costco.Didnt care much for the parking lot setting because it seemed cramped.

Nice place to shop, especially in bulk. The staff are always friendly, and the food court is a good place to grab a bite when youve finished shopping.

No matter how busy they work hard to get people thru lines quickly while still being friendly.

Its always packed but staff is always doing their best to get checkout lines moving.

Great Costco. We normally go later in the evening and don’t have any issue with waiting to check out. We use the self checkout though. Their inventory is always pretty good, but some items do run out pretty quickly which sucks.

Not sure about this but while entering the door I heard the staff ask several customers who wasnt wearing a mask if theyre vaccinated and require proof of their card. I thought this is against HIPPA law, she could as well as Costco could get sued for publicly asking a medical info. also dividing and segregating those that are and are not...Theyre also providing mask to you if youre not vaccinated and dont have a mask on.

On the first official day of a pandemic I cant recall witnessing a more professionally organized and courteous retail (in this case, wholesale) operation. COSTCO, your Wilsonville Crew was nothing less than exceptional in their Customer Service delivery today. Thanks for helping everyone through this uniquely unusual day in March!

One of the best Costcos. Easy, spacious parking, and a lot less busy than a lot of the other locations. The tire center has been amazing to me over the years. Cannot say enough good things about this Costco.

Great stuff to buy. But honestly, my family and I love there hot dogs and pizza in the food court. SOOOO GOOOOOOD!!

The Wilsonville location is by-far my favorite. This one has been open for almost 20 years, and I have seen a lot of the same employee faces over those years. The staff is very friendly, and personable.

I went and got a membership. The lady that helped me was very sweet and knowledgeable. I believe her name was Rachel. I will be coming back.

There are 4 Costco around my home, and it is always pleasant to visit any of the stores and finish my shopping.I like their tires/batteries department too. They always carry unbeatable deals especially online on January 1st.

Laura today was a whole boxer who decided to speak to me like a child because of my appearance. She need be removed from the front end. Nobody in retail should discriminate/judge people. I expect to be spoken to like any other adult. She should be fired...its be cool to get a clear notice of her firing for discrimination before I contact corporate

I live equal distance between 2 Costcos. This one is always my go to store. Not as crazy busy as the Clackamas store.

This Costco has things my local Salem costco doesnt have and its on my way home from work 😊 I found some of the largest USDA Prime Selection Ive ever seen at a costco and they have Tomahawk Steaks in Prime

Love Costco, but the cashiers here talk to each other too much and ignore the customers periodically, also the tire machine needs to ANSWER the phone, can never reach them.

Checker, an older man with a rat tail, verbally assaulted my guest and I after our transaction void on 02/02/21. He took an unrelated conversation while we walked away as being an attack on him, accusing us of calling him names. We we’re near the exit by this time and he yelled at us, “Did you call me a name?!” across the store like that. We replied, calmly “no”. This disrupted everyone and suddenly all of everyone’s attention was on me and my guest. This checker was rude to us when my card declined, shaking his head, rolling his eyes and even mimicking my voice under his breath. I don’t know what his problem was, but he was rude to the customers in front of us as well. After this, nobody from Costco cared to confront me and my guest, or even the checker from what I witnessed, and we just had to walk out. Pursuing my claim was unsuccessful and I couldn’t reach any higher ups. I can’t believe this happened at a Costco location. The embarrassment of my declined card was bad enough, to be attacked like that was beyond reason. This Costco used to represent professionalism to me, but it proved otherwise. I hope he gets shown the door.

It’s Costco. Nothing to really say here. I spent more than I wanted to and have stuff now that is super cool but not essential.

5-stars for the store and staff! 2-stars for the customers that leave their carts sideways in the isle to go look at something on the other side and block everyone...

I went to the Wilsonville Costco to check it out. I am new to the area and decided to visit each individual Costco. It is a very large warehouse. It is cluttered with much product. It is more expensive than the Costco in Salem I was under the impression that all Costco‘s pricing Was similar but I am finding out that it depends on the county the Costco is in. As for the staff; I did have an altercation with one of the managers. I had returned a bottle of wine and I had a shop card with $8.49 on it. When I got to the checkstand to check out I handed the shop card to the cashier for final payment. She said the card had insufficient funds on it. I told her no I just returned a bottle of wine and this is what the customer service representative gave me. One of the managers came by and told me that I needed to go back to customer service and have them redo it because the card has nothing on it. Now mind you, I’m in line paying for my groceries the transaction is complete and he wants me to go to customer service and get this taken care of. I showed him the green receipt that the customer service person gave me as proof that I had credit. His response to me was, Ma’am I have a pocket full of these cards from people who tell me they have money on it and there is not you are going to have to go back to customer service and get it redone. I said wait a minute are you accusing me of lying telling me that you have a pocket full of these empty cards that people say there’s money on I showed you a receipt that’s proof that I returned the item and I have credit. He said I understand ma’am but there is no money on this card therefore it is no good. Again I told him so then you’re accusing me of trying to get some thing with a card that has nothing on it. He sad I am not accusing you of lying I’m just telling you that you’re giving me a card with no money on it and you say there is. So I said to him what’s the difference you’re telling me that I’m telling you I have money on this card when I don’t so you’re accusing me of trying to get away with stealing. Well my daughter figured it out that it did not record the discount until you actually go to pay for your items she tried to explain it to the cashier who did not listen she tried to explain it to the manager who didn’t catch it on the receipt. I did not get an apology from the manager he just walked away. Another female manager came up and asked what the problem was I explained it to her over again she defended her employee who was wrong and gave terrible customer service. I will never again shop at the Wilsonville Costco. Poor management which need to take a lesson in customer service and respect. The manager showed no respect whatsoever by making the accusation of me trying to get away with something. He was Kurt he was rude and he needs to learn respect. I worked 15 years in customer service and never once did I treat the customer or accuse a customer of trying to pull something over when trying to use credit. I’ll stick to Salem Costco people are nicer the shoppers are not rude customer service is more friendly, Cashiers and staff are much more friendly. They are stocked in an organized manner and check out is also quick. Sorry Wilsonville but your store gets a poor review from me

Bought a set of BFGoodrich Advantage T/A sport tires from this store. Only took about 30 minutes to install on my vehicle. Very fast service. The technician was nice. I want to give a review for the tires performance at costco.com after 8000 miles cross country but unable to write a review for this particular tire. So, here is my review for the BF Goodrich Advantage t/a sport 245/60/r18 on my 2016 pilot. the noise is improved, smother ride and handling than the tires came with vehicle. Very happy with the tires.

Staff is totally engaged, which is fantastic. Very crowded, which is not. Most people were wearing good masks and doing their best with distancing, while a few wore those ridiculous face shields which do nothing. Sigh. We shopped as efficiently as we could, used the self-check which is quick and has way shorter lines, and got out asap.

I really LIKE this store BUT when checking out last week, one of the checkout employees named Oscar had a mask on his chin but it was NOT covering his nose or mouth. He seemed perfectly comfortable wearing it this way and made no attempt to fix it in the 20 minutes or so that I observed him. He handled all of my groceries and cart items. If the policy is to wear masks employees also need to follow the rules.

It is great getting back in the stores again. By the way...they have a lot of face masks, hand sanitizer, TP, paper towels, and even a few boxes of rubber gloves. But I still havent been able to get any wipes yet. Hopefully soon. 😊

We really like Wilsonville Costco. We recently renewed our membership and took a look around nice store very clean. I went to the optical department to pick out some new glasses great selection, it was quick and easy. They said them would be in for pick up 7 to 10 days they were ready in 6! Just a wonderful experience over all.

Stopped in while traveling just to use the bathroom and get a take out bite to eat. Was happy to find that the chicken bake was back on the menu so you had a choice of something besides a hot dog or pizza. It was not very crowded for the middle of a Friday afternoon.

Its pretty much your average Costco..Im quite possibly just new to being a Costco Customer but they always seem WAY busier than I am willing to deal with.
