Today I’m here to deliver my load great people inside the office and Warehouse it’s just in and out thanks
Poor experience, would not use again. I received my order of doors about 5 months ago, they arrived warped, OrePac told me to install the doors and they would flatten out. I installed the doors and they did not flatten out. I had dehumidifiers keeping the humidity of the home under 35%. The door pictured is a solid core door. The hollow core doors look about the same. OrePac tried to deliver replacement doors but they were warped like the first set. When a third set of doors arrived they looked good, except for one was missing, but after painting them and trying to install them I discovered that the new doors have a slightly different hinge placement and in some cases are about 1/4 narrower then the first set. With the narrower doors they barely catch the door jamb and Ive had to space the strike plate away from the jamb with shims so the doorknob will catch. Ive been waiting over a month for them to contact me with the missing door. About two weeks ago I called and left a voicemail, no response. Today Ive left another voicemail and sent an email. Ive never left a negative review but after my terrible experience I felt like I should let others know.UPDATE: They did reach out and came to look at the doors. They took measurements and now its 3 months later. No word and they wont return phone calls.LAST UPDATE: Someone from the corporate office did get in touch. They did send me a refund and I will need to source doors elsewhere now. It seems that most if not all the issues were from one salesperson who was, it appears, ignoring me in the hopes that I would go away. Disappointed that this took 9 months to resolve but its resolved now.
Best staff possible shout out to dave for giving matt a job THERE HIREING!!!
I am trying to source a retail dealer for a crown molding from Setzer Forest Products that I purchased a few weeks ago. I need a an additional 4 and after calling Setzer, they told me to call OrePac, their local distributor, to have them point me in the direction of a retaildealer. Their rep was rude at best and didnt even attempt to be helpful.
*********Update 8/18/18:I just received a call from OrePacs General Manager who clarified a lot of issues with the door. Many of the issues we ran into with the door were the error of the store I purchased it form. Certain items that would have been typical of pre-hung door werent included on the order, and the store also didnt let us know that the glass we chose was a special order and takes 4-6 to come in instead of the regular 2-3 weeks. The store has been made aware of the errors so that they can better train their staff.Additionally, OrePac has offered to send out a tech to take about the small window that has a sticker stuck inside it.Overall, Im now satisfied with both the explanation as well as the fact that OrePacs GM got back to me personally, almost immediately, to clear things up.The store I purchased it from has offered a discount on the door, which I still feel is fair as it appears the errors were on that end.*********Ordered a custom door through Home Depot. After being three weeks later than originally quoted, without being notified that it was going to be late, the door came without several parts. We first only noticed that the threshold was missing. We paid for a pre-hung door, so this should have been there.Once our existing door was removed and we started installation (after making what should have been an unnecessary trip to Home Depot to get a threshold) we noticed other odds and ends missing. We already had the old door removed, so we took what we could from the old one so we just get installation done. When installation was complete, I noticed that whoever put the manufacturer stickers on the inset windows had done so before the windows we’re screwed into place. Because of this, a bit of bright red sticker is lodged in the window frame and can’t be removed. After all of these small disappointments started to really add up, I called Home Depot to ask for a discount on the door. I’m not satisfied with the quality of the product, and had we noticed all of the errors in the beginning we would have returned the door for one made with a higher standard.Home Depot told me that they contacted OrePac who was unwilling to give us a percentage refund on a sub-par product with absent components that I paid full price on. I’m currently waiting to hear back from Home Depot as they are looking to see what kind of discount they can offer. Hopefully if they have to keep doing this they’ll either end their vendor relationship with OrePac, or demand they improve their quality. All in all, we’ve found this company doesn’t value quality or attention to detail. On top of that, they don’t stand by their product when they’ve made several errors.I certainly won’t buy from them again, and upon resolution with my local store I’ll also be providing this feedback to Home Depot.
Had what I needed
