There is always some concern about buying home decor on line. Particularly when color is a concern. We recently purchased 2 throw rugs from NW. One was too strong of a color combination for its location. After contact with NW we returned the one rug and had received a full refund within about 2 weeks. Great customer service from Michael & the company during the process. Wed definitely use NW again.The other rug we bought was perfect.

We purchased two large rugs and received them in record time. They are beautiful and will be back for more soon. Malik is a great salesman not only did he help us find to perfect rugs for our needs he gave us an education on rugs. This came in handy when we found a runner at a garage sale and it turned out to be an handwoven rug. Very pleased.

Ive driven by so many times and was finally in the market to replace a large rug in my home. I had very specific ideas of what I wanted and was helped by a lovely, knowledgeable, and informative woman. She found exactly what I was looking for, ordered it, gave me free delivery and I got the perfect rug, exactly what I wanted. And a couple hundred less than what I priced online elsewhere.!

We were looking for an odd sized hallway runner and found 2 that were close, but not quite long enough. We took them back and Magic at the Wilsonville store searched and was able to find one with the colors and style we like that is the perfect size and get it in stock in about 2 days. Very quick, understood what we wanted and didnt want to just sell us anything that would work. Also willing to teach us about them (were first time Persian rug buyers) and show us options without being pushy. We will definitely go back!-HH & BK, Dundee

The wrong rug was mistakenly ordered, however they ordered the correct one right away and upgraded delivery and our sales rep Cameron came out same day and picked up the other rug. Mistakes happen but how you fix them is the true measure of customer service. Well done.

Best salesperson. Spent so much time showing, searching for a specific type of color, design, size, material, and budget of a rug for us. Got it delivered with in two weeks to our door. Got some discounts on the rug and rug-pad.

The one star rating comes from the salesman we worked with. He repeatedly pushed us to buy rugs that we communicated were out of our budget or not our taste. He kept saying Forget about the money and But this rug is a very nice rug-- 100 times better about rugs we already said we didnt like. We purchased two rugs and had a problem with one of them when we got home. When we returned to the store for an exchange, the same salesman mocked and scolded us for not taking home the rug for a trial before purchasing it-- although that was not given to us as an option when we made the original purchase. When I told him we had not been given the option to take the rug home as a trial, he said, Thats not my fault, you didnt ask He was clearly much more interested in quickly pushing us out the door with a large purchase than helping us make an informed decision on a rug that we liked. He called me honey and made several remarks about our age. The experience felt like shopping at a used car lot with a slimy salesman.

Beautiful showroom high-end merchandise that is just off the chart beautiful beautiful and well built and the rugs are very nice Lee done not anything cheap course you know that comes with a high price tag so nothing cheap in this store

First and only experience was not a good one. We were very specific our order must deliver to store as we have a gate at our 1/2 mile long drive, plus its the rainy season here in Oregon as we work and werent able to be home to receive. While tracking the package we noticed it was delivering to our home and not the store as we requested. When we called the store to inform them of the error, we were assured it was no fault of theirs, had to be ours and basically they left it up to us to contact the carrier and redirect the shipment to the store. Due to the rerouting this was going to be cause a week delay. We had to take a day off from work to receive the shipment. Not happy, they didnt even bother to follow up to see what the outcome was.

Nw rugs? more like NW DRUGS. its obviously a front. Ive been living here for ever... never once have i seen anyone come out those doors for any reason. I had a friend go in once, never came out.. we spent days looking for him.. still a cold case.. rip capital steez

Friendly and helpful service, but I found them to be very expensive. If you are looking for high-end rugs or furniture, you should check them out.

It took several times to get the right rug we ordered, and then we had to do some of the work ourselves. Ill settle with my hardwood floors
