I called and let them know that I was in route and they stated they would have what I needed at the register since they were due to close around the same time. I drive 90mph to get there only to end up stopped at a red light. So naturally I phones again to update and was rudely told that they were closed and couldnt help me. I was 2 min past 7pm and I have never heard someone be so poor in customer service. Thanks to them I had to drive 30 min to get what I needed. NEVER WILL I SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

Incredible customer service!!! I was looking for a new grill. Aaron the manager spent so much time with me showing me all my options. Didn’t feel like I was talking to a salesperson. Felt like I was talking to my brother. I bought one and Aaron and his team assembled it delivered it the very next day!

The Ace in Wilsonville is where we shop for smaller items that would otherwise be found at bigger stores like Home Depot or Lowes. We were able to find a great toolbox and every tool we could ever want to fill it as well as specialty spray primer. The only item they didnt have was a tabletop air conditioner, but the sales associate helped us locate one at another store. The service is always excellent and employees are happy to help you find anything in the store which I really appreciate, especially when searching for smaller, very specific items that would have had me roaming the aisles looking for it. Thanks to Wilsonville Ace Hardware for making our household repairs and everyday life so much easier. Truly a store that strives to serve the community.

Be forewarned that this store does not require masks or disinfecting. They do have a small barrier that the cashier likes to talk around. The cashier was coughing without a mask and was not held accountable. Perhaps avoid this store until herd-immunity is achieved.The store is generally clean and people are generally friendly. I put a lot of business through here out of convenience, but until the safety concerns are resolved in the country or standard is held in the store, I will not return.

With all the limbs down from the ice storm I thought I would check my local Ace hardware for some tools. They had a stack of chainsaws! Plus all the accessories from spare chains, files, bar oil, and more all at competitive prices. Lots of staff on hand, short checkout line, an overall awesome experience.

I went in to return an online purchase and was told that I had to leave it at the counter and that the manager would refund it through the website later in the day. I am an elderly person concerned about contracting COVID1. I shopped at ACE Wilsonville for an item I needed this day. I did not see what I came for though I found other things I could use. As more than 1/2 of the staff did not wear masks I did not feel safe to ask for help so left with nothing but a feeling that ACE Wilsonville doesnt care about the lives or comfort of customers.

Closes way too early. Would prefer to go here but have to go to Home Depot because at least theyre open past 6.

They did not have the things that we want it like the filters that we need it for the heaters that we had in our home and they didnt have the screws that we need it but they get half of other things that we really werent looking for but we found anyway so it was a good trip over all we just ended up having to go other places to get the things that we were actually looking for but the people are nice there and they are helpful

Ace Hardware is a great place for hardware and gardening supplies. They also offer good advice on household projects, repairs and are conveniently located. They are a small business in Wilsonville, not the big box type store.

Make sure you don’t go in near closing time. I was trying to get a few screws for a project and did t realize they closed at 6pm on a Saturday. They started shutting off the lights right at 6, then fully shut them off at 6:02. Kind of hard to find parts in the dark, so I just put back what I had. Don’t worry, they asked me to tell people in the parking lot they were closed on my way out.This is why I shop at Lowe’s and Home Depot.

All the employees ignored me. The cashier was rude.

Ace is a nice neighborhood store. They have a great assortment of drawers full of small pieces of hardware you wont easily find at a big box store.Prices are good and you may get substantial rewards coupons in the mail for popular items.

Not bad if you just need a quick something but the selections pretty minimal. Honestly for what it is, it’s awesome. My only gripe is the hours. During the summer closing at 7 is just silly. You should be open to 9 at least and 10 is more reasonable.

Ive been to this location several times and never really felt like they were there for me, or even knew the inventory very well. The staff generally seems like theyd prefer doing just about anything else but working there. If you want to visit a really great Ace Hardware, check out the Newberg store.

This is my go-to place for c-clamps, paint, planting soil, etc. If I need help with a DIY project, there is always someone there to help me figure out what supplies I might need. Its nice to have a small specialty store like this in Wilsonville. :)

Parking lot is covered in ice; cars on slope sliding toward parked cars right outside the front door. When I brought this to the attention of a staff member he seemed uninterested, focused only on the fact that their salt shipment wouldnt arrive until next day. No concern for patron safety. No creative problem solving. I was there to exchange one paintbrush for another. In a cranky tone, the same staff member declared that I had to return the brush to the store from which it was purchased. That is fine but for goodness-sake, work on your customer service skills. Show a little regard for the folks that spend money in your store.

I dont know why they invited Chick-fil-A to park a food truck on their lot. Surely Ace knows that company has a questionable reputation re LGBT rights. Why invite trouble? Its one star for that poor business decision to hitch a ride on Chick-fil-As coattails.

One of the best things about this store is the knowledgeable staff. Especially on tricky projects.

My husband and I have a really hard time with the lack of customer service at this location. We spent the entore summer remodeling and spent thousands of dollars at this location alone. I never once was asked if id like help out with heavy items, I have a hard time with a receipt being required for all exchanges and returns (who keeps track of receipts when remodeling? Im lucky to know where my underwear are!) Cuz some people arent very organized and might need to simply exchange sonething for something else, and i might be interested in their store card/rewards program but the cashier has not once gone into explaining the benefits of said card. My hisband was once told to hurry up by the clising manager when he entered 10 minutes vefore closing. I work in retail, i understand wanting to leave on time, but barking at custimers to hurry up is not the answer. My husband knew exactly where he was going and was out in minutes. A better approach would be offering assistance as custimers enter close to closing. We also had THREE different instances where our paint was mixed as a different shade than previously. Same color sample, same store. I was told that was impossible. Twice. However, my bedrokm walls do not lie. We ended up having to buy SIX extra gallons of paint due to this supposedly impossible scenario. The last time we needed one more gallon of paint, my husband went and again explained that we had been mixed two different shades of grey and yes, we had let it dry and it was still two different shades. He explained that we had already had to replace the first set of can and had to repaint the entire house as this was the color i chose to do the whole house in trying to save time. Again, my husband was told this was impossible. My husband knew he was not being heard by the employee, so he called the last ACE he was at and asked them to look up the paint code so he could be sure he got the right one as he knew the employee at this location had understood our paint dilema of the Wilsonville store. When he gave the paint code to the employee, the employee was clearly abmoyed that it did not match the gallon of paint that he had just mixed claiming that it was impossible for there to be a mixup. Turns out nothing is impossible. Im not one to normally leave bad reviews, but in 4 months of remodeling our entire house, we had a total of one positive experience where the employee was helpful. If there were to be another hardware store in Wilsonville, we would be shopping there and try to go to freddys for anything they might have first. I hope to see inoroved customer service in the future :(
