Worst customer service ever! I had called them 5 days ahead before sending a letter to them. They told me they would accept and I just need to pay $5 to receive it. So I called, checked daily and see if they got it. Everyday they told me NO for 3 consecutive days. Then, I didnt call one day and found out they did a Return to Sender! What the heck! The worst customer service! I later found out from another UPS store(who got it together), they should have registered me first so that I would be in the system to receive mail at their place. No one told met me that important info. Disorganize, no communication and will not be using them in the future.

I’ve been going to this UPS store for years, and it’s really sad to see such bad reviews recently. The staff here are always kind, courteous, helpful, and go the extra mile for their customers. I encourage you all to ignore the recent one star reviews—they are all spam or family members of one customer who had a bad experience (it seems because of their own mistake). Rick is an amazing manager and his staff are exemplary. They’ll do everything possible to take care of all of their customers, even when the customer didn’t know exactly what they were trying to do. I once was in the store getting booklets printed when an associate helped an elderly woman ship fine china without knowing the value. The associate, concerned about the china, looked up the cost. I don’t remember what she said, but it was something around $2500 china this woman was shipping and had no idea. If that’s not stellar customer service, I don’t know what is. This is an amazing store, with amazing staff.

I work in Wilsonville and we use this UPS store for all our shipping needs. The staff is always friendly and helpful and Im in and out within minutes, even with the new social distancing restrictions. I dont write many reviews, but I found myself shaking my head at some of the ludicrous complaints being left with poor reviews and wanted to do my part to bring the average rating up. This store obviously takes pride in their professionalism and customer service. Keep up the good work! :)

I stopped there at lunch for a quick package drop off. There were 6 people waiting outside in front of me. Within seconds of my arrival, an associate was out in the line triaging our needs and moving the line along. I was back in my car in minutes of my arrival. Nice to see when companies do things smart and efficiently.

Update: I just called back today to see if the manager, Rick, had talked to the employee who took my package. The manager told me he saw my review and he didn’t really care what happened to my package and that as far as he’s concerned, I never even brought it in. Extremely shady. I will be contacting the BBB. Companies shouldn’t get away with things like this!Wouldn’t recommend using UPS. I dropped my package off here 8 days ago and it hasn’t been scanned into their system. The girl on the phone said there’s no way they can help me when I called. Told me sometimes drivers forget to scan packages. Seems like workers are stealing packages to me.

Worst customer service ever. Kirsten kept cutting me off not listening to what I was asking for and was extremely rude to the point of walking away when I was trying to explain what I was looking for. I do not recommend this location at all. Will be doing business any where but here.

This location is so great! They told me in July while returning some equipment from ZiplyFiber (Frontier) that ZiplyFiber often claims they didnt receive the equipment and to hold on to our receipt. Its four months later and sure enough ZiplyFiber claimed they didnt receive the equipment and filed with a collection agency to get us to pay over $300. Thanks to the UPS associate we were able to provide the proof that it was returned and delivered. Without the advice of that associate there is no way we would have hung on the the receipt. Thank you UPS associate!

UPS, pretty standard. Went to drop off a package that Amazon screwed up, so it was an easy process. The young lady at the desk was very kind and smiley and had good customer service values. However, there was another middle aged woman with dark black hair and boy was she RUDE! An older gentleman that was behind me was dropping off a package and he was unsure of what to do. He believed the package was prepaid and all he had to do was send it, but it wasnt packaged properly. When he went up to return it, the lady looked at him with confusion and said he had to pay. It ended up being paid for already but she also told him he had it package it properly. So when he was asking how to do so, she forcefully grabbed the return label out of his hand and pointed at the packaging begind him. She literally rolled her eyes at him and continued to talk to him in a very stern manner. He was so sweet and was just confused on what to do and it really left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I hope she was just having a bad day and doesnt always act like this. Poor customer service on her part.

They charged me $10 to pick up a package. With all the porch pirates these days taking packages from our doorsteps, I thought it would be a good idea to have my package sent to my closest UPS store. At 9am I received a message from UPS that my package had been delivered. 45 minutes later I was there at the UPS store listening to a person tell me that I had to pay $10 to retrieve my package that they had in their possession for less than an hour. Im not saying it should be a free service. It should be based on how long they have to hold it for you. Say $1.50 per hour or something like that. So yeah they got my 10 bucks but they lost a lot more than that since Ill take my future business elsewhere for now on.Reply to the owners (Rick) comment: I understand your explanation and it makes sense. I was unaware that it was customary to call the receiving UPS Store in order to give a heads up that a package was coming. I know now and will do so in the future if I ever use that option again. I do think the time-based pricing would be good and I hope you do implement it. Thank you for your response Rick.

I’ve shipped through UPS for YEARS & never have been changed more than $60 for shippingThis place changed me $166 to ship my package on top of telling my husband that there was “absolutely no way” it would arrive before Christmas. Thankfully it arrived yesterday but the total to ship literally costed more than the items inside. Will never ship though this facility again. I feel completely ripped off. I wouldn’t have even allowed my husband to go though with the charge had he told me before paying.

Ive been a box-holder at the Wilsonville UPS Store since 2005. Im in there every day. Bruce and Rick are true gentlemen, and all of the employees are first rate. In all that time Ive never had one bad experience. They are always personable and helpful, even the brand new employees. Its a reflection of great management. Even though I have an office in Wilsonville, I keep the UPS Store box. I truly value their terrific service to myself and our community!

Went to this store to pickup a package and a short girl with red hair tells me the access point for pickup is down the road. After going on a wild goose chase trying to find this mythical access point I go back into the store where my package was the whole time. Maybe my expectations are too high for a store that it’s primary function is to take a hand out people’s parcels.

I have been going into the UPS store in Wilsonville for many years I have always found the owner ans staff to be courteous and helpful. I have sent faxes, dropped off UPS packages, used their copy machines, purchase postage, and send emails to be printed out. They are always my go to store for help.

This store provides a great service to the people of Wilsonville and they do a tremendous job. They also are community oriented and have supported both youth and High School sports through the years. Have shipped many items over the years - always friendly, helpful, and well-priced. Recently, I had a bizarre, oddly-shaped item to package up. I thought I could get it packaged and take it with me on the plane as a carry on or have it checked, but it was just a squosh too long. Wilsonville UPS packaged it and shipped it for me no sweat! Hours of operation should be the same when waiting for our orders or packages. Example: if the vendor says Your shipment will arrive before 8pm today. UPS stores should accommodate the 8pm hours for business days.

Dear Bruce Wallace, Owner of the UPS Store here in Wilsonville. Please know, you wont always be the only game in town!!! When I found out you charged me 3 TIMES what UPS would charge me directly to ship a package that was it for me!!! I spent $125 to ship a guitar that should have cost me around $50 dollars. You are ripping off the citizens of Wilsonville and I myself will never enter your store to spend another penny of my money. AND, how convenient you have the favorite stars set up so theres not a way to select NO STARS.

I dont know who these reviewers are talking about. I was having a problem with contacting someone about damage a ups truck was causing. They expect you to call their catch all (actually catch nothing) 800 number but that gets no call back and just a bunch of ineptitude. I tried finding some way to call who I wanted, the local delivery people, and the person at this store was antagonistic before I hardly got a word out and was no help at all. Wouldnt even let me tell him what the call was for. I dont know what has happened to ups over the years, but it is pretty much a mess and this store is no help either.

Outrageous prices for UPS Shipping! Went in during the week before Christmas, which I expected to be busy. Waited for 30 minutes as the staff slowly worked through about 4 people before me. Staff was moving very slow, but were friendly, to their credit. Sticker shock when I got to the register after my wait: a small package (1.5 lbs) was going to cost $50 to ship with 2-day air. Went across the street to the post office and shipped it for $12, 3-day priority. Price checked on UPS website when I got home and home printing the UPS label would have been $39. So this UPS store is marking up the price by 25%.Save money and time - print and home and drop off your packages here, or use the post office.

Went in to drop off return package which was made for ups, not my choice but manufacturer. When I went in Bruce was helpful and even let me use their packaging tape to seal my box, then when I needed my label printed I was told after the fact it was printed it would be 2.50 because it was emailed then printed on a plain piece of paper. I told them why would I pay that after being told, the very most kinkos charges 50 cents. The owner Bruce said he doesnt do for free, I told him that is outrageous especially for that amount and I should of been told prior, because I live across the street and could of printed it out. He said it is still 2.50. I said I dont have my wallet and he said pay when I get the chance. Really! out of shock your still going to charge me. Again he said pay me when you get a chance. I left and they forgot to give me my reciept, probably because of no payment so I went back and paid 25 min later after running my errands and got my reciept. not only was the charge astronomically over priced, but his cheapness to not see I was right and forgive in truth a 5 cent charge for not letting me know true price is ridiculous. Im surprised I wasnt charged for the tape seems more expensive.

I have been using the services at the UPS Store in Wilsonville for 4 or 5 years. The Staff are always very nice and helpful. They have helped me with many printing and mailing needs. This year I even purchased some stocking stuffers for Christmas for my family, Phone Chargers for home and Car!I recommend UPS Store in Wilsonville!! :)

Spoke to owner and he insist on charging a fee for Amazon returns. This is even with prepaid label. At one point his employee said it’s a Corporate charge. Drive to the nearest UPS store and they did not charge me.
