I had been in the market for a used Lexus RX330/350 for my wife and daughter to drive and had been looking at listings far and wide (I am in New England and my search included listings as far as Texas and Chicago) when I came across Albertos listing. I have purchased several cars out of state before and one of the concerns is always whether what you are seeing in photos truly represents the car. As a photography hobbyist, I know some of the tricks used in sales photography and spotted nothing of concern, but I was going to have to fly down to FL to see, hear and drive this car in person. Speaking with Alberto on the phone, I could tell he was an honest, sincere person, and my hesitancy to travel to this car in particular (over the large, certified dealerships for the other listings in the other states) was immediately erased. When I arrived to meet Alberto and view the car, I was not disappointed in any way. The car was exactly as described and represented, and Alberto was as real, and sincere as I could hope for in human, period, regardless of the fact that we were engaging in business, and a pleasure as well. Of course, another factor was the pricing itself. After much research and searching, I literally could not beat the price for the value received (and no surprise fees or costs, either). I drove that Lexus back to New England over the following 2 days and it was, and continues to be, a great purchase. I will return to FL to buy from Reliable Rides again when my next daughter is of driving age. Thank you Alberto and Reliable Rides!

Alberto will get the job done no matter what the challenges are, I rode by on my bicycle and saw beautiful cars for sale on his lot, I was sweating and looked terrible on short notice he came by after I called and treated me like I was in a business suit he looks at the person as a person, I didn’t need a car I have a beautiful vehicle already but my daughter who attends college needed one and he had a perfect one for her, we talked in his office on a personal level as well, I am a Sr. Finance Analyst for a major auto company so I am well versed at how car buying goes Alberto didn’t just try to have me work with any company for financing he gave me the best one, nice cars and helped me find a great finance company as well I would definitely refer my family and friends and use him again, thanks Alberto for being a great human and super sharp guy as well.

This place is a complete rip off. Clearly the positive comments in this section (the few there are) were left by employees and close friends. First of their inventory is ridiculously overpriced. Secondly, they should be sued for false advertisement because of their name. The first car we got from them had trouble every single week for almost a year. And because it was under their limited one month warranty that states that no one else can work on it or it would void the warranty, wed get the repairs done with their mechanic. Not only would it take 3 to 4 days for them to get around to it, but less than a week would go by and something else would go wrong with the car. After the entire tire drum flew off (while driving) we traded the car in for a Honda. (They gave us no credit from bringing back the first car -which they are repairing and preparing to resell- and paid full price for the Honda including down payment) The Honda had a blown head gasket weeks later and was over hearing since day one. We traded that in for a car that they guaranteed would not give us problems... Lies!! It is now sitting in front of a Walgreens 8 blocks from my job at 2am because it stalled just before my shift began. Dont know what the next step is because they dont open until 10am (but always late), they do not provide tow service, do not refund the money you pay out of pocket to tow it, we just had to spend $60 a week ago to tow it in for the starter, and we are on our last leg. $80 between us after the $300+ payments we are making to them to cover the down payment and another $250 in insurance, plus rent, utilities, gas, and groceries. Bottom line: If you value a dollar and work hard for your money, I beg you to go anywhere else. The arbitration agreement they have you sign will leave you a sitting duck. They are rude too. Falsely accused us of removing the tracking device from the car but it was never installed. Man yelled at me like I was his tainted seed. Gladly not, good sir.

I would highly recommend buying a car from Gail and Al, the car I have is a 2002 Toyota Camry LE, I bought it with 50k miles, and now it has over 160k miles and still running GREAT!!
