**DO NOT GO HERE** this place was suggested to me by a stranger. They wanted to charge me a price equivalent to an engine AND transmission replacement for a simple transmission repair. I drove the car another 1200 mile and finally got it fixed for 1/4 the cost. BEWARE!!!

Took my car that I just bough to get a simple oil change. They striped the tread on my oil pan and told me that I had to pay for it. The “mechanic” didn’t even close the engine air box. Looked like he just smoke a joint or something. Told me I had to replace the oil pan now. Manager gave me 3 different cost amounts on three different occasions as I came to resolve this matter. As they told me this things happened over time. As the aluminum pan in my car is made out of softer metals then other cars (civic). So I went to speak to a dealership mechanic specialist, who explained to me that this could only happened if proper tools are not used which is a torque wrench and a crush washer, which they didn’t use. If at least they would own up to their mistakes and replace it for me for free. But this is not how business is done at this place. So if they do break something, it’s on you. Don’t waste your time and money. -5 stars

I went today to the branch in Wilton Manors for the first time and have a bad experience. I was going to change my oil and ask the guy if he could check the rubber under the engine. He didnt let me explain the situation. He right away told me I can fix it for $25. I thought good deal. Any way I ask him what he was planning on doing his answer was you want it fix or not. So I ask him if he could warranty his job and he said no.So I was concern because I already try to fix it and even replace the clips with new ones from the dealer and didnt work. I was thinking on buying the whole part. Any way he didnt let me finish. With arrogant attitude he told me so if you couldnt fix it you want it fix or not. He ask aging. Then I told him sure I want it fix but I want to make sure you dont do the same thing that I already try. Any way he told me I gonna make it easy for you and drop the car. With that attitude I went inside the lobby 5 minutes later he went to me and told me I cant work in your car. He didnt change the oil.I ask the lady at front desk if she could ask the other guy to change the oil but she went to ask and told me the manager said they couldnt do it.At the same time in the lobby I notice some other customer was complaining about and AC work or estimate kind of complaining about the service. Also, I was the only one customer at that time so I didnt see any reason for the rash.Further, after I finished some work in the lobby like an hour later I have to ask the lady in the front desk if she could put air in my tire for some reason when flat. fortunately she didnt give any problems and order the other guy to put air on my tire.

I took my car in because of a low tire, thinking I could get a patch and be on my way. Unfortunately, it turns out that my rear tires were starting to come apart at the seams! Yikes!Fortunately, they are run-flat, but I had to get 2 new ones.The staff here was great, explaining and showing me my options, etc., and the price for the tires was absolutely in line with what I was able to find elsewhere.

They got me good ! The manager is the first to be wary of. I was quoted 300 on a repair (he said) I have good number..he pointed to a post it note he wrote on covering up the top half, where he wrote other things. I said 300 total? he said YES plus tax. that was a good price from the comparisons I did at other garages. I asked for a printed estimate. In broken English he acted busy and said you dont need I stand by that number I brought it in the next day for the work, they raced it onto the rack (which seemed strange) as I went in to talk to the cashier about a written estimate..she to said talk to the Manager..he was in the garage and chased me out saying you cant be in here. I said I need an estimate written up, he said I had it. Long story short..final bill $600.00 double what he said. I tried to write on their bill I was signing this under pressure to get my keys. The cashier said, if you write anything on the bill...we wont give you the keys. I asked them to call the Police, so I had a witness to what was going on...they acted lie they called but it was faked. I waited 30 minutes for a cop to arrive..no one showed. I signed the bill, took the keys and left. I will see them in small claims court..they are deceptive and calculating. DONT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU. This happened at the Wilton Manors location.

They do a great job on tire repairs and brakes. Trusted them for years. My go to place for easy repairs.

Dealt with them for about three years... New management now they price gouge, charge obscene amounts for labor and suggests services the car didnt need. I feel totally violated because I trusted these people....caveat emptor!

The manager is an __ mechanic tried to sell me some thing I already had I had to go to another mechanic and have them change it out and I returned it once he put on also I got a line of credit for $1000 they gave me a quote to fix my truck and when I got back to pick it up my bill was actually $998 and I had a credit line of a thousand so if they want $400 just like that but letting me know so yeah I dont recommend them at all I do not recommend them!!

The oil change was quick and I was made aware of the price before they started doing work. Ill return for my next oil change

This place is a SCAM and they are very dishonest. I went there to get an oil change for the advertised price of 14.95$ by the time it was done it was actually 19.95$. I didnt really have a problem with this until I later read the receipt which stated my oil cap was missing. No one at the register mentioned this oil cap missing it was just discretely written on my receipt. After I discovered this I opened the hood to find out that the cap wasnt missing, THEIR MECHANIC BROKE IT! So I went back to talk to the owner and try to remedy the situation. He was very rude and aggressive and just kept saying that it was like that before I brought it in. This place is very dishonest and I would not recommend it to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Went in for a simple break job, after new break shoes replaced, noticed a weird sound coming from rear tire. Technician drive with me to check the noise out and told me he didnt hear anything. Im like.... YOU DEF??? Ive been there 4 times so far on my day off for them to fix it and even after calling them first before I left the house, once I got there, I was told Im sorry but we dont have the parts like we thought we did said come back next week. Totally getting the run around and lied to. Complete waste of my valuable time!

Never ever get work done there unless you want to be overcharged.

My car was at the Dairy Queen and wouldnt start. No click, no turning over, no nothin. I asked around in the neighborhood, since my regular mechanic was out of town and USA AutoCare was recommended. So I walked there, they arranged a tow (helpmeimstuck--professional, friendly, and reasonably priced), found the bad electrical connection to a 3 month old starter, and repaired it for me, economically. Pleasant, helpful, competent folks. I now have a new favorite place to have oil changes and any other work done on my car.

If I could give them ZERO STARS I would the man tried to tell me what I told him. I went for a oil change and the DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT. I told the man drivers side like 5 times they ended up changing the passenger side. I didnt realize it at first because it was daylight and you can hardly tell. So I ended up realizing Saturday night and they are closed on Sunday. So when I went back this morning he was trying to tell me I told him the passenger side when that light was perfectly fine. They dont know what their doing. Whatever you do DONT I repeat DONT go there. Its the biggest ripoff everrrr !

This place is righteously low rated. I towed my car there with a few broken tire bolts, after I have had a cheap oil change done a few days prior, the guy wanted to charge me $277 including 3 hours of labor, of course I called towing again and towed it 0.1 miles to AAMCO across the street, they did the same job for $125.

I would give no star if I could. Dont take your car to this place. I went there to do the oil change on my car 3 times. After a couple of unpleasant visits my husband decided to do the oil change by himself and we discovered that they never changed the oil filter even though they charged us for it. The filter my husband found and replaced was dated July 18, 2015. ONE YEAR WITHOUT CHANGING MY OIL FILTER BECAUSE OF THEM!!!
