As always, my recent experience at the Wilton Manors office was great. Everyone is professional while being very friendly and good-natured. I always feel that I am getting great care and appreciate that it is provided with such ease.

This is by far the most unprofessional office I ever encountered. I have United Health Care PPO which covers exams with no co pay yet they charged me for eye exam and a co pay if that wasn’t enough they had the ugliest frames and the only one I liked was out of the price range the insurance would pay so I gave them a pair of old frames that looked good on me, three weeks later they call to tell me my order was lost. I went back in again and picked out the only frame I liked that was an exclusion being they lost my frames that was the least they could do to compensate for my lost frames and time, I had given them another pair of glasses which strength was good for me expecting them to adjust the strength with the frames that were exactly like the ones they lost, two weeks later I go back to find out what was up with my glasses and low and behold all they had was my old glasses they never adjusted them with the new frames I picked out. They acted like the Dr was on vacation and whoops they messed up without even saying they would fix the issue. I am reporting them to the insurance co for charging me when they shouldn’t have and not getting my order right. Bunch of incompetent staff. Would stead clear from them

Dr Shaffer, TK & Simone make eye exams extremely pleasant! They are professional, courteous, efficient and kind every single time. Beyond that, Dr Shaffer is a personable doctor and makes sitting in a doctors office comfortable. I’ll be their patient as long as I’m in Florida ! Thank you

Best eyecare and doctor I ever had. Ive avoided going for 10 years because because of a traumatic even that occured earlier in life I am afraid of people, placed and now left with nothing, I find life simpler but scary. MyEyeDr made me feel tbat I wasnt crazy. They were extremely kind, and knowledgeable and the doctor fixed a problem I had from original visit fee days earlier. Also, the man who fits glasses is steller, patient, and kind. Maybe there is hope.
