Nice place to visit with the family, specially at night. They have tables outside and the atmosphere is very relaxing.Not far from downtown at all easy to walk there if you are in downtown.Also prices are very affordable, unlike other places where you spend easy $10 for ice cream.Will visit again and this time I will bring the whole family with me.

This is the nicest da staff there is. Very accommodating and patient. Always a smile on their face even when the line is down the block. They dipped by box of silly bars fresh because they sold out. Honestly I’m so impressed with the kindness, grace and energy of the staff.

This used to be a really great DQ, and I wouldn’t normally say anything but the last 5 times now we have gone to this DQ, the owner makes a different excuse on why they do not have any chocolate soft serve (ran out, machine broken, didn’t get any in our order) but it seems they just don’t want purchase chocolate soft serve. Then when she tries to compensate (adding chocolate syrup to vanilla) she makes blizzards that are barely mixed (half way through the blizzard there is only vanilla ice cream) and never has more than 4 bites of toppings even when we ask for extra. I really used to be a regular here but as of lately it’s not worth the money because of the poor customer service and lack of care that the owner provides. I wish it was better service so that it would be worth the drive as there isn’t any other dairy queen around.

What a nice surprise to stop in at a place where i havent been to in about 10 years. The two women working 9n July 5th afternoon were so pleasant and friendly. A good experience for sure. I wish South Florida had more little spots like this, unfortunately it is consumed with huge shopping malls and giant condo buildings with upscale feel and price but zero charm.

I love this place and come here about once a month with friends. Lynn is always so pleasant and kind. She always washes her hands in between customers and I appreciate that she requires guests in line to wear masks. I would love to have more than one vegan option. Thank you!

I could have went to 711 for the chili dog I got. Wait what? What is that? THE MICROWAVE! I could taste microwaves in the chili dog. Lady there by herself doin everything. So of course quality will suffer. I drove far as this is the only one in my area. Highly disappointed would not recommend. Unless you just want ice cream real quick.

A stand alone store, it was closed until Friday. Im a visitor to Florida and a loyal DQ customer, so I checked this location practically everyday. Went on a Saturday. A teenager at the counter and what looked like possibly the owner, making the orders. One customer in front of me ordered for 3 people. Took minimum of 10 minutes (waiting in the broiling sun) for her to make their order. The teenager took my order but didnt understand so the owner asked and said ok but then didnt know what I wanted. A black and white shake with a vanilla float (also said sidecar, which some people understand) The teenager took my $20 and took at least 3-4 minutes to give me my change. Then the owner handed me a vanilla shake. She had to redo it and when I saw her put (notice I didnt say pour) the chocolate into the shake, it was thick and clumpy. I had hoped it was because it had been refrigerated and would dissolve after mixing. It didnt. This was the worst milkshake Ive ever had. Even my husband, who isnt picky, hated it and we threw the entire thing away. What a waste of time and money. Try another location!

At night, 30 customers in line, 300,000 bugs in bright lights swarming the customers and swarming the store. this cheap business, needed to give the customers bug swatters, or bee suits, or simply install a few bug zappers. only 1 of 2 windows open for ice cream to keep the bugs from coming in the store, in the 45 minute wait line we had to leave, because of the possible extra bug toppings and confections.

You have lost a 42 year customer. :(Sad.Peanuts are hard as pebbles.This location is 1 mile from where I live(42 years), but I choose to drive 3.4 miles so I don’t have to wait in line because Service is so Slow because the attempt to Up Sale Every Order.We know what We Want. Also Terrible that you now charge for Whip Cream & a Cherry?!?? Up Sale BS.You Take The Fun out of Ice Cream.Sad, just Sad and Tiresome.

Great ice cream good price dont know why, but no chocolate on the weekends, they say there is no demand for it then. Right now service is a bit slow, they say they are training. Been saying that for a few weeks now,. Wonder how long they train for? Dont know why they dont open earlier.

I stopped at Dairy Queen as a treat for my daughter for getting a shot at the Doctors. The young lady that waited on us was very pleasant. As we where getting ready to go, guessing the Manager asked how old my daughter was. After I told her she asked me to wait a couple of minutes because she had something to give her. A couple of minutes later she returned with 2 wrapped Christmas gifts. Ma’am you absolutely made my day and more importantly her day. To her surprise it was a Barbie doll and a frisbee. She absolutely loves it. I will come to the Wilton Manors Dairy Queen from now on because of your kind gesture. Thank you so much!!

They always say they will treat you right and indeed they do! This Dairy Queen is a landmark in the greater Fort Lauderdale area as it truly captures the old school feeling of this iconic American Chain. So the Dairy Queen in Wilton Manor refused to take my 15 old daughters order because I was on the sidewalk with no mask! Mind you I was not paying! No words!!! Horrible person named Lynn!I get it if I was the person buying they have the right to refuse! It was my 15 year old daughter who was buying and ordering. She had the mask on the whole time. I was on the public sidewalk!!! She still refused even after I told her I was not the customer!!!Please pass this on! She ruined my little girls night to push her agenda! Always has been a pleasure to go to DQ, I used to have my cone at least once a week, on my way from work....sometimes take my dog there after a vets visit, now a have my grand children, and I enjoy the trip with them and ofcourse, the sweets...is a refreshing life! refreshing place DQ!

The ice cream was good. What was not good was the fact that the lady yelled at my husband (who was standing away from the building on the sidewalk) to put a mask on. There was no one else around and he was not near the building. She refused to serve ME until he went back to the vehicle. It was extremely rude.

First time in the 5 years I have lived here. Service was excellent and friendly. My biggest problem is that I can actually buy premium ice cream by the gallon for what it cost to get 2 treats. The ice milk that is usec at Dairy Queen is not the same as ice cream. It was still good.

I Hated The Experience That I Had Received From A Young Lady Worker That Made It Seem Like She Knew Protocol However She Really Didnt Understand The Terminology Of The Coustomer Is Always Right Especially After, Asking All the Right Question Ex.
