I like this store, and they have many interesting and unusual pieces of clothing. Not inexpensive, but uncommon lines which is nice. What was most unfortunate is I live here locally, have for some time, and have been here a number of times. During the last visit, I was very specific with the owner that I was unsure about one piece and asked if I could take it home, not remove any labels and return the next day with the physical receipt and return it, if I did not feel I was 100% sure about it. He allowed it. I made certain there would be no problems if I had the receipt which I did. I returned the next day and complied with exactly what I had requested. The store has a policy and this was not verbalized to me, and without obvious signage, of no returns, only store credits. You can imagine my surprise at what appeared not honest or at least straightforward or genuine. The owner stated the policy is on the receipt however if one asks for a return that ought to be honored and rarely would anyone I know look at small print policy on a receipt after having a verbal agreement with the owner. He became aggressive and impolite and stated he would, but at that point, I did not want to have a negative interchange since I live here and declined. All i wanted was to be treated fairly and that was not the case. My suggestion to anyone who reads this is to be well aware of this policy and from my own experience, no matter what one is told, or whatever arrangement you believe you may have, to know the policy is no returns. Most unfortunate that I had an unnecessary and extremely unpleasant interaction with no reason to occur in a store selling elective items.

Started out to be a wonderful experience until I called to check on the pants and bow tie, I was assured would be here in time for an event. Again, I had to call them; the day before the event to learn they would not be here. Of course I’d bought shoes, shirt, and jacket; as part of this outfit. They were completely unwilling to accept any responsibility or consider a refund. Such a promising opportunity that is an unmitigated disappointment. Shop elsewhere!

Spectacular clouthes and attention vip

Looking at there window displays you night think youd find nothing for you. They tend to be flashy. But, Ive found a lot of things here I really like at a reasonable price. And if youre looking for something flashy (sometimes I am)..this is the place
