This place was very helpful in locating what I needed. I ordered a whole new set of seats for my 2012 Honda Pilot. They were Grade A rated and after a good cleaning at home they clearly needed extra love to get there. I also had to go back to exchange the two front seats because they had different wiring harness. Nonetheless Justin helped the entire time and kept me updated. I put it all together and Im happy.

Well, if you have to buy a part for your car, they make it easy. After my son cracked the wheel on our Jeep Cherokee, I found a website that said NEATR had one. My wife called them to verify they had it and I drove up and sealed the deal. Upon arrival, I didn’t have the order number but Justin Roy remembered my wife’s name from her call 2 hours earlier!! This place is the biggest scam going. I called to inquire about a transmission that they had listed for a 2008 Ford F-350 4X4 with 76,108 miles And a 6 month part warranty. I spoke with a Justin. Justin assured me that this transmission was driven and tested. With some hesitation I decided to give Justin the thumbs up. Justin gave me all of the wire transfer instructions. Once the money cleared their account they said they would ship the transmission to my repair shop in up state NY.The transmission arrived, we removed it and prepped it for install. Well this is the issue, the transmission of for a 2 wheel drive truck. I call snd speak to Justin my sales rep. We go back and forth, he calls me a liar saying that there is no way we sent the wrong transmission. That I was trying to scam him. I asked for him to arrange return shipping for the wrong part. Justin said we want you to return the part to us in person to make sure it’s ours. I’m 5 hours away I said… Justin said that’s the only way we will take the return. I drove 5 hours each way to again argue with Justin and owner JC. Both were rude to the point where I walked alway to regain my composure. Finally after another hour of back and forth they agree to accept the return. They told me they would mail me a check. I said that was unacceptable and I wanted my cash back that I wired them. JC told me he didn’t keep those kind of funds on hand. I told him I would wait while he went to the bank. He said he didn’t have time. Instead he offered me a post dated check. I reluctantly accepted it and drove home. Finally after 10 business days almost 2 weeks the check cleared. Stay far way from these slime balls, I wish I did

Note to self, when it seems or sounds too good to be true it usually is.I drove 3 hours each way, yea 3 hours each way to pick up a wheel for my daughters car. It was the only one on the east coast and I needed it today.I called and spoke to Jay, and yes I am a women and he took advantage of that fact. I had asked him multiple and I mean multiple times if the wheel was in useable condition. He swore me up and down that it was.I said I’ll take it, but can you do any better on the price? Jay said sure, leave me a positive google review (or two, he was serious) and I will take 25% off of your order. I said can I do it when I get there and see the wheel? He said sure why notWe pile into the csr on a gorgeous Friday morning to drive up from 3.5 hours away. When we walked in the door we were met by a man eating his lunch that consisted of re heated fish 🤢I asked if Jay was available and that I had ordered a wheel with him.Jay walked over and couldn’t really remember what we had talked about. So I refreshed his memory. He goes over to his computer and comes back a couple minutes later. My disappointing experience was with Justin roy and Owner JC Cahill!I called after seeing a truck bed listed online for a 2018 Ford F350 SD in White. I spoke with Justin, after several photos sent, i decide to pull the trigger. Justin required a 50% deposit in order to bring the bed in from his other salvage yard. I wanted to pick the bed up as i was hoping to bolt it on with out having to do any paint work, other than a detail. Justin knowing this promised me the bed was 100% brand new take off over stock. I load up my enclosed trailer and head 237 miles north to Winchendon Ma. After meeting Justin he takes me to show me the bed. Upon seeing it i thought it was a joke. I said come on where is the bed ? This is just about as bad as the one were replacing. After going back and forth for 15-20 minutes owner JC Cahill introduces himself. I explain the situation. I ask why no one called me prior to me coming to pick up the bed, as Justin knew i was coming from am long way and after a direct bolt on bed. After more back and forth over a refund, he offers to let me keep the bed for my initial 50% deposit. I explain to him its not what i am looking for as its nearly as badd as the one i am replacing. He doesnt listen, he keeps telling me to back my trailer up. Finally after much more back and forth, he agrees for a refund.I dont know what all these good reviews are about. This place is a dump!

I placed an order for $66 Honda CRV fuel pump via their website inventory. I received an email the order processing finished. I drove 35 mins to pick it up at their place. For no reason they refunded the money to my PayPal. I talked to an Asian salesman in person, he pretended not in stock game. He told me that he can order the part from his other place for $175. Brand new part cost $250. This is junkyard. Rip off tactics? Dishonest worker?

Just picked up a bed for my Silverado that I found online, its as clean as they described, told me up front that it had 2 parking lot dings in the side, turns out theyre almost imperceptible. 5 guys helped me load it into my trailer. Justin the sales guy was very knowledgeable and personable, the whole deal took less than 5 minutes. Ill be doing business at NEATR in the future.

Ive been using NEATR for probably two years now for my business needs. When I call NEATR, I dial up my man Jay everytime. Nothing against the other salespeople at all, theyre all great!When it comes to parts, NEATR has the pricing and availability of parts I need to run a shop. Ive dealt with LKQ before and theyre ok but I always prefer NEATR. The staff is just so much more knowledgeable and willing to help get their customers what they need and for such a great price. I couldnt recommend this business any more!

Had been looking for a hood for my infinity q50 called and they where able to find it and have it delivered to the place in 1 day . When i got their not only was my part in great condition the customer service and the help their was amazing . When i arrived i was hesitant about the actual part fitting my car but justin roy assured me he was able to make it work . Its not everyday you find employees with positive attitudes who go above and beyond for their customers .he went above and beyond in helping put the part in the car . I was totally suprised at the service here . I was expecting i had to do it all by myself . I drove two hour but it was well worth it . Will be coming back to the remain parts .

What a disappointment this place is. I read the reviews, customers are given a discount when they write a 5 star review. The owner is a pompous and arrogant person with no respect for his employees or customers.My story, it called on a Thursday and ordered and engine. I was told the engine was coming from their “other location” I said sure no problem. The guy on the phone took my info and said he would call me when it was in. I get a call on Friday saying the engine will be ready for pick up Monday. I make all of my arrangements, take the day off from work and drive the 4.5 hours to collect it. When I got there and saw the engine I just about fainted. IT WAS THE EXACT ENGINE THAT MY LOCAL YARD HAD AND TRIED TO SELL ME. The problem is the engine is true mileage unknown according to my local yard. How do I know this? I took a picture of the serial number and vin number off the engine at my local yard to try and do a car fax. When I did the car fax the car fax read like nothing I had ever seen. There were multiple mileage discrepancies. There was not the 56k miles the salesmen told me. They then tried to tel me it’s a different engine. Yada yadaI left, and so should you….their yard is TINY and I mean TINY… none of the inventory you see on their website is theirs. They buy from anyone and everyone, who ever is the cheapest, lie about mileage and condition and then sell it to you.Please please please avoid this place…those google reviews are too good to be true

Called looking for an ABS Pump with a specific part number as any variation of the car would not work. Called and NEATR and confirmed they had the part. Had them double and triple check the part number which they confirmed they had it. Paid for the item and drove over 1.5 hrs one way (3 hours total driving) to pick it up once they confirmed they had it ready only to find out it’s the wrong part number. It was the wright part number on the paperwork but wrong engine on the paperwork. Total waste of time.

I needed a radio part for my Acura and found NEATR to be the cheapest from what I could find. There wasnt an update on the package being delivered so I emailed and was replied to almost immediately. However my package was already delivered before I even read the reply email. I was surprised with the quick turn around given the world circumstances that I would get a delivery to Oregon this soon. The part arrived in great condition and sooner than expected. Will be recommending.

I called last week for a tail light for a f350. Online, it showed at least 6 of them for $55. I called to confirm. Guy says, yes we have one. $65. I tell him it says $55 online. No big deal. I say Im on my way. He tells me its a 24 hour wait time. I asked for what, as he told me its on the shelf. Ended up hanging up on him and buying a brand new light for less. Hope they dont treat everyone like this....

Large, well organized auto and truck recycler with vast indoor and outdoor storage. Jay was very helpful with my purchase of OEM Ford wheels and called me back sooner than expected to let me know that the wheels were ready for pickup. This was an absolutely fantastic experience. I had been looking for hood to match my Jeep Compass for a couple of months. EBay was between 600 and 700 dollars with shipping and most of the car places around this area wanted 500 to 700 for a hood that was painted with primer which means another couple of hundred to get it painted. New England Auto & Truck Recyclers was recommended to me by a friend. When I called Jay Ablaza answered the phone. I found a tailgate for my 2009 Toyota Tacoma in the same color to replace my damaged one. Its more money than an aftermarket part, but didnt require painting. To me it was a good price. Ordered parts for my 2015 Nissan Altima. Fender was spot on, packaged extremely carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Mirror was the wrong color unfortunately. Called customer service and spoke with Jay and apparently the color one I ordered was damaged and not what the description listed it as. They sent me a unit in perfect condition so that was a plus. Jay corrected the problem quickly and professionally. If I ever need parts again that I cant find locally Ill definitely be giving these guys a call. Tried to save money and purchased an old AC Compressor for my 2006 Honda Civic from here to have my Mechanic install it. Was never offered a Labor protection either. Did not work. Returned it for a full refund- no problem. BUT it costed me an additional $150 (additional labor and charging) to have my Mechanic reinstalled a new refurbished compressor and he was very reasonable. Working perfect now. DO NOT get a used electrical part!!!Update 9/28/2018: Jay called me personally and resolved my issues. Excellent customer service! I would come back and purchase all my auto parts here without hesitation!

Cant say enough about the great customer service I received from Jay and Hugo at NE Auto & Truck. After talking on the Chat option with Hugo and getting all the info on a fender that I needed, I ordered the part online unsure of the condition on a fender. It looked to be in good shape in the pictures on the site, but I couldnt tell if there was any damage. Jay called me to let me know of the blemishes on the Fender and just to be sure, he sent me several photos to make sure I knew what I was getting. That added customer service made it a much easier decision on purchasing a used auto body part online. Plus the shipping was cheaper than anywhere else I could find. They get two thumbs up from me!
