Jason has been at my home for service calls a few times for various reasons. He has always been professional and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is right. He is a great representative of Eastern!

We just had Ron come over to fix our propane gas fireplace. A tech from a different company had said it was low pressure - Ron very quickly determined that was not the problem and had us up and running quickly. He was very professional and answered our questions patiently. A great experience, thank you !

Everybody is helpful when I call in. Especially appreciate John and Justine getting my service going quickly, and Tina getting the delivery immediately thereafter. Luke came out and did the inspection and was nothing but kind. I had choices and would choose Eastern again and again. Not like some other companies (like Spectrum Cable for example) where you talk to people and they just man the phones and put in requests and nothing ever happens. Here they say they will do something and it gets done. Wow!

Have used these guys for years and have always been pleased with their service and reliability. But, this week I was especially pleased with representative Leonissa when she helped me with an oil delivery to my house and her concerns with my commercial account. She was more than a big help.Use this company if you can.

We are very happy with both the office and field staff at Eastern. Everyone is pleasant to deal with and service and delivery is timely and professional. Pricing is very competitive. Highly recommended.

Eastern is a great company. Tina in customer service, Ron and Eric (and the others) with installation and Justine with scheduling, got a number of jobs I needed done at different properties. You can really count on their helpfulness and professional service in all instances.

Our cabin is a little difficult to find, with a very steep driveway, so we always attempt to get a propane delivery in early December to avoid the snow, sleet, and ice that can cause delivery headaches. Unfortunately, I was unable to make these arrangements this year due to health issues. But Tina (Schoales) was not going to let us down. She and the delivery team, particularly the driver (Ed), made certain that my delivery would be made during the brief winter weather reprieve we just had. Not only did they make the delivery, but emailed me to quell my concerns about running out. Strongest possible recommendations ..

I am new to propane and not yet learned on the basics. I had to call astern to fill the gas tanks. Danny Bourque was the driver who came. He was great. He filled the tanks, and got the pilot relit. He explained what he was doing as he went along. Danny was very personable and professional. I can say that I am happy with Eastern and very happy with the service I got From Danny. I do hope that he continues to deliver to me.

Made an appointment 2 weeks ago to have a new stove converted and installed. No one showed up. I called them and they claimed the appointment was never made. Additionally, they fixed a leaky gas line 6 months ago that continued to leak for months after. Absolutely horrible customer service. Get propane from any other company but this one.

A Great company to do business with. Just like the old days. Your not just an account number.
