Took my wife on a date, we had a great meal, Foot long Hot Dog, Haddock Sandwich, and fries. Nice picnic table, place was cleaned. Lickity Splitz was very busy, the staff was serving the food asap and with a smile. Customers were also very nice and polite! My wife saw The Big RanDom Poster for the Wichenstock concert for Aug 14, 2021, thats her favorite band!!! Zoom in on the right for the food menu. Yum!

Its not the prettiest picture possible but the ice cream was delicious! Its a raspberry sundae with hot fudge, cream, nuts and cherry on top. Yummy! Well be back for sure! 😋

We waited for our order for 45 minutes when I went up to ask if it was ready she told me someone must have lost our order slip and our food had not been made. She said they could make it but there were a lot of people ahead of me…They did refund me and gave me a $20 gift certificateThe 2 girls taking orders seemed to be working hard but definitely were new. The girl making the food was on her phone while cooking.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Lickity Splitz...from the staff, to the food, to the ice cream, to the vibe you get it really is an A+ establishment. I am personally a fan of the chicken salad and footlong hot dogs, but you cant go wrong. Highly recommend!

I went last yr and had hot fudge sundaes that were very good so I returned and tried their hot dogs and their onion rings. Sorry to say it was mediocre at best. Portion sizes were very small and prices were rather high especially considering the portion sizes. The food itself was blah, take it or leave it kind of fare. I will return for ice cream or sundaes but there is better food options than what is offered here nearby.

If you happen to be out in this area & looking for a bite to eat or something sweet, you should definitely stop here! We have visited Lickity Splitz several times & have always been pleased with our experiences here. They have great food such as burgers, hot dogs, french fries, chicken sandwiches + more & large variety of ice cream choices. Portions are plentiful & prices are great. Service has always been terrific, they have some very friendly people who work here & are always sure to make customers happy. Im not sure if the inside dining area is still open due to Covid, but they offer outdoor seating at picnic tables & do have an on site porta potty as well. Wait times are very reasonable. Food is always served fresh & hot. I absolutely love their pumpkin oreo ice cream that I tried once. If you like pumpkin flavored ice cream & oreo (also sometimes called cookies & cream) then you should definitely try it. This was awhile back, so not sure if they still have it on their menu? Unlike other places where the pumpkin ice cream only has a slight hint of pumpkin, you can really taste the delicious pumpkin flavor & enjoy the large chunks of oreos. Milkshakes are also wonderful! Ive never been disappointed in the food, ice cream or service here. Its also a nice place for children & families. We came here once when traveling to NH, and asked to use the indoor restrooms (before Covid) & staff was nice enough to allow us to, most likely because we had young children with us, even though we hadnt purchased anything that day. It can sometimes get a tad crowded, but its certainly worth the wait. One of Winchendons best places to stop next time youre hungry! Bring your appetite.

Super friendly staff and excellent food! Ice cream is the best, its also homemade which is a nice added touch. Super in touch with the community. Would recommend stopping here for dinner or afterwards for an ice cream.

There is combos that are very good priced. Foot Long Hot Dogs. Alot of ice cream choices. The staff is very friendly and courtious. Will go again.

Very busy, with very good homemade ice cream. Many, many flavors. They have 10 or more picnic tables. I especially liked that the ice cream was not super sweet.

Big portion sizes (almost too big, if I’m being honest), but the ice cream is fresh and staff are friendly. Be ready to wait in a line after five-ish in the evening.

Not sure how I havent posted a review on our favorite food and ice cream stop.... The food is always top notch and huge portions. Ice cream is homemade and to die for! Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Everyone we suggest it to is always very thankful and it becomes a must do stop when in town. Stop in, you will not regret it!

I nice little place I had the chicken nuggets and they were fantastic, hand battered and deep fried, fries were golden brown, and their coleslaw was tasted fresh! Ice cream was homemade and delicious. Definitely heading back there to try the haddock plate!

Homemade ice cream, need I say more? Okay! They had a variety of flavors and a great selection of novelties imcluding cones, Sundays, and flurries. The staff was friendly and the line moved at a reasonable pace 🙂

Got a yummy bacon cheese burger and the wife got fish and chips we both enjoyed our meal. It is/was fathers day so they had a special for Sundays for dads, if you get the biggest size for 5.25 just know youre in for about 2 pints of ice cream. Delicious none the less but alot of ice cream. Dont be fooled given their large cups are most places medium size but the icream is a bang for the buck.. just wish twin oaks was still around loved that place as well. But if your in the area definitely stop by for some good food and yummy ice cream! Support your local business!

Great ice cream! Huge scoops! I had the cookie monsta and banana chip ice creams. So creamy, nice big pieces of cookies in the cookie monsta ice cream, very blue, just like that fury guy on Sesame Street. Real pleasant banana flavour, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, oh my we may have to make this a weekly stop!

Went Mothers Day 5$ Sundays for Moms. Ice cream was good, No line (rain may have played a part in that.) Staff was pleasant. A few booths inside for this who wanted to sign in. I stayed out, inside had a slight odor of fried fish & other fried foods. Bathrooms inside.

Great portions and super friendly staff

The ice cream is good, but service is extremely slow. It usually takes us around 10 minutes to get two or more ice cream cones, and even longer when getting pints. That being said, the ice cream is pretty good, and they have many flavors.

Have been going here for a long time and have always had a fantastic time. The ice cream is always good. Sizes are definitely worth the money!! Now as a parent I bring my kids and they love it too!! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!

This place was awesome. It looks like a typical greasy spoon retro seasonal hotdog hut, but delivers better service than some formal restaurants. I ordered my burger medium rare and was seriously amazed when my burger was delivered as a PERFECT medium rare. We ordered mozzarella sticks, when the waitress brought them to the table she informed us that we would be getting a second better order because the cook cooked them a little too long and some of the cheese popped out. We declined, as the ones that were being served were perfectly fine and yummy, but the staff insisted on bringing a second properly prepared order. We also ordered a hotdog platter to be ready when we were leaving to bring home to my mom. It was not ready to go when we were done and ready to leave; we had to wait no more than two minutes, but to make up for the inconvenience the to go platter was free. I left them a huge tip because their service was five star and the customer service was unbelievable. They have very high standards and I will definitely be going back in the summer.

Our favorite ice cream place in the area. Prices are better than other local options and they offer soft serve and hard ice cream. Only constructive criticism is I wish they would clean up and make the building look nicer from the outside.

But somebody told me about the cheeseburger I had to go see it for myself well three hands to handle it and then I had to split the order of hand-cut onion rings because I could not eat that whole cheeseburger and the whole order onion rings OMG

My husband and I went with our Australian Shepherd and decided to stop in for an ice cream. They had a doggie ice cream with a bone on it. Bentley was being so good with all the people around she deserved it.

Homemade ice cream with plenty of flavors!

Wish they were open year round. Food is always made fresh and from scratch. But truthfully most people come here for their massive servings of icecream. They have a huge list of flavors to pick from. My family stops here for icecream in the summer at least once a week. Out of the 4 places in Winchendon you can get icecream this is by far our favorite.
