Let me begin by saying I RARELY shop for mattresses. The last time i went shopping for one was nearly 10 years ago. Can’t just buy a mattress nowadays—you buy a complete system that supports your back, etc., and hopefully doesn’t cause neck pain. So mattress, box springs, pillow, frame and raise/lower mechanism, all have to work together for your body size and type. SALES is so 1990s. Sleep system KNOWLEDGE is the only way for today. The Mattress Firm manager at their Featherbed Lane location knew what he was doing—innumerable questions and lots of trying out different systems right there. We could sleep on our new bed long enough to decide to send it back (and try something else—didn’t have to.

Came in to buy a mattress and got a great discount/deal on it. Matt and Brian was very helpful when choosing out a mattress for my new bed. The brand is sleepy and it’s very comfortable. The place is big and lots to choose from. Prices are affordable but I was on a budget so they offered a discount on the mattress I picked out.

Not the best experience. Brian was very pushy when it came to us not wanting to purchase right away. Continued to ask for a deposit to hold the mattress after repeatedly telling him we weren’t ready. We get you want to make the sale but it became ridiculous. Will not be back and would not refer to this store.

Excellent experience. Melissa wasnt pushy and was extremely straightforward and honest. She worked hard to help us find a bed and foundation that worked for our particular needs, and went above and beyond to save us the most money. Delivery was easy to schedule, and went smoothly as well. They called to narrow down our delivery window the night before, and then day of they called to give us a heads-up about an hour out. Great experience. Will definitely buy from them again.

We had already been by another mattress store around the corner and we were looking for a couple twin mattresses for the kids. We were definitely committed to making a purchase before the day was done, but we were planning on checking all of our options. We went in to Mattress Firm thinking we would just look at some of the cheapest options and be on our way. Our sales rep, Victoria, was very helpful and friendly. Since there is only 1 twin bed on display, she gladly swapped mattresses back and forth, back and forth for my kids to test them out. She was very patient. I was still on the fence about buying before checking out all the options, but she was very understanding through all of it. She mentioned the promo for the holiday, but I didnt feel heavy pressure or a rushed sales pitch. I was very pleased with all of it, so we just made the purchase right there. It may not have been a big sale, but she treated us as if we were buying the most expensive thing in the store. I will be back for future mattress purchases as needed. I think that Purple mattress is calling my name. LOL.

I had a wonderful experience with mattress firm. Melissa my sales person went above and beyond to help me choose my new mattress and foundation. Delivery team came on time took my old mattress and box spring away and set up my new foundation and mattress. They did a great job setting everything up. The sales store was a pleasant experience and the sales person was knowledgeable of what we needed. She was kind and very nice. I would buy from her again when I need another mattress.On the other hand, the package itself was left outside our garage without any notification or forewarning that it had arrived. The box itself was damaged and it looked like it was retaped over the top of the box with white tape. There were no instructions regarding the mattress. For example, how long before does it need to rise before it can be used etc etc? The mattress just arrive yesterday so it has not been slept on yet.

I ordered two beds from this place. The delivery men didn’t even speak English. Not a Word! It was the most uncomfortable situation when someone isn’t listening to you and enters your home without a word of English and starts putting a bed together after you tell them you don’t want the mattresses cut open and they still do it. I ended up having to call the office and tell them and she had to speak to the delivery people. I seriously felt you should not be sending people into someone’s home who can’t even understand you or you can’t even tell them where you need the bed and to wait to open it. I’m Sorry, it wasn’t a good situation. Very unprofessional

We walked in knowing we needed a mattress and had a general idea of what we were looking for but with little knowledge of the different types of mattresses available. Sara helped us pick out the perfect mattress for us and Jersey was great with getting our financing in place. Wonderful experience!

We love the mattress we got the lady that worked there was not very knowledgeable like we were a bother while we were trying out mattress again liked what we got sleep better and no body aches.

Great service, me and my wife got approved for a certain amount and the mattress we wanted was $1000 more than we were approved for the manager made sure to get us that mattress that best suited us and lowered the price gave us great deals. Also cut the delivery charge in half to help save us money. I highly recommend them. Give them a shot you wont be sorry,very good customer service

I even had to snap my fingers. He said he paid extra $15.00 for his door dash which was already 20min late. Told me to hold on again as he continued to text. His name was Daniel.

Sooo impressed with this store! We were in every store in Winchester today seeking a mattress, and this place took the cake! Our saleswoman was incredibly helpful and generous, and we left incredibly happy. Highly recommend!!!!

When you go in here ask for Jessie! My husband and I had literally been all over town and no one took the time or care that she did with us! We had actually purchased a mattress down the street and after talking we both figured that we felt too pressured to by.... something we didnt even really like. So we ended up canceling. Upon entering the store she greeted us and not once was she pushy she helped us pick out the right mattress for us and when we told her we didnt want certain accessories she didnt push. Delivery was next day and the delivery team couldnt have been faster or nicer! I am not really one for leaving reviews but she called us today just to check in and see how we liked the mattress and i was in awe of that. So save yourself the time and just go here you wont get better service anywhere else!

Be aware that many of the mattress manufacturers have their own trial period and stipulations on returns/exchanges. We learned the hard way that even if the comfort exchange program is presented as applicable to your purchase and a selling point, you may wind up forced to suffer on a mattress that is far from ideal for a never before presented mandatory trial period of 30 days +.Also note that even if you are presented with great discounts and offers on your initial purchase, your comfort exchange experience will likely be a stark contrast.After being given no help at all when our new bed was nothing like we expected, we took to social media. Suddenly we were accommodated in not having to wait the 30 days to exchange. Our 2nd new bed arrived today and we hope our sleep makes it worth the trouble and extra cost.
