Used this company for years, now there is a new owner and he may be the most unprofessional person Ive ever worked with. Told me and my crew they finished the job 3 times, job wasnt done. He will lie and call you over and over again, text you over and over. All in order to try and collect payment before job is complete. . Youre countertops will get installed, but not worth the hassle.

I built my house, as you can imagine I have dealt with many contractors. Most of my experiences have been less than desirable, which is why I am taking the time to review Pete and his team. I built on a very steep grade. At the time of delivery and install, we did not have the front stoop completed. Petes guys not only came out on a Sunday but did not even bat an eye at the difficult task ahead. They had an AMAZING attitude about it. This is something I saw seldom during the process of the build. I could not recommend these guys more! They not only have great prices but also have great customer service! Thank you Pete and the team for being a breath of fresh air in the smelly world of construction.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Jeff said that he wouldnt even come measure for granite countertops without a deposit of 50%. When we called to ask questions before scheduling, he was unbelievably unprofessional. He actually hung up on my husband. I would never give them a cent of my money.

Like others, we too had shopped around at other granite dealers in the area while looking for granite slabs for our kitchen and we saw the games they play. We are so glad we checked out ABKA ! Pete was honest, did not play games, was helpful with suggestions and easy to work with, wanting to please us from the very beginning. And, you cannot beat their prices anywhere ! Our slabs had a very unique pattern on them and they worked with us so specific areas of the slabs were included on our counter top and island. ;) The crew was courteous, did a great job cutting out the slabs and installing them in our home. We HIGHLY recommend you checking them out !

I would not recommend this company at all! Unprofessional and charge you for every little thing such as taking off your old counter, hauling it away, unhooking and taking off sink cooktop etc. Before this even happened the unprofessionalism of one of the people there named Jeff was so extravagant. Lies and delays to just get measured, even ignored my wife calling him. Not only this but lied about calling us about an install date and just showed up at our door when my wife and I were at work. When here rushed to get it done and spent an hour arguing about what to do with our outlets on my island. They left a bigger mess that now my contractor is having to fix and costing me more! Outlets were left unhooked and our fridge wouldn’t even turn back on and we lost food once again costing us more! Stay away from them, not worth the headaches!

Beware. This company is fraud, we called them for my kitchen countertop, and they sent their representative who measured everything and provided us with the quote. He was asking for cash, so we gave it to him and asked for invoice, which he said he would email us it. We never received the email. We called both the Winchester and Maryland site, but no one answered. We lost our deposit. I do not recommend them, I dont know why the other reviews are so positive. they all fake

Excellent, knowledgeable service and half the price of the larger granite suppliers. These guys got me gorgeous stone within my budget, and were even able to cut stone I had already purchased for me. Pete and his guys are the best!

I looked into two other granite companies and compared, the other granite companies played games and changed their story when I was clear from the start on the square feet etc... Peter on the other hand did not play any games, never changed any pricing and was very honest from start to finish. The installers were very nice and did a great job! I strongly suggest you call Peter today if you want your granite done right! I plan to do business with Peter again when I add natural stones to me outdoor area.

I cant say enough positive things about our experience with ABKA in Winchester, VA. If you are looking for granite you definitely want to stop in and meet Pete. Pete is professional, friendly and willing to work with you and his price was very competitive. We picked our granite slabs on a Tuesday evening and it was installed in our kitchen the next Saturday. The installation crew was professional, polite, efficient and very courteous. We are very pleased with the entire process and will definitely be back when its time to replace our bathroom countertops.
