Staff is friendly but incompetent. One mistake after another. They do not call back when the say. The amount of my monthly bill reflects nothing near the amount they told me when signing a 2 year agreement. I have been to this store multiple times and honestly I would rather pay more money with another service provider that can give me honest and correct information then to feel tricked and misinformed.

This store is a joke every time we come here. For one we never got greeted when we walked in and stood there for 20 mins before someone even spoke to us. But they greeted everyone else that walked in the door. One of the employees looked so unprofessional she looked like she rolled straight out of bed and came to work. I went in there 3 weeks ago for an upgrade and the “manager” told me I had a free upgraded in April to come back then so that’s why we went in for the guy to tell us our upgrade isn’t til June. They really don’t know what they are doing at this store it is literally a joke every time we go in there!!

I prefer coming here than the larger sprint stores, usually calmer and friendlier. There are some days it gets packed but even then it doesnt feel like youre waiting as long as the other stores

DO NOT use this store. Would be 0 stars if available. Current store manager and workers are clueless as to Sprints official upgrade and billing policy. This is not a corporate store and they will tell you anything (almost all of it wrong) to sell phones. Myself and 2 other costumers were flat out lied to about our change in plans and upgrade. All had our bills more than double what they were. All tried for 2 weeks to get answers through phone calls, emails, and in store visits, and nothing was solved. Just more lies and put offs. I will be contacting the Sprint District Manager to lodge a formal complaint about the fraud being committed by this store. Stay away unless you like to pay twice as much for the savings they claim they save you. Most dishonest group of people I have ever dealt with.

Sprint customer service seemed to not want to fix the issue with new phone and sim card not linking. Went into Rutherford crossing location hour later they had me fixed and good to go.

Best sprint store in the area. Went in to upgrade my phone and Alberto Diaz was AMAZING! I told him exactly what phone i wanted and he got me upgraded in a short amount of time with no hassles. I will recommend all of my family and friends to Alberto.

Waste of time. I have no words for my frustration. We’ve always went to the other store across town, but decided to try this one. The service does not compare. Will never return to this store. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Went in to upgrade a phone I had to ask the same question three times and got three different answers I drove over 45 miles to go to this store it was the only place I would buy my phones from not anymore I left the store confused but I guess thats what happens when good employees leave and you hire people that have no clue

This is by far the best store in the area, even better than online support... they fixed a problem with my phone in minutes that the online tech team couldnt fix in hours.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. Jamal is a liar and mislead us throughout our process of renegotiating our contract plans. I would not recommend anyone to this store but if you do go, dont speak to Jamal.... hell promise you things he cant deliver on. Devante (?) Seems to be the only one who is honest and tries to cover for the other incompetent fools that work there. But the manager said people are human and make mistakes... told that twice in dealing with them. Our bill has gone up almost $100 after Jamal promised us it would be cheaper on his new plan. Total scam artists!

If I can give this place ZERO stars I would !!!!! The associates are NOT well trained at all !!!! I went in to Upgrade my phone and DYLAN didn’t know How to Do the Upgrade . I had to tell him numerous times my information and Other associates had to help him . He CLAIMED HE Ordered my phone and after over a week I found out HE DIDNT EVEN ORDER IT !!! DON’T GO TO THIS STORE EVER !!!
