As a business manager I recognize a service organization. My phone issues were solved with little inconvenience in a polite, friendly and professional manner.

If you can avoid this place do so. They are quick to pass the buck and tell you to call customer service or go visit the store down the street. They are cold and lack general warmth when dealing with their customers

My old phone completely died and I made an emergency trip here the following day. Mike R was awesome! He got me a new phone and plan that saved me more money. Normally, I dread going into stores because of high pressure sales tactics but none of that. He asked and listened to my needs and sold me exactly what I needed. He was very knowledgeable. Nice little store, in process of putting out new items so selection is currently slim. The salesman, Mike, was outstanding! We actually talked about my needs while he set up my sons phone. Ill definitely stop back to see him when I buy my next phone.

Went in with my dad and Tyler was a huge help! My dad’s phone was all messed up- not getting email, terrible battery performance, lots of spam notifications. Tyler was patient, efficient, and kind as he helped my elderly father take care of all the issues. Would def go back there for help again.

We got there 30 minutes before the closing time and the girl said we close in 20 minutes is it urgent and I said yeah my bf doesn’t have a phone and needs one due to leaving for the army. She said to the other girl can you help them and we never once got helped within ten minutes

First off I would like to say that I have been a Verizon member for about 5 years and like the products and services that come along with being a member. Especially, when it comes down to having a great customer service. The young lady named Brenda was super helpful and actually put the time and effort to making my visits wondrous. Switched over from Sprint, I worked with Kirby during the transition. Anyone switching from Sprint knows Sprint doesnt make it easy.Kirby was knowledgeable about the process and told me what Id have to do on the Sprint side of things.Kirby also handled all the paperwork and process for getting my rebates and discounts. Came to this store (next to Panera) for the first time after getting annoyed by the pushy and I know it all, youre ignorant attitude at the store next to Sweet Frog. Was taken care of by Kirby, who took the time to find out what I need my device for and offer me the best solutions for my needs. Spent lots of time to set it all up perfectly and answer ALL my questions, with a kind and respectful attitude. Mike also contributed to the pleasant visit with some knowledge and friendly chat. My husbands 10 year year old Envy phone but the dust and we went into verizon wireless for help. Zach greeted us warmly and helped my husband pick out an IPhone 6S. Long story short, Mike Rakes, helped transfer data from my old phone to my new one. He made a frustrating experience go as smooth as he possibly could. He also honored a price that was given to me over the phone from the Rutherford Crossing location. While waiting for my old phone to back up, I witness him help other customers. He honestly wants to help people and doesnt try to sell you anything you dont need. Definitely recommend this store, dont even attempt to go to the Verizon store next to Sweet Frog, they are useless.

Best Verizon store in Virginia!!

The customer service was alright, but Ill never purchase a phone from here, for some reason they are WAY pricier than the other Verizon stores in Winchester. I need to purchase a new phone without the upgrade discount because my current one broke and I was quoted over $800 before the activation fee and all that for a phone I can purchase off their website for $599.99. The other Verizon stores in the area quoted me a price of around $650 after taxes and the activation fee. Again, for the same exact phone. Even the Verizon Edge plan was several dollars more than what the other Verizon stores offered.

Mike and Steven were fantastic to work with. They answered all my questions and got me set up with a new phone quick and easy. I will be back for my next upgrade!

Do not go to this Verizon!! This is a authorized reseller store meaning they are no different from going to Best Buy. I went here and got talked into a phone that I hated. They also really messed up my phone bill giving me 2 different bills a month instead of 1 bill. They were not helpful and did not even move my pictures, contacts, etc over to the new phone. Yes the wait time at the Verizon by staples is terrible but you will be better off. Staff there is very experienced and helpful.

I have been coming to the Pleasant Valley Verizon location for three months and have had EXCELLENT customer service from the staff on each of my visits. I specifically came in today to aquire a Hotspot and worked with Porter who greeted me and directed me to Zack. Both Porter and Zack were helpful, accommodating and technically proficient. I highly recommend this location for all of your Verizon needs, from technical trouble-shooting, learning the features of your phone and all ways to maximize your Verizon services.

I recently visited two stores in town before coming here today and had been told I needed to upgrade my phone, that it is outdated and should be replaced.I wanted to have a phone that would sinc to my iPad, and a phone that would have enough storage to have my pictures and a music program, that is compatible with blue tooth head phone.Travis Ward worked me, showed me options with my current phone and additional ways to purchase storage.Once we could not resolve the connectivity of the devices he called the service line and worked with me as the person there worked with me to get that straightened out.Melissa handled the call at the corporate service office and also did an outstanding job.She also quickly realized I had limited knowledge of the device and offered to connect with me to walk me through the set up, and she resolved that part of the problem.We had my devices connected, and Travis and and Porter stayed with me, patently until everything was resolved, including a demo on how my wireless headphones worked.These three individuals are outstanding and should be recognized within Verizon for their knowledge, teamwork, willingness to work to get customers taken care of as quickly as easily as possible.I will share my experience here with everyone I know and will always bring my business back to this store !

This post is in regards to my most recent experience at this store. Previous visits have been fine. I was helped (word is used loosely) by an associate named Alyssa (I think). She was not helpful, impatient, uninformative and had an attitude. She stood there seemingly irritated as I went through the steps required to switch to my new iPhone. It was clear I was unaware I could do this on my own, at which point she could kindly inform me the process does not require me to be in the store. She provided no assistance when my pictures did not carry over, just shrugged her shoulders and said yeah sometimes they dont carry-over. Well, I hope someone educates her that the phone simply needs to be connected to WiFi and plugged in and the pictures will carry-over. Terrible customer service performance to a customer whom is typically easy to please.
